<![CDATA[The purpose of analyzing the implementation of information services for coronavirus disease 19 in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The conclusions of this study are as follows (1). Planning for information services for the corona virus 19 in OKU Regency is going well, the purpose of this policy is to find out information about this covid19, in the context of preventing and reducing the impact of transmission, according to the Information Commission Circular (SE) Regulation No: 02 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Public Information Services in Public Health Emergency Due to Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid19). (2). There are 13 organizations with indicators of staffing implementation, organizational structure and division of labor for human resources in the 19 corona disease information service in OKU Regency. (3). The amount of Deployment for reporting COVID-19 cases in OKU Regency, which can be done on the official portal, at Diskominfo and on the official OKU Regency government portal, but the existing mechanism is compiled from the health office through the Ogan Puskesmas Komering Ulu Regency. The implementation provides information on immunization achievements in OKU District, in general there is already a COVID 19 task force in OKU District, but the OKU District information and communication service always provides information regarding vaccination achievements through the official website and social media owned by Diskominfo. in the form of information provided by the public, such as information services that can be accessed through the official website of Diskominfo OKU. (Ogan Komering Ulu). The monitoring measure for the monitoring stage is the existence of internal and external monitoring at the OKU District Communication and Information Office.]]>

<![CDATA[Annual leave can be filed once a year for 12 working days. The rules for officer leave are found in the National Civil Service Regulations number 24 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Giving Civil Servant Leave Civil, however, in its implementation during the Covid-19 Pandemic employees are expected to postpone their annual leave, especially when it coincides with cancellation of joint leave. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the policy for applying form employee leave is carried out according to the SOP, which 1-2 working days,and processed internally. By general implementation of submission policy officer leave at the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic at the investment Departement and one stop integrated service office this study uses qualitative research methods in the form of written data explained orally by the respondents observed.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Recruitment of Emergency Installation Employees during the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic at the Bayung Lencir Regional General Hospital. by using a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses an instrument consisting of interviews with research informants, observations and literature studies. The data used in this study consisted of qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed through the following stages: sorting, analysis/discussion, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it is known that employee recruitment is seen from the stages of submitting additional proposals, it is known that the process of finding job information has obstacles in the form of difficulty in coordination in order to search for job information carried out by team members, this condition is because during the pandemic must comply with health protocols and remote coordination with team members running wfh was a bit of a problem. The selection of the recruitment method is done by online interview, this method still has problems where if the network conditions are not stable then the interview process is hampered. Approval of proposals is carried out at a selection team meeting and decisions are taken jointly by looking at the conditions and types of positions needed for the procurement of employee recruitment. Judging from the selection stages of prospective employees, it is known that the administrative selection process contains requirements that have been announced to prospective applicants. The implementation of employee selection has been carried out in accordance with the recruitment procedures that have been determined. At this stage it is felt that there are still weaknesses where the selection team cannot see directly the competence of employees, if the network is in an unstable condition, interviews are conducted intermittently. Remote interviews or online interviews using an internet connection experience power outages, both experienced by hospital interviewers and prospective employees. In addition, the internet connectivity owned by prospective employees is often not as good as the connection at the hospital so that it can reduce the effectiveness of conducting interviews. Judging from the stages of employee acceptance, it is known that it has been running according to the implementation guidelines.]]>

<![CDATA[In the Process of Implementing the Pre-Employment Card Program Policy in the midst of the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic In Palembang City, implementation stages/processes are required. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program Policy in the midst of the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic in the city of Palembang. Problems in research The number of obstacles that arise starting from the registration process and then adding many applicants who are not the target of the program and some training cannot be completed so that incentives cannot be disbursed, it is necessary to involve the District/City Government through the relevant Office, namely the Manpower Office, which is more aware of the regional roadmap Results The research and findings are as follows: Implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program Policy is seen from: 1) Whether or not the problem is easy to control is that knowledge and socialization are not optimal because there is a gap between people who know technology and those who don't, there are indications that it is not right on target, there are still findings of non-required categories The main recipients of Pre-Employment Cards and the dependence of Pre-Employment Card recipients on incentives alone. 2) The ability of policies to structure the implementation process; Implementing the Prakejra Card refers to the guidelines of Perpress No. 76 of 2020, this concept reveals how the changes in competence. Inappropriate use of incentives. 3) Variables outside the policy that affect the implementation process; Participants and recipients of Pre-Employment Cards are burdened with having to have at least a smartphone or computer to support online training and an adequate network. Responding to the continued implementation of the Pre-Employment Card program, it is still seen only as social assistance.]]>

<![CDATA[The research entitled Analysis of Education Quality Achievement Strategies During the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic at the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic aims to identify and analyze education and training strategies during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid - 19) Pandemic in order to achieve quality education at the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that aims to describe certain circumstances, which are described in separate words or sentences to obtain conclusions. The focus of the research in this study is the Analysis of Strategies for Achieving Quality of Education During the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic at the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show Strengths: Accreditation and certification that has been owned by the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic have met the requirements in accordance with the needs of the world of work with the certification provided by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, in addition to educators who have competence according to the field of science. LMS as a learning system that supports the optimization of student knowledge in learning. Weaknesses: The need for a large budget for the maintenance and development of learning infrastructure equipment in accordance with the needs of the world of work that must be improved. Opportunities: The need for new personnel or human resources in the operation of the latest equipment in accordance with the needs of the work in solving existing problems Palembang Aviation Polytechnic can increase graduates and competencies based on the operation of the latest equipment in aviation. Threats: Some of the threats felt by the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic where infrastructure and technology facilities are also owned by several institutions and other agencies so that the competitiveness of graduates will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[The scope of the research is used as a limitation of the problem under study so that the research carried out does not deviate from the goal. To clarify the scope of the discussion, this research will focus on problems in accordance with the scope of the research. The scope of this research only focuses on the implementation of the 2019 Presidential Election Vote Count Recapitulation at the Palembang City General Election Commission. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The 2019 Presidential Election Vote Count Result Recapitulation has been going well but the existing human resources and infrastructure must be a record for policy making so that implementation a recap like this can run even better, furthermore regarding standard procedures there is a PKPU which regulates the process of recapitulating the results of the 2019 presidential election, but the Palembang City General Elections Commission can make innovations or work systems that do not violate existing rules but are able to create a burden. the work of the organizers under is more efficient and effective. (2). The problem in the 2019 Presidential Election Vote Count Recapitulation is the limited supporting facilities in the Implementation of the 2019 Presidential Election Vote Count Result Recapitulation At the Palembang City General Election Commission, a solution can be found by the Palembang City KPU, for the shortage of projectors the Palembang City KPU has borrowed a lease or the like.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Political Education Counseling for First-Time Voters Program in National Unity and Politics Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This is a qualitative research. Data and information were collected through interviews. This studyshows that the Political Education Counseling for First-Time Voters Program in National Unity and Politics Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency has been implemented optimally. Political Education Counseling Program for First-Time Voters aim to spread information regarding steps, timeline, and election program; to increase people’s knowledge, understanding, and awareness on their rights and obligations in election; and to increase voters’ participation in an election. However, budget or funds are currently deemed insufficient due to the sizeable area of Musi Banyuasin Regency and the distance between the districts within it. Therefor, it can be concluded that: a) It is necessary to improve the cooperation with related parties to conduct counseling for first-time voters in Musi Banyuasin Regency, and b) The implementation of political education counseling for first-time voters in Musi Banyuasin Regency must be carried out continuously and the number of human resources involved in this program must be increased.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the participatory supervisison of the election supervisory body in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on its type, namely quantitative and qualitative, while based on the source is primary data and secondary data. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informantsin this study were the chairman and members of the Bawaslu of Ogan Komering Ilir, secretarial employees of the OKI Bawaslu and community elements in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Data analysis ia a qualitative analysis with an interactive model, based on the results of research and discussion on participatory supervision. The Election Supervisory Body in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has been implemented although there are still shortcomings and not optimal. As for the obstacles, the role of Bawaslu in carrying out transparent and fair election supervision is not only limited to supervisors but also as judges who decide cases, the lack of publik awareness and knowledge about elections and the widespread and massive violations that occur.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the preparation of the voter list in the general election of regional heads in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach which is supported by quantitative data. Search results: 1). Consolidation of voter lists in the regional leadership elections under Musi Banyuasin Regency went well, but in terms of funding or budget, it seems to be very lacking because the existing funds were collected. Copied by KPU RI, transferred to regional management operations19, then for resources Human resources are said to be very scarce, where the moderator only has one person to handle election data continuously for 14 sub-districts. 2). The inhibiting factors for collecting data on the preparation of electoral districts in the general election for the regional head of Musi Banyuasin Regency are: a). For people who do not have a family death certificate, the community data or the number of voters who died without a death certificate will still be recorded in the data to be used as a voter list at the time of the Regional Head election. b). Funeral services that provide data on people who died are still not valid because the data that community members who hold funerals in Musi Banyuasin are not necessarily Musi Banyuasin residents, but the data is still recorded in the congregation. <![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the continuous voter list update at General Election Commission of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research uses qualitative method to describe the implemen-tation of continuous voter list update at General Election Commission of Ogan Komering Ilir Re-gency.This studyshows that the continuous voter list update at General Election Commission of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency hasn’t been implemented optimally. Continuous voter list monitor-ing has been implemented optimally, but the fund allocated for this program is not enough due to some of the amount being reallocated for COVID-19 pandemic handling. The number of human resources involved in this program is also not optimal because there is only one operator that ad-minister voters list in 18 districts in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. There are two factors that causes difficulties in obtaining voters’ data: (1) the data obtained from the funeral service is not valid due to not all of the people being buried within the area of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are of Ogan Komering Ilir Residents; and (2) The large number of people not issuing death certificate of the member of their family who has passed, which means there are people who has passed that are still registered as voters.]]>
