Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of learning media in increasing the interest in learning Aqidah Akhlak for students of MTs DDI Pacongang Pinrang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of audio-visual learning media is very supportive in learning activities, especially in learning Aqidah Akhlak . The pesetas students are very motivated when the learning uses the laptop/computer media, projector / LCD, and internet speaker network. In addition, the use of learning media in MTs DDI Pacongang has an important role in student learning interests, including feelings of joy and increased interest in the material. The implication of this study is that the teacher in delivering the learning material in the classroom must be clever in choosing the right media, the teacher must have creative and innovative ideas so that the learning atmosphere of students is more motivated and motivated.

Abstract

Kuhnle et al. has reported that Sunkist peels contain 36 µg/100 g wet weight of phytoesterogen. This study was designed to explore Sunkist peels' potential to recover the infertility due to ovulation failure. This study was performed in June 2020 at the Pharmacology Laboratory, Universitas Prima Indonesia, on 25 rats. These rats were divided into five groups: Control, Standard, and Sunkist Peels Extract-I, II, and III that received 1 ml of 0.5% Sodium Carboxymethyl cellulose suspension, ethinyl estradiol 50 g/kgBW, 300 mg/kgBW, 450 mg/k BW, and 600 mg/kgBW of ethanol extract from Sunkist peel, respectively. Every 8-12 hours, the rat’s vagina were swabbed and smear into on object glass to be stained by 10% Giemsa and viewed at 40x and 100x magnifications. The leucocytes, especially neutrophils, epithelial cells, cornified and epithelial cells as well as the density of cells in vaginal swab were evaluated to determine the estrus cycle of the rats. The length of estrus phases was express as median (IQR) and analyzed using the Kruskall-Wallis test. The result of this study showed that the standard and highest dosage extract showed a significant extending of estrus and metestrus phases compared to the control group and significantly shortened diestrus phases. Hence, the highest dosage of Sunkist extract can prevent infertility by increasing the period of estrus cycle (ovulation) at the same level as the standard group.

Abstract

Hipertensi ialah ketika tekanan darah sistolik > 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik mencapai > 90 mmHg.Gejala penyakit hipertensi dapat mempengaruhi gangguan kualitas tidur penderita dan sebagian penderitakadang tidak merasakan gejala sehingga hipertensi disebut dengan Silent Killer. Pada usia lanjut dibutuhkanwaktu tidur 5-8 jam untuk memelihara keadaan fisik karena semakin bertambah usia fungsi organ tubuh semakinberkurang. Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan kualitas tidur dengan pasien hipertensi diRumah Sakit Umum Royal Prima Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observational analitik sertamenggunakan desain cross- sectional. Sampel yang diperlukan pada penelitian ini berupa 38 responden yangmemenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambi dengan teknik purposive sampling.Instrumen penelitian kuesioner PSQI dan tensimeter digital dengan teknik analisis data ialah analisis univariatuntuk menjabarkan penyebaran angka karakteristik responden (umur dan jenis kelamin), kualitas tidur danhipertensi. Analisis bivariat memakai uji statistik chi square dan korelasi spearman melalui derajat kemaknaan5%. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan karakteristik usia diperoleh mayoritas responden lansia akhir (56-65 tahun)sebanyak 13 orang (34,2%). Karakteristik jenis kelamin diperoleh mayoritas responden ialah perempuansebanyak 20 orang (52,6%). Distribusi frekuensi tekanan darah responden didapatkan mayoritas respondenhipertensi stadium 1 dan stadium 2 sebanyak 14 orang (36,8%) dan kualitas tidur responden ditemukankebanyakan kejadian berupa kualitas buruk dengan total 23 orang (60,5%). Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasiSpearman diperoleh p value sebesar 0,029 (p<0,05) dimana terdapat hubungan kualitas tidur dengan pasienhipertensi di RSU. Royal Prima Medan dan didapatkan hasil correlation coefficient (r) sebesar 0,852 yang dapatdinyatakan bahwa memiliki kekuatan hubungan yang sangat kuat.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Tidur, Hipertensi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of oral administration of telang flower extract in several doses on histopathological changes in kidney organs. This study used a post test only control group design. Researchers used 6 Wistar rats for each experimental group, so that the total number of test animals in this study was 24. Grouping of test animals was done randomly into 4 test groups. Histopathological observations of kidney tissue were made by comparing the control and treatment groups. Changes observed will be the presence of fatty degeneration (vacuolization), necrosis and hydrophic degeneration. To obtain quantitative data, scoring was performed on each change found. The data from the study were then analyzed with the help of SPSS. Data normality test was analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (p > 0.05). To test the significance between test groups, one-way analysis of variance or One Way ANOVA technique was conducted at 95% confidence level (p < 0.05). Further analysis or test was conducted using Post Hoc Test with LSD technique. The results showed that the administration of telang flower extract at a dose of 600mg/KgBB was effective in improving kidney function in obese Wistar white rats. This improvement is seen through increased levels of ureum, creatinine, and improved renal histological structure. Histopathological observation of kidney tissue showed that treatment group 3, which received telang flower extract at a dose of 600mg/KgBB, experienced significant improvement and was closer to the control group than the other groups.

Abstract

Bahasa adalah alat yang digunakan berpikir, mengapresiasikan diri, dan alat komunikasi dengan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan permainan monopoli tema hewan guna mengembangkan bahasa pada anak kelompok B TK Al-Imaniah Kota Parepare. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi adalah kemampuan bahasa anak yang masih rendah, ditandai dengan anak-anak yang belum mampu menjawab pertanyaan secara kompleks ketika diajukan pertanyaan dan kurangnya keterampilan berkomunikasi secara lisan untuk mengungkapkan perasaan karena kurangnya perbendaharaan kata. Fokus masalah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam menyebutkan, mengklasifikasikan, dan menceritakan nama-nama binatang melalui permainan monopoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Al-Imaniah Kota Parepare. Penilaian yang dilakukan peneliti melibatkan anak menyebutkan nama binatang yang terdapat pada permainan monopoli, mengklasifikasi binatang, serta menceritakan binatang tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan monopoli berhasil mengembangkan bahasa pada anak kelompok B TK Al-Imaniah. Penggunaan media permainan monopoli dapat mempengaruhi seluruh aspek anak, membuat anak senang dan bersemangat untuk belajar, serta memberikan pengalaman baru dalam belajar

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini ialah kurangnya penelitian terhadap kesantunan berbahasa yang sering digunakan dalam situasi formal seperti pada saat berceramah, terutama pada bagaimana kesantunan berbahasa ceramah ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan berbahasa pada ceramah ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan metode dokumentasi atau perekaman. Sedangkan langkah-langkah teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ialah pengumpulan data, menggambarkan, mengemukakan, atau menguraikan berbagai data yang telah ada, kemudian Interpretatif, menafsirkan data-data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tuturan ceramah Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi mengandung prinsip kesantunan berbahasa pada (1) bidal kebijaksanaan, (2) bidal kemurahhatian, (3) bidal keperkenanan, (4) bidal kerendahhatian, (5) bidal kesetujuan, dan (6) bidal kesimpatian.

Abstract

The human body requires low amounts of copper to maintain homeostasis, but high copper intake can cause various health problems. Many previous studies have been performed to look for natural products that can neutralize the excessive copper effect; one such natural product is a rose petal. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the liver protection effect of rose petals in copper-induced liver injury in male Wistar rats. This experimental study used thirty male Wistar rats that were grouped into five groups, including control, standard (quercetin), Rose Petal Methanol Extract-1 (400 mg/kg BW), 2 (800 mg/kg BW), and 3 (1,200 mg/kg BW). All groups were treated for 14 days, and all rats were given copper (II) sulfate suspension for the last three days. On the fifteenth day, all rats were sacrificed to obtain blood and liver tissue SGOT, SGPT, and liver histology study. The results showed that rose petal methanol extract significantly decreased SGOT and SGPT levels compared to the control group (P-value <0.05). The reduced area of ballooning degeneration and necrosis were in line with the increased dose of rose petal extract supported the liver protection effect of rose petal extract. Therefore, it can be concluded that rose petal methanol extract protects the liver against copper impacts.

Abstract

Abstrak_Pelataran pantai losari dalam perkembangannya sebagai ruang terbuka binaan publik (RTBPU) dirancang untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengunjungnya, namun salah satu faktor penyebab munculnya ketidak nyamanan pengunjung adalah kebisingan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dipandang perlu untuk melakukan perhitungan tingkat kebisingan jalan raya pada Pelataran Pantai Losari guna mengetahui apakah tingkat kebisingan yang terjadi masih dapat ditolerir atau sudah melampaui ambang batas sehingga perlu dilakukan mitigasi untuk menurunkan tingkat kebisingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) mengidentifikasi tingkat kebisingan yang disebabkan oleh lalu lintas pada RTBP Pelataran Pantai Losari, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh instrument mitigasi kebisingan lalu lintas terhadap tingkat kenyamanan pengunjung pada RTBPU Pelataran Pantai Losari. Lokasi pengambilan data penelitian dilaksanakan di Pelataran Pantai Losari jalan Penghibur Kota Makassar, penelitian dilaksanakan pada 5 titik pengukuran selama 3 minggu, waktu pengukuran: pukul 07.00 s/d 24.00 WITA. Jenis penelitian menggunakan survey bersifat analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Penelitian kebisingan Pelataran Pantai Losari menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat kebisingan dari aktivitas lalu lintas pada siang-malam hari sebesar 68,01 – 74,97 dB (A), dan tingkat kebisingan campuran dari aktivitas dari pengunjung dan aktivitas lalu lintas sebesar 68,02 – 73,86 dB (A). Instrument mitigasi yang berfungsi dengan baik dalam mereduksi kebisingan lalu lintas berada pada kawasan Pelataran bahari/pantai losari, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya jenis dan jumlah instrument mitigasi yang terdapat pada daerah ukur seperti pohon, taman, tugu, sculpture/patung, disertai dengan jarak ukur yang besar.Kata kunci: Mitigasi Kebisingan; Lalu Lintas; Pelataran Pantai Losari. Abstract_ The Yard of Losari Beach in its development as a public of open space built (RTBPU) is designed to provide comfort for its visitors, but one of the factors causing visitor inconvenience is noise. Based on this, it is necessary to calculate the road noise level at the Losari Beach Yard in order to determine whether the noise level that occurs can still be tolerated or has exceeded the threshold so that mitigation is needed to reduce the noise level. The objectives of this study were (1) Identifying the noise level caused by traffic at the RTBP Losari Beach Yard, (2) Analyzing the effect of traffic noise mitigation instruments on the comfort level of visitors at RTBPU Losari Beach Yard. The location of the data collection was carried out at the Losari Beach Yard on the Penghibur street in Makassar City, the study was conducted in 5 measurement points for 3 weeks, measurement time: 07.00 - 24.00 WITA. The type of research that used was an analytical survey with a cross sectional method. Noise research of Losari Beach Court showed that the average noise level of day-night traffic activity is 68.01 - 74.97 dB(A), and the mixed noise level of visitor activity and traffic activity is 68.02 - 73, 86 dB(A). Mitigation instruments that are function well in reducing traffic noise are in the maritime / beach area of Losari, this is influenced by the number and type of mitigation instruments found in measuring areas such as trees, parks, monuments, sculptures, accompanied by large distancesKeywords: Noise Mitigation; Traffic; Losari Beach Yard.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the influence of think pair and share on the confidence and value of speaking skills of students of HTN Class B. The method used in this research is the method of quantitative research. The population in this study was 33 students of Prodi HTN class B, while the sample in this research was 33 people using the sampling technique of saturated samples, which means the entire population is sampled. Self-confidence instrument using a lift. The results of the study show that statistical testing with simple linear regression, suggests that the TPS model can improve student self-confidence. The test results prove of student confidence attitudes are positively and significantly influenced by TPS learning model.
