<![CDATA[The Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service is organized by the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government where the Emergency Call Center is the Communication and Information Office of the Musi Banyuasin Regency. With the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the community in the Musi Banyuasin District to receive emergency services easily and quickly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This research shows that the overall implementation of the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency has not been carried out optimally. This is due to an obstacle or problem in it. The problem in this study is that in the implementation of emergency services there is still a lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as socialization about Muba Siaga 112 emergency services which are still lacking. Furthermore, the Regional Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency, especially the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency, is expected to be able to find the right solution to overcome problems that become obstacles or problems in service implementation so that excellent service can be created, namely fast, precise, easy and friendly.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of handling of people trafficking in Palembang City. The problems in the research are the lack of coordination and cooperation between the Government and the community in an effort to help the apparatus for the handling of trafficking in Palembang City and the lack of information on people trafficking syndicates in Palembang City. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed that the planning carried out by the relevant agencies on handling handlers was well seen from the existence of a clear and measurable annual plan in accordance with the objectives in handling trafficking. With the establishment of an organization that has competent human resources coordination that will be carried out after the formation of TIM can reduce the number and cases of trafficking in Palembang City this is because all TIM will work in accordance with the main tasks and functions based on their respective divisions. Good driving by carrying out a plan through the stages of socialization and training to all TPPO teams in order to perform the task as well as possible. Supervision based on the evaluation and reporting stage after the establishment of the TPPO team coordination and cooperation of the community and government in efforts to implement the handling of trafficking of people is getting better even though there are some families of victims embarrassed in providing information.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee performance compared to Work From Office where employees work in offices and also use the facilities provided by the company and are also adequate to support their performance. The workload that requires a team is also faster and more efficient when carried out in the office, in contrast to the current situation which requires employees to carry out all their work from home. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the Work From Home System Policy on the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary. The problem in this study is that the working hours of employees become irregular, employees who are used to conventional office situations find it difficult to coordinate with co-workers and the Office of the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary has difficulty measuring worker productivity and can make employees less motivated at work. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This study concludes that overall the Work From Home Work System Policy at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Correctional Institution has been running as it should. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the Effectiveness of Socialization of Narcotics Hazards to Students by the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on the type of quantitative data and qualitative data while based on the source is primary data and secondary data. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Secretary of the Department of Youth and Sports of South Sumatra Province; Head of Sub-Division of Planning, Evaluation and Reporting of the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province; Head of Youth Empowerment Division of Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province; Head of Prevention and Community Empowerment of the National Narcotics Agency of South Sumatra Province; Student participants in the socialization of the dangers of drugs as a cross check. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the Socialization of Narcotics Hazards to Students by the Youth and Sports Office of the Province of South Sumatra is quite effective although it needs to be increased again because the number of competent human resources / officers as resource persons / extension workers in socialization activities and budget resources are still limited.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, Indonesia is facing a crisis caused by the Coronavirus disease 2019 outbreak, namely a crisis in the health sector and the economy, which has an impact on low state revenues and slo-wing economic growth. Knowing this, the government has taken various ways and efforts to re-duce or overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, namely by issuing various policies, one of which is Reocussing the health and economic budget. The Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in South Sumatra. Indonesia, then how to analyze the effectiveness of using the Corona Virus Disease 19 budget at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary. The effectiveness measurement that is still widely used to measure effectiveness in terms of achieving goals is the effectiveness theory of Steers (1980:4-6), which says that the effectiveness of an organization depends on how far the organization achieves its goals/targets. The implementation of the use of the Corona Virus Disease 19 Budget at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary is quite effective and Efficient, but there are still obstacles faced in its implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate strategic planning of the rehabilitation program for persons with sensory disabilities in South Sumatra Province. The research method used is research with a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis with the TOWS matrix tool. The results of this study indicate that the strategic options that can be developed in the rehabilitation program for persons with sensory disabilities in South Sumatra Province are improving the quality of entrepreneurship training, applying for business assistance to the government such as applying for assistance from Joint Business Groups (KUBE) and Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP), improving the quality of disability education, as well as increasing training or business skills. The influencing factors are government support, budget, and the role of family and community.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the analysis of applications for handling corruption in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a qualitative research. Data or news is collected through interviews with informants. The result of the research shows that the analysis of the implementation of the Handling of Corruption Crimes in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has been realized although there are still some obstacles. The following will present some conclusions as a result of the origin of the research activities as follows. based on the dimensions of Planning, the lack of available funds, and inadequate personnel capabilities due to mutations or rolling personnel. Another obstacle is the unavailability of facilities and infrastructure, such as the absence of tools for tracking telephone numbers from suspected corruption. According to the organizational dimension, the lack of coordination is one error using the Corruption Eradication Commission (Corruption Eradication Commission) which results in frequent clashes between law enforcement agencies, where all feel they have a share in a corruption crime. according to the dimensions of the Movement, socialization has been carried out through counseling, banners, through regional radio, information letters and through broadcasts or advertisements broadcast on television. Then the application of activities for handling corruption crimes has been carried out in accordance with existing mechanisms. based on the dimension of supervision, internal control has been carried out in stages in accordance with the organizational structure through tight evaluation of activities, briefings, direct supervision and through written reports. External supervision is carried out by the Election Eradication Commission (Corruption Eradication Commission), through personal introductions and online media. Citizens also as social control comes from handling corruption.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Musi Ketupat Activities in Palembang City. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data used are quantitative and qualitative data based on the type, while primary data and secondary data are based on the source. The data collection instruments used were observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study were the Director of Traffic of the South Sumatra Regional Police, the Musi Ketupat Activities Executive Officers in Palembang City, the Head of the Operational Section of the Palembang City Transportation Service, the Palembang City Community. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Musi Ketupat Activity in Palembang City has been carried out in order to enforce the ban on Eid homecoming to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.]]>

<![CDATA[Overcoming the Coronavirus or coronavirus through prevention and appeals to people who still do Overcoming the corona virus through prevention and handling of people who still do not follow health guidelines on the streets and in crowded places is the responsibility and mandate of the police regarding efforts to prevent and handle the spread of COVID. a virus -19 Virus. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of safe Nusa activities in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The information used is based on qualitative data. Based on the findings of the investigation into the activities/operations of the Ogan Komering Iliri Aman Nusa II Resort Police as part of the acceleration of response and prevention due to the 2019 Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak that occurred in several countries. In some parts of Indonesia, including Ogan Iliri (OKI) Regency, it will be held from 18 April 2020 to 31 May 2020 for 44 (forty four) days safely, correctly and smoothly. However, Aman Nusa II activities/operations can still be said to be safe and appropriate if individual members are not involved in criminal activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the dimensions of context, input, process, and output.]]>

<![CDATA[Planning Standards for Nursing Staff Needs can be done using various existing approaches, including referring to Permenkes No. 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing, also determined based on bed availability and types of hospital, BOR, patient dependency level, effective hours of service. planning for nursing staff needs can also refer to the Decree of the Mi-nister of Health, No. 262/Menkes/Per/VII/1979 concerning the calculation of labor needs based on the comparison between the number of beds available in a certain hospital class with certain types of staff categories. This study aims to analyze Nursing and Midwifery Staff Planning at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra Province. The problem in the study is that the current number of nursing human resources is not proportional to the number of beds and visits or patient actions and the recruitment process has not been carried out directly by the hospital, but is carried out by the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. The data analysis tech-nique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This study shows that: overall, Nursing and Midwifery Human Resource Planning at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra Province has been running as it should. Although in its implementation there are still obstacles in terms of the number of nursing human resources currently available, it is not proportional to the number of beds and visits or patient actions and the recruitment process has not been carried out directly by the hospital.]]>
