Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the inventory and identification of the company's land use in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a type of research designed to collect information about these symptoms. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). In general, the inventory of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) employees and the detection of the company's land use data validation are optimal and in accordance with the Ogan Komering Ilir Regent's Regulation No. 6. The inventory and detection team of land use data validation in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Year 2020. (2). In particular, the implementation of the inventory and identification of the company's land use in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency went well, starting from planning with target indicators, regulations, infrastructure and implementation time, as well as APBD funds, personal indicators available to organizers, a. 7 people in total. , organizational structure and division of labor according to the applicable regulations, namely the regulation of the OKI Regent, so both the inventory of company use and detection of data validation of the OKI Regent's company land use are carried out properly. conduct field inspection data audits to validate data submitted by factory companies operating in the Ogan Komering Iliri area, and the stages of external control and internal control. conduct an inventory and identification of land use data validation of companies in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.

Abstract

Gaining a deep understanding of the implementation of the Save Rawa Prosperous Farmers program in Banyuasin Regency was the goal of this study using a qualitative method by interviewing informants. The results showed that the Save Rawa Welfare for Farmers program in Banyuasin Regency had been implemented but could not be said to be optimal because there were still several obstacles. From the planning dimension, there is still a lack of budget or funds to implement the SERASI program, and currently there are only 2 available extension workers or assistants, considering the number of existing farmer groups. The required support staff is 3-5 employees. Another obstacle is the number of excavators available in the field is still small. Based on the organizational dimensions, the division of labor is carried out in accordance with the established organizational structure. Coordination is also carried out by involving related parties in the implementation of the SERASI program. Based on the dimensions of mobilization, there are still few farmers or members of farmer groups who understand physical work (construction) and management. For example building a sophisticated network, building a gateway and deploying heavy equipment. Another obstacle is that there are too many administrative requirements for farmer groups to apply for the SERASI program. Based on the supervision dimension, supervision of the implementation of the SERASI program is carried out through direct supervision or meetings. In addition, the SERASI Program Implementation Results Report is also prepared by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Horticulture as well as farmer groups and communicated regularly and in a timely manner.

Abstract

The Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of South Sumatra Province has a vision of "The Main Investment Destination Province Based on Competitive Local Resources to Support Advanced South Sumatra For All". To realize this vision, the Office of Investment and Integrated Services (DMPPTSP) of South Sumatra Province continues to conduct campaigns to attract investors through the investment promotion sector whose task is to plan and encourage the development, implementation and preparation of investment-supporting infrastructure buildings. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Investment Promotion Office and the Integrated Service Administration System of South Sumatra Province have been implemented according to the applicable procedures and provisions, although not optimal. There are several obstacles in the process, namely: 1) The company/investor has not maximized the supply of LKPM; 2) non-integrated ad serving; 3) Limited investment promotion budget and uncoordinated business cooperation; 4) Lack of reliable sales promotion resources and skills in sales promotion; and 5) lack of coordination with the center, districts/cities and companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of the Handling of Corruption Crimes Direct Cash Assistance of Village Funds During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic in Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of research and discussion in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1). The plan consists of the dimensions of the target to be achieved, namely the prevention of criminal acts of corruption in direct cash assistance from village funds carried out by elements of the village apparatus, then the dimensions of the regulations used in this activity, namely Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law No. Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of criminal acts of corruption. (2). For the organizing dimension, the indicators for implementing human resources are 8 people, the organizational structure decided by the Head of the Resort Police regarding the organizational structure of the Mura Police Criminal Investigation Unit, the division of labor in accordance with the main tasks, and the positions held by each existing personnel. (3) The dimensions of implementation for the process and mechanism for handling corruption in direct cash assistance from village funds during the corona virus disease pandemic in Musi Rawas Regency follow established procedures and procedures, namely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. (4). The supervisory dimension for the supervisory stage is the existence of external supervision and internal supervision in the Implementation of Handling Corruption Crimes Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic in Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

Effectiveness Monitoring of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang is carried out by monitoring patients independently, in close contact with the use of smartphone applications. The use of smartphone applications can affect compliance to self-isolate or be regulated automatically through the smart phone application. The problems faced include the lack of coordination to monitor patients with confirmed COVID-19 between monitoring officers and health workers at the Puskesmas Ilir Barat I Palembang, and the lack of human resources capacity to monitor patients with confirmed COVID-19 disease using the SILACAK application. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of monitoring the COVID-19 disease in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang. This research is measured by the indicators of Organizational Effectiveness theory according to Duncan (1985) which consists of three dimensions as follows: Goal Achieving, Integration and Adaptation. Judging from the results of interviews and observations made that the Monitoring of Patients with Confirmed COVID-19 Disease in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang has been running effectively and efficiently. Achieving the Goal in this case Monitoring of Patients with Confirmed COVID-19 Disease in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang has coordinated the examination of confirmed COVID-19 disease. The ability of HR who conducts Puskesmas surveillance does not yet have the expertise because of the training provided to previous officers and still requires direct training by providing material related to contacts as a media for reporting confirmed COVID-19. Achievements and Targets Monitoring of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang has reached 80% of confirmed cases of COVID-19 through the contact SILACAK application

Abstract

The existence of goods storage services as a substitute for visiting services during the Covid-19 pandemic certainly has a positive impact on prisoners and convicts, namely to prevent and break the chain of spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in the implementation of Correctional Duties and Functions at the Correctional Technical Implementing Unit. effectively. The procedures for safekeeping of goods include: Mandatory to have an identity card, Dress and be polite, Wear a mask, Everyone is only allowed to bring 1x deposit for correctional inmates, Forbidden to bring excessive deposited goods and Forbidden to bring items that are not allowed by the officer . The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of the Goods Custody Service and video call Policy as a Substitute for Visiting Services during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at the Kayu Agung Class IIB Correctional Institution. The problem in the research is the lack of human resources for the storage of goods and the lack of goods storage infrastructure, namely X-Ray tools because so far the storage of goods is still manual. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This study concludes that the overall implementation of the Goods Custody Service and video call Policy as a Substitute for Visiting Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary has been carried out properly, although in its implementation there are still obstacles/constraints such as the lack of human resources in the section Storage of goods and video call and goods storage infrastructure is still lacking, namely X-Ray tools because so far the storage of goods is still manual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of communication, human resources, disposition and organizational structure in achieving the results of the implementation of HIV/AIDS disease control policies at the Banyuasin District Health Office, identifying obstacles in implementing policies to control the spread of HIV/AIDS in Banyuasin District. . This research method is experimental, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The unit of analysis in this study is the Banyuasin District Health Office, South Sumatra Province. The selected subjects are (3) people based on the criteria, namely: (1) individuals who understand exactly about HIV/AIDS, (2) individuals who are placed in the Communicable Disease Control room, and (3) individuals who always provide counseling about HIV/AIDS. , with informants to be interviewed, namely: (1) Head of disease control division, (2) Head of disease control section, (3) Health Center doctor, (4) Patient. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Factors Affecting the Implementation of Policies to Control the Spread of HIV/AIDS in Banyuasin Regency have been running in accordance with the reference to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 21 of 2013 with applicable guidelines and policies.

Abstract

Planning Standards for Nursing Staff Needs can be done using various existing approaches, including referring to Permenkes No. 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing, also determined based on bed availability and types of hospital, BOR, patient dependency level, effective hours of service. planning for nursing staff needs can also refer to the Decree of the Mi-nister of Health, No. 262/Menkes/Per/VII/1979 concerning the calculation of labor needs based on the comparison between the number of beds available in a certain hospital class with certain types of staff categories. This study aims to analyze Nursing and Midwifery Staff Planning at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra Province. The problem in the study is that the current number of nursing human resources is not proportional to the number of beds and visits or patient actions and the recruitment process has not been carried out directly by the hospital, but is carried out by the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. The data analysis tech-nique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This study shows that: overall, Nursing and Midwifery Human Resource Planning at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra Province has been running as it should. Although in its implementation there are still obstacles in terms of the number of nursing human resources currently available, it is not proportional to the number of beds and visits or patient actions and the recruitment process has not been carried out directly by the hospital.

Abstract

Delegation of authority is one aspect of the organization that is very important as well as at the Department of Public Works of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province, because delegation will accelerate and expedite the implementation of work, by itself will avoid delays in the implementation of work. All organizations have a common goal. to be achieved and must be clearly formulated, in the implementation of the organization's goals it is poured into the main task. The problems that have been identified in the preliminary study conducted by researchers that must be considered regarding the Delegation of Authority at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province are interesting to study, namely: 1). The existence of employees who carry out tasks not based on existing levels, among others, it is seen that there are employees who take care of administration directly to the leadership not through the General and Personnel Sub-Sector. 2) There is still distrust of the leadership in delegating authority to subordinates, in this case the leadership still interferes in the implementation of the work, which causes employees to feel distrusted and do not carry out the work that was previously submitted to them. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that aims to describe certain circumstances, which are described in separate words or sentences to obtain conclusions. The focus of the research in this study is the implementation of the policy of delegation of authority at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of the Province of South Sumatra. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation.The conclusion of this study is that based on indicators of information transmission, information clarity and consistency of information have gone well, the delivery of information to be provided by the wider community has been structured in relation to government policies and programs in providing information consistently.

Abstract

Tujuan dari survey ini adalah ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease-19 di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, teknik analisisnya adalah analisis kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Informan penelitian ini adalah petugas kesehatan dan pasien di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang telah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Penerapan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan rumah sakit terkait pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 atau New Normal, antara lain: Penataan alur pelayanan, pembagian zona risiko penularan Covid-19 di rumah sakit, penerapan prinsip PPI, penerapan prinsip PPI baru. adaptasi metode, pengembangan sistem inovasi pelayanan kesehatan dan pengukuhan rujukan pada masa normalisasi baru dan pengukuhan rujukan pada masa normalisasi baru pada masa adaptasi kebiasaan. Secara umum, baik pasien maupun staf di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang mengikuti protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease 2019 sesuai prosedur, meski terkadang masih ada pasien yang lupa memakai masker, tidak mencuci tangan dan tidak menggunakan sanitizer.
