Abstract

A Hospital is an institution that organizes health services in full including outpatient services. This study aims to review the implementation of an online registration system to overcome the problem of waiting time for outpatients at Bandung Kiwari Hospital. The research method used was descriptive quantitative analysis with 22 respondents aged 20-45 years. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from direct observation. The results showed that 85.2% of respondents agreed with online registration as part of the digitalization of hospital services. Observation revealed an average service time of 3,590 minutes, equivalent to 2 hours and 4 minutes. The main problems found were patients who had made online reservations did not come as scheduled and the lack of patient understanding of the online registration flow. In addition, management elements also play a role in patient service. It can be concluded that the implementation of the online registration system is quite effective in overcoming the problem of waiting time, but requires improvement in socialization and coordination with patients.

Abstract

One of the technologies that is developing today is network technology and the internet. The rapid development of information technology has encouraged BPJS Kesehatan to carry out digital innovation by launching a digital application known as the "Mobile JKN" application. This application aims to overcome the problem of registration queues that are often complained about by participants. This study aims to determine the use of the JKN Mobile application on the effectiveness of the registration queue at Bandung Kiwari Hospital, The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The source of information in this study came from 1 head of Medical Records and JKN installation and 10 JKN Mobile application users and non-users. Effectiveness measurement through three indicators, namely: accuracy factor, time factor, and service provider style factor. The results showed that the effectiveness of services through the JKN Mobile application at Bandung Kiwari Hospital has not been fully effective because in its use there are still often obstacles or problems found in the application.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the judge's consideration in imposing a crime on each judgment and the causes of disparities in the decisions of Judex Facti and Judex Juris judges. laws and regulations related to legal journals. The data collection technique is a literature study, and the author analyzes the collected data. The Judex Facti judge's consideration is based on fulfilling elements intentionally or without the right to unlawfully offer for sale, sell, buy, receive, intercede in buying and selling, exchanging, or delivering Class I Narcotics, and fulfilling elements of malicious trial or conspiracy to commit Narcotics and Narcotics Precursor crimes. The Judex Juris judge's decision is based on the fulfillment of the charge more subsidair, namely every narcotics abuser and for themselves. The study aims to increase insight and knowledge in criminal law related to drug crime cases to prevent and solve them.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the school director's strategy to increase teacher professionalism in basic education and its impact on improving the quality of learning. The research findings will build theories for the School Leadership Strategy, focusing on increasing teacher professionalism, which focuses on the quality of learning. The study will serve as a reference for the academic community and professionals to carry out continuous verification and discovery of this branch of science. Education is an inspiration for science, and a strong basic education can affect the future development of the nation. The leadership strategy consists of various ways to increase teacher professionalism, such as attitude, mentality, and intellectual capacity. The survey was conducted between July 31st and August 11th, 2023, in the Basic Education of Marcelo 2 Comoro Administrative Post of Dom Aleixo, Dili Municipality. The research findings show that leadership responds to the same purpose as teachers, aiming to improve the quality of teaching learning through various ways to increase teacher professionalism. The steps used by leadership to improve the quality of teacher professionalism through academic training and the leadership strategy are used to facilitate teachers at different levels of education to ensure quality.

Abstract

This study evaluated youth engagement in rice production in selected states of north central, Nigeria. In this study, primary data was used and the data was collected through the use of structured questionnaire. Data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics, stochastic production frontier. The results showed that 79% of the producers were male. This indicates the dominance of male in rice production. Among the producers, youths who are ≤ 20 years (24%) engaged in weeding, 20% of youths who are 21-30 years engaged in land clearing activities. Determining the technical efficiency in rice production seed (p<0.01), fertilizer (p<0.01), labour (p<0.01) were among the significant factors. Result of the inefficiency model of technical efficiency revealed that sex, age, marital status, educational status had positive coefficient. Variability in prices of rice was ranked as the foremost constraints militating against the performance of rice producers as asserted by 95% of the respondents. From the finding it is therefore, recommended that rice producer should be encouraged and sensitized in their production activities in order to attain self-sufficiency in rice production.

Through meticulous examination, it underscores the educational value of literature, suggesting that engaging with literary works fosters critical thinking and moral development. Additionally, the paper discusses the broader implications of incorporating literature into education, emphasizing its potential to enhance language skills, vocabulary acquisition, and moral understanding. By analysing the moral dynamics and character portrayals in The Scarlet Letter, the research offers insights into how literature can serve as a tool for understanding and navigating complex moral landscapes. Abstract

Internal communication has an important role in the company to facilitate coordination so that employees are more productive at work and have a positive impact on the development of the company. Without communication, everything will not go well, resulting in miscommunication which will have a negative impact on individuals and companies. Work discipline in the company PT Draco Internasional has also not gone well because it is still free to enter the office so that a lot of work cannot be completed on time. This can be seen from the condition of frequent employees who are absent, arriving late which causes delays in delivery to customers with a predetermined time period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and internal communication on the performance of PT Draco International employees. Research is quantitative positivism paradigm. The sample amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The results in this study indicate that internal communication has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Draco Internasional seen from the results of partial testing (t-test) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results mean that internal communication factors including communication skills and the accuracy of selecting communication channels/media will result in satisfactory work.

Abstract

Electronic medical records allow health care providers to be able to serve efficiently and are more secure in terms of security in accessing and recording various patient medical information, in its implementation electronic medical records become more effective on the performance of medical record officers. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic medical record implementation on the performance of outpatient medical record officers at X Hospital, Bandung City. The research method used is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 15 respondents of outpatient medical record officers. The results in this study, the effect of the implementation of electronic medical records on the performance of outpatient medical record officers amounted to 55.1% with positive results. From this study, problems were found including: (1) The lack of human resources in mastering technological developments. (2) There is a double medical record number. (3) There is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure that can interfere with the performance of electronic medical record officers in outpatient services.

Abstract

This study examines gender justice within the tribal communities of Himachal Pradesh, India. Tribal societies in this region have unique cultural practices and social structures that deeply influence gender roles and expectations. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of these traditional frameworks on gender justice and to identify challenges and opportunities for achieving gender equality in these communities. The research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with community members, including women and local leaders, with quantitative surveys to collect comprehensive data. Fieldwork was conducted in several tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh, ensuring a broad representation of different tribal groups and perspectives. The results reveal that while traditional practices often perpetuate gender inequality, such as restricted access to education and healthcare for women, there are also positive trends towards empowerment and change. Women's involvement in local governance and community decision-making is slowly increasing, driven by both internal advocacy and support from governmental and non-governmental organizations. In conclusion, despite significant progress towards gender justice in tribal communities Himachal Pradesh, substantial barriers remain. Efforts to promote gender equality must be sensitive to the unique cultural contexts of these communities to be successful.

Abstract

Tribal areas in Himachal Pradesh face unique challenges in accessing primary health services due to their remote locations and distinct cultural practices. This study aims to understand the availability, accessibility, and quality of primary health services in these regions.The main goal of this research is to evaluate the state of primary health services in tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh and identify the barriers faced by the tribal population in accessing these services.The study was conducted using a mixed-methods approach. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with healthcare providers and residents of tribal areas. Additionally, visits to primary health centers and sub-centers were made to assess infrastructure and service delivery.The findings reveal significant gaps in healthcare infrastructure, a shortage of medical staff, and limited availability of essential medicines. Many tribal residents reported difficulties in accessing health facilities due to long distances and lack of transportation. Cultural factors and lack of awareness also contributed to the underutilization of available services.The study highlights the urgent need for improving healthcare infrastructure, increasing medical staff, and enhancing transportation facilities to ensure better access to primary health services in tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh. Tailored health awareness programs that respect cultural practices can also help in bridging the gap.
