Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif materi larutan asam basa yang valid, praktis dan memiliki efektivitas terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan Alessi dan Trollip. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan (planning), tahap desain (design), dan tahap pengembangan (development). Hasil validitas diperoleh melalui uji alpha yang dinilai oleh tiga ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Hasil rerata penilaian para ahli diperoleh angka sebesar 0,69 dari ahli materi; 0,74 dari ahli media dan 0,68 dari ahli desain pembelajaran, sehingga bahan ajar berbasis multimedia yang dikembangkan dinyatakan tinggi tingkat kevalidannya. Hasil kepraktisan diperoleh melalui uji betha menggunakan angket dengan rata-rata V adalah 0,66 dengan kategori tinggi tingkat kepraktisannya. Hasil uji lapangan menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar meningkat 35,93 dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 40,62 sedangkan skor posttest sebesar 76,56, dengan N-gain score sebesar 0,61 (kategori sedang). Saran dari peneliti yakni (1) bagi peneliti lain, diharapkan agar dapat mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk materi lain, dan mampu mengembangkan soal-soal evaluasi yang sifatnya random; (2) bagi guru, diharapkan media yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar yang mempermudah penyampaian materi pelajaran; (3) bagi sekolah, diharapkan agar bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif ini digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pada mata pelajaran kimia kelas XI.

Abstract

Penelitian Pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik dalam praktikum biokimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan model pengembangan Rowntree yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: 1) perencanaan, 2) persiapan penulisan, dan 3) penulisan dan penyuntingan serta evaluasi formatif Tessmer (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, dan field test). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik semester empat Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, walkthrough, angket, observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD ini dinyatakan valid setelah divalidasi oleh enam validator yang diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,86 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. LKPD dinyatakan praktis karena telah dilakukan uji kepraktisan oleh peserta didik dengan mengisi lembar angket kepraktisan pada tahap one to one dan small group. Hasil analisis kuesioner peserta didik pada tahap one to one dan small group diperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 75% dan 75% yang masing-masing termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. LKPD memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik setelah dilakukan tahap field test dan diperoleh nilai n-gain sebesar 0,75 termasuk kategori tinggi. Selama proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKPD praktikum berbasis pendekatan saintifik, peneliti juga melakukan kegiatan observasi aspek keaktifan. Hasil observasi selama pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa aspek keaktifan peserta didik mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat aktif.

Abstract

Telah berhasil dikembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran kimia materi Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi untuk data kevalidan, lembar angket untuk data kepraktisan, tes untuk data keefektifan dan tingkat berpikir kritis peserta didik, dan observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi menggunakan model evaluasi formatif Tessmer yang terdiri dari: self evaluation, expert review untuk menyatakan kevalidan LKPD yang dikembangkan layak untuk diujicoba, one-to-one evaluation dan small group untuk menilai kepraktisan LKPD dimana diperoleh hasil angket peserta didik terhadap LKPD sebesar 85,94% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan field test untuk menilai keefektifan penggunaan LKPD. Hasil tes N-Gain menunjukkan LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki rerata di atas 0,3 dan di bawah 0,7 sebesar 82,5% dalam kategori sedang yang menunjukkan LKPD efektif penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bermaksud untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang mendalam dan komprehensif tentang efektivitas penggunaan dana bantuan kegiatan sekolah selama pandemi Corona 19 di SMA Negeri 60 Palembang. Dari data yang diperoleh penulis dilapangan dapatlah dikatakan bahwa Efektivitas Penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Di Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Desease 19 Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 60 Palembang, SDM pelaksana dalam kegiatan penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Di Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Desease 19 Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 60 Palembang, secara garis besar dewan guru dan staf semuanya merupakan SDM pelaksana, namun secara operasional dan pengelolaan ditunjuk dan di buat dan di buat surat keputusan sebagai manajemen pengelolaan dana BOS dan, kepala sekolah dan bendahara, namun untuk di sekolah ditambah staf/pegawai pengelola dana BOS dan ditambah 1 (satu) orang yang bertugas sebagai operator, dimana input data dana BOS tersebut dilakukan oleh operator sekolah. Penanggung Jawab : Kepala Sekolah, Anggota Bendahara BOS sekolah, Satu orang dari unsur orang tua peserta didik di luar Komite Sekolah yang dipilih oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Komite Sekolah dengan mempertimbangkan kredibilitasnya, serta menghindari terjadinya konflik kepentingan.

Abstract

The implementation of the online learning system at the Talang Kelapa Region Coordinator, especially SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, has generally been running smoothly in the past few weeks. However, over time, many problems have arisen, such as complaints about teachers’ tasks being too much and complaints about internet quota and internet network problems. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of online learning systems during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Talang Kelapa Region Coordinator. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the online learning system during the COVID-19 Pandemic at the Talang Kelapa Region Coordinator, especially SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, has shown good results, and runs effectively and smoothly in the implementation of this online learning system, teachers use WhatsApp more often. to communicate with students and their parents and to share information related to learning materials. Meanwhile, in the implementation of the online learning system, the teacher uses Zoom to deliver material and can provide students' understanding of the material being taught. The online learning system of the zoom application and WhatsApp social media indirectly has the ability to use and access technology increasingly controlled by students and teachers, and the Government provides study quota assistance in accordance with the needs of schools in the on-line learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Education Quality Achievement Strategies During the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic at the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic aims to identify and analyze education and training strategies during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid - 19) Pandemic in order to achieve quality education at the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that aims to describe certain circumstances, which are described in separate words or sentences to obtain conclusions. The focus of the research in this study is the Analysis of Strategies for Achieving Quality of Education During the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic at the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show Strengths: Accreditation and certification that has been owned by the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic have met the requirements in accordance with the needs of the world of work with the certification provided by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, in addition to educators who have competence according to the field of science. LMS as a learning system that supports the optimization of student knowledge in learning. Weaknesses: The need for a large budget for the maintenance and development of learning infrastructure equipment in accordance with the needs of the world of work that must be improved. Opportunities: The need for new personnel or human resources in the operation of the latest equipment in accordance with the needs of the work in solving existing problems Palembang Aviation Polytechnic can increase graduates and competencies based on the operation of the latest equipment in aviation. Threats: Some of the threats felt by the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic where infrastructure and technology facilities are also owned by several institutions and other agencies so that the competitiveness of graduates will increase.

Abstract

The quality of education is greatly influenced by the professionalism and competence of teachers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the quality of teachers and strategies to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri Sugiwaras. This research used a qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative method. The strategies used by SD Negeri Sugiwaras to improve the quality of teachers are good, but special attention is needed in mastering technology and work culture within the school environment. In addition, the socialization of the organization's vision, mission, and objectives to all teachers and staff at SD Negeri Sugiwaras needs to continue to be carried out through meetings, discussions, and informal meetings. Furthermore, SD Negeri Sugiwaras can also carry out mentoring or coaching programs for teachers who need special guidance in developing their teaching quality and professionalism. This mentoring program can be conducted by senior teachers or the principal who already have experience and expertise in the field. With this mentoring program, it is hoped that teachers who need special guidance will be assisted in developing themselves and improving the quality of their teaching. Moreover, SD Negeri Sugiwaras can also conduct regular evaluations of teacher performance. This evaluation can be carried out by the principal or the curriculum development team that has been formed. With regular evaluation of teacher performance, it is expected to provide positive and negative feedback to improve teacher performance and the quality of teaching provided. This evaluation can also help teachers identify their weaknesses and strengths in teaching.

Abstract

The End-of-Year Assessment is an activity carried out by educators to measure students' competency achievements at the end of the even semester. The implementation of the End-of-Year Assessment at the North District Elementary School in Ogan Ilir Regency already uses an online system or information technology-based approach with a Local Area Network (LAN) network. Some of the challenges faced in the implementation of the End-of-Year Assessment at the North District Elementary School include a lack of facilities, unstable internet connectivity, no specific time limit for the assessment, insufficient teacher competence in handling the assessment, with 40 percent of teachers not fully understanding the 2013 Curriculum. Some teachers still face difficulties in conducting the end-of-year assessment at the elementary school level. The objective of this research is to understand, describe, and analyze the implementation of the End-of-Year Assessment at the North District Elementary School in Ogan Ilir Regency. This research employs a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. The Management Implementation Theory according to Henry Fayol (2004:37) is used in this research, which consists of Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordinating, and Supervising. The results show that some aspects are running well, while others are facing challenges, such as the End-of-Year Assessment implementation at the North District Elementary School in Ogan Ilir Regency. The planning involves holding meetings for the formation of the assessment committee based on the official decree, but there are challenges related to inadequate facilities like computers, limited internet connectivity, and insufficient teacher competence in conducting the End-of-Year Assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan produk berupa LKPD berbasis green chemistry pada praktikum laju reaksi di laboratorium SMA yang telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Indralaya dengan melibatkan 33 peserta didik. Model pengembangan Rowntree yang memiliki tiga tahapan: perencanaan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini. Model pengembangan rowntree dimodifikasi dengan evaluasi formatif tessmer yang meliputi tahapan evaluasi diri, tinjauan ahli, uji coba satu lawan satu, kelompok kecil, dan uji lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini: wawancara, angket dan ujian hasil belajar digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Pada uji validitas pada tahap expert review aspek materi memperoleh nilai 0,875 (tinggi), aspek desain memperoleh nilai 0,868 (tinggi), dan unsur pedagogik memperoleh nilai 0,874 (tinggi). Temuan validitas tersebut sejalan dengan standar validitas Aiken. Berdasarkan kategori kepraktisan, nilai rata-rata untuk tahap one to one adalah 91,6 (sangat praktis), dan nilai rata-rata untuk tahap kelompok kecil adalah 94,81 (sangat praktis). Skor gain 0,90 (tinggi) dicapai pada tahap uji lapangan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis green chemistry yang digunakan di laboratorium SMA untuk praktikum laju reaksi memenuhi persyaratan valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

. This research aims to improve the chemistry learning outcomes of X.3 students at SMA Negeri 5 Palembang through the TaRL approach. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative through direct observation, observation instruments and documentation. Meanwhile, quantitative is obtained through calculating the percentage of pre-cycle, cycle I and II using the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP). Student learning outcomes 4 category: Proficient, Competent, Developing and Needs Guidance. After the research, there was an increase in the learning outcomes of students in the category requiring guidance from the pre-cycle, decreasing from 12 students (34%), to 4 students (11%) in cycle I, and 0 students (0%) in cycle II. On Developing category pre-cycle 12 students (26%), becoming 6 students (17%) in cycle I, and 3participantstudents (9%) in cycle II. For the proficient category, there was an increase starting from 8 students (23%) in the pre-cycle, to 10 students (29%) in cycle I, and 17 students (34%) in cycle II. The same thing happened in the Advanced category where the increase started from pre-cycle 6 students (17%), to 15 students (43%) in cycle I, and 20participantstudents (57%) in cycle II. Keywords: Chemistry, Learning Outcomes, Merdeka Curriculum, TaRL.DOI: 10.23960/jppk.v13.i1.2024.10
