Abstract

Empangku Restaurant in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. The number of customers, good facilities and quality of employees is not directly proportional to the financial performance of the business. So what can be formulated in this research is the marketing strategy for the Empangku Restaurant business in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing strategy for Empangku Restaurant in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. Culinary Business Marketing Strategy Using Tiktok Social Media (Case Study at Rumah Empangku). This type of research uses primary data and secondary data using a qualitative research design. The number of informants in this research was 15 people (1 owner, 4 employees and 10 visitors). The sample will be obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques can be carried out by means of interviews, and observations, and a combination of the three, directly from respondents selected as samples, which includes the respondent's identity data. Based on the results obtained using qualitative analysis, it can be concluded in this research that the reason why Rumah Empangku's marketing strategy shifted from conventional methods to TikTok marketing is, because of technological advances, consumers are more inclined to use TikTok social media and to use social media marketing, especially TikTok. can further reduce costs in marketing financing and have a positive impact on the progress of Rumah Empangku, finally the role of the place variable in the marketing mix can make visitors come back to Rumah Empangku because Rumah Empangku provides an attractive atmosphere for consumers and the price is also appropriate. consumer pockets. This place, which according to researchers is very strategic because it is on the side of the road, with advances in technology and promotional strategies for Rumah Empangku, can immediately attract consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-commerce and the use of Digital Payment on increasing the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the fashion sector at Senggol Parepare Market. The object of this research is MSMEs in Senggol Parepare Market. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is measured using a simple linear regression-based method with SPSS. The population of this research is MSME actors who collaborate at Senggol Parepare Market in 2023. The sample was determined using a random sampling method, with a total sample of 30 MSME actors. The data used uses primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test. The results of this research prove that e-commerce and Digital Payment have a significant positive effect on increasing MSME income at Senggol Parepare Market. This is seen in terms of sales turnover, number of customers, and total income as a means of marketing products and buying and selling transaction activities after utilizing e-commerce and digital payments to carry out business activities for MSME players.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to evaluate the role of Financial Technology (Fintech) in empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that Fintech has made a positive contribution in supporting the growth of MSMEs through capital loan services, digital payments and financial regulation. However, the use of Fintech among MSMEs is still low, influenced by a lack of understanding and trust. MSME financial literacy can be improved through education and mentoring. As an opportunity, Fintech can expand access to financing, increase financial inclusion, and advance financial literacy. Challenges involve infrastructure, regulations and financial literacy that need to be addressed. In conclusion, Fintech has great potential to empower MSMEs, with cooperation between the government, financial institutions and Fintech industry players needed to create a conducive environment and protect MSMEs from illegal practices.

Almost every field of life requires technology to support its success, including learning. The success of learning is largely determined by the learning management prepared by the teacher. So, this research will discuss the development of technology-based learning management in the 21st century. The concept of 21st century learning is to make graduates competent in mastering complex thinking and communication skills and solving very important problems according to the needs of today's global dynamics.

Abstract

Online buying and selling transactions have become one of the inseparable aspects of modern life today. In this context, the istishna contract, a form of sale and purchase agreement in which the seller will produce or acquire goods according to the specifications determined by the buyer, becomes increasingly relevant. However, there is still a need to understand more about the effectiveness of the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions and the factors that affect it. This research aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions and identify the factors that influence it. In addition, this research also aims to investigate the effect of istishna contracts on consumer satisfaction in online buying and selling transactions. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies and interviews with related parties. Data analysis is carried out through content analysis techniques to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of istishna contracts in online buying and selling transactions. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions. In addition, this research is also expected to provide guidelines and recommendations for transaction actors in increasing the effectiveness of the istishna contract, so that it can increase consumer satisfaction in online buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the flood disaster mitigation process in Masamba, South Sulawesi, and evaluate the practice of environmental journalism in reporting on disaster mitigation efforts. The study employs a field research approach with a qualitative method. Data collection involves direct observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and content analysis of media coverage of the Masamba flood disaster. Data analysis techniques include data comprehension, data reduction, and conclusion. Findings indicate that the disaster mitigation process in Masamba initially progressed slowly due to the large-scale and recurrent nature of the events. At the same time, environmental journalism practices by mass media outlets still need to incorporate all aspects of environmental issues in their coverage. Additionally, the analysis reveals propaganda techniques utilized by the government to disseminate environmental recovery programs in Masamba. Research recommendations include enhancing government responsiveness in disaster mitigation, improving the integrity of mass media coverage related to environmental issues, and reviewing the government's propaganda techniques.

Abstract

Kaidah Al-Ashlu Bara'atu Dzimmah (prinsip bahwa pada dasarnya seseorang terbebas dari tanggungan) memiliki penerapan signifikan dalam akad Wakalah dan Kafalah. Dalam konteks Wakalah (perwakilan), kaidah ini menegaskan bahwa wakil pada dasarnya tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian atau kerusakan yang terjadi selama ia bertindak sesuai dengan batas-batas yang diberikan dan dengan itikad baik, kecuali jika terbukti ada kelalaian atau pelanggaran. Sementara dalam Kafalah (penjaminan), kaidah ini menggarisbawahi bahwa kafil (penjamin) hanya bertanggung jawab atas kewajiban yang telah secara jelas disepakati dalam akad, dan tidak bisa diperluas melebihi kesepakatan tersebut. Penerapan kaidah ini dalam kedua akad tersebut memberikan kepastian hukum, melindungi hak-hak individu, mendorong kejujuran dan itikad baik, serta memfasilitasi penyelesaian sengketa dengan menetapkan dasar untuk menentukan beban pembuktian dan tanggung jawab. Namun, penerapannya harus tetap mempertimbangkan aspek keadilan dan maslahat, dengan kemungkinan pengecualian dalam kasus-kasus tertentu untuk mencegah kerugian yang tidak adil atau melindungi pihak yang lebih lemah.

Abstract

Penerapan kaidah al-Qur'an, atau alkitab al-khattab, dalam akad hibah dan wasiat menjadi sangat penting dalam konteks pengaturan harta secara Islam. Al-Qur'an sebagai sumber hukum utama umat Islam menegaskan prinsip-prinsip yang harus diikuti dalam proses hibah dan wasiat. Salah satu prinsip utama adalah keadilan, di mana pembagian harta harus adil sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Selain itu, kejelasan dan kepastian juga menjadi faktor penting dalam akad hibah dan wasiat untuk menghindari potensi perselisihan di kemudian hari. Penerapan kaidah al-Qur'an juga mencakup memastikan bahwa niat dalam melakukan hibah dan wasiat adalah murni untuk mencapai tujuan baik, bukan untuk kepentingan pribadi yang egois.
