Abstract

Cercospora sp. is a fungus that causes leaf spot disease in oil palm plants, potentially affecting productivity and harming oil palm cultivation. Long-term use of synthetic fungicides can lead to resistance, resurgence, and leave harmful residues in the environment. As an alternative solution, the utilization of liquid smoke from rambutan wood offers a cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and antifungal option to inhibit the growth of leaf spot disease. This study aims to determine the effective concentration of rambutan wood liquid smoke in inhibiting the growth of Cercospora sp. Vitro. The research was conducted from December to March 2024 at the Laboratory of Pathology, Entomology, Microbiology, and Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University Riau. The experimental method used was a completely randomized design with six treatments (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5%), each repeated four times, resulting in 24 experimental units. Observed parameters included total phenol content analysis of liquid smoke, macroscopic observations, growth rate (cm/day), and inhibition rate (%) of Cercospora sp. The results showed a total phenol content of 1.76%. Liquid smoke from rambutan wood at a concentration of 2% was highly effective in inhibiting the growth of Cercospora sp., completely stopping the growth rate to 0 cm/day and categorizing it as a highly effective fungicide with an effectiveness percentage of 100%.

Abstract

The tax collection system implemented in Indonesia is the Self Assessment System. This system has a loophole in the form of taxpayers' incorrect submission of tax returns. The Directorate General of Taxes has the authority to supervise and coach the compliance of taxpayers through administrative supervision and tax audits. This study aims to measure the level of Effectiveness of the implementation of tax audits at the Jakarta Kelapa Gading Pratama Tax Service Office based on the completion of SP2 and based on the realization of receipts from tax audit activities. This study uses a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. As well as data collection techniques using literature studies and field studies. The results of this research show that based on the indicators of tax audit effectiveness explained by Richard M Steers (2020), namely the achievement of goals, integration, and Adaptation, it is found that the process of implementing tax audit has been running well and is in accordance with the guidelines of tax audit and existing regulations but in its implementation has not been effective, this can be seen from several obstacles during tax audits,  Starting from the limited number of employees to the scope of work that is too broad. This causes the tax audit to not reach the set target. The Jakarta Kelapa Gading Primary Tax Service Office is expected to prevent and reduce existing obstacles so that the tax audit process can run more effectively and better.

Abstract

Anesthesia is required in surgery to overcome pain and induce loss of consciousness. As many as 80% of patients who undergo surgery use general anesthesia (Siregar et al., 2023). Restoration of consciousness after general anesthesia can cause physiological stress, so careful monitoring is essential (Olfah et al., 2019). A delay in consciousness within 30-60 minutes after general anesthesia is called delayed awakening, which can involve hypoactive consciousness and awakening with delirium (Cascella et al., 2020). One of the interventions to accelerate the recovery of consciousness is to implement a 30° head up position to accelerate recovery. The purpose of Community Service regarding the implementation of the 30° head up position can be carried out to accelerate recovery and see the characteristics of postoperative patients at the Jatiwinangun Purwokerto Surgical Special Hospital. The first monitoring carried out was data collection, patient preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation This method was carried out to 30 participants by positioning the patient's head 300 times higher than the bed. then given the position for 15 minutes and then measured the recovery assessment score using the Aldrete score. The general criteria assessed were Motor, respiration, circulation, consciousness, and saturation. The conclusion of the implementation of head up 300 is able to accelerate the recovery period of patients after general anesthesia at the Jatiwinangun Surgical Hospital Purwokerto in 2024. The output of this Community Service is in the form of a journal.
