Abstract

This study aims to determine how the work discipline of employees at the Multipurpose Cooperative of Tandangsari Sumedang and how to improve the work discipline of these employees. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method that is natural and the data collection technique is purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the level of work discipline of employees at the Multipurpose Coorperative of Tandangsari Sumedang is considered to be still not optimal in its application from some employees. The obstacles to work discipline faced by the Coperative at this time are that there are still employees who are often late for work and some even don’t come to work without clear information, there are employees who are negligent in working for the sake of personal interest then there are employees who are not responsible for their work, and the lack of employee awareness of the importance of work discipline.

Abstract

PT. SinarSosroKP Sumedang is a company engaged in the beverageindustry. However, the distribution varies from year to year and has decreased and increased. The focus of this research is on the channel distribution process carried out at PT. Sinar Sosro KP Sumedang. This studyaims to determine the implementation of the channel, obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles at PT. Sinar Sosro KP Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique as many as 3 people, namely Supervisor, Salesman andAssistant Salesman. Data collection techniques include observation,interviews, documentation, and triangulation (combined). The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the distribution channel consists of several stages, namely,product considerations, unit value, perishability of goods, and technicalproperties of the product, and there are obstacles, namely the number of products where the company must be able to take into account the number of products needed by the market required. , because whena company releases a product with the number of opportunities that the market provides,itis afraid that many unsold products will pile up and approach expiration. Abstract

This study analyzes the focus of the marketing strategy problems that exist in the Ska Motor Dealer of the Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation and problems of marketing strategy at the Ska Motor Dealer of the Kadipaten Majalengka. The approach uses a qualitative method approach. The sampling technique was carried out by purpsive sampling technique. Informants are branch heads and consumers. The research data used the Milles and Huberman model with the steps used data reduction, data display and conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The marketing strategy used by the Ska Motor Dealer Majalengka Branch includes the 7Ps (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process). The results of the marketing strategy research at the Ska Motor Dealer, Majalengka Kadipaten Branch, show that the dimensions of the product are seen in the quality of the product is good, the price dimension is seen in the pricing is quite good and the price discount is quite good but not optimal, the dimensions of the place seen from the location are good, the dimensions of the promotion can be seen in direct marketing, advertising and personal selling are good enough but there are some that are not optimal in promotion, the people dimension seen from the customer service is good, the physical evidence dimension is seen in quite good facilities, the process dimension is seen from good communication. Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze the marketing mix at Nafira Batik Sumedang. Thisstudy aims to determine the implementation of the current marketing mix and the obstacles and solutions to Nafira Batik Sumedang. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Meanehile, in analyzing the data, the Miles and Huberman model was used with the following steps : data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, the way to test the validity was by using triangulation techniques. Researchers focus on the implementation of the marketing mix on products and promotions with the indicators used are product mix width, product mix length, product mix depth, product mix consistency, advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing. The results show that the marketing mix at Nafira Batik Sumedang has been implemented well but has not been maximized due to changes in customer tastes and weak digital marketing and sales promotions that are not carriedout intensely. With efforts to conduct market research again and innovative products aswell as improve the procurement of competent and skilled human resources

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, they must havequality, innovative and creative human resources. Because the organization is a networkand decision successors of policy and decision making. Compensation is used as a measureof performance with the aim of getting qualified employees, retaining employees andmaking a good contribution to the organization. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The direct researcher acts as the main research tool in which the research process isdirectly and actively interviewing, collecting data, processing data, processing data/dataanalysis, reporting and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the provision of nonfinancial compensation in improving the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sumedang employees can be said to be effective. It can be seen from several interviews, through nonfinancial compensation indicators, especially promotions, which are categorized as goodbut not perfect and employee performance indicators, especially quality and quantity, arecategorized as good but not perfect.

Abstract

The focus of this research focuses on education and training programs regarding instructors, trainees, methods, materials and training objectives. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of education and training at the Amory Hotel Sumedang and to find out how the efforts to improve education and training at the Amory Hotel Sumedang were. The method used in this research is a descriptive survey with a qualitative approach. In this study, data collection techniques were used, namely interviews and field observations, while the tools for data collection in this study were interviews, observation guidelines, documentation and literature study. So education and training is very important for the ability of employees in a company. Based on the results of interviews and observations made by researchers, there were problems in the implementation of education and training at Amory Hotel Sumedang, indicating that the dimensions of the instructor reflected in the implementation of education and training were quite good but not optimal in motivating participants, the dimensions of the training participants were quite good but not optimal in the desire to pay attention. , the dimensions of the method are good enough, the dimensions of the material are good, and the dimensions of the training objectives are good enough but not optimal in the skills of the participants. Hotel Amory Sumedang to carry out education and training activities more often so that it can have an effect in increasing the abilities and skills of employees at Hotel Amory Sumedang

Abstract

This research was conducted at Toga Peak Cafe Sumedang, which is located in Sukajaya - South Sumedang, approximately 5 km from Sumedang city. The method used in this study is a survey method with a verification descriptive analysis approach. The Effect of Atmosphere (Store Atmosphere) on Purchasing Decisions at Toga Pak Cafe Sumedang, shows that there is a positive relationship between store atmosphere and purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Toga Peak Cafe Sumedang, meaning that if the store atmosphere is not considered or left unchecked, it will reduce purchasing decisions. The Effect of Store Image on Purchasing Decisions at Toga Peak Cafe Sumedang shows that there is a positive relationship between store image and purchase decisions. This means that increasing store image will increase purchasing decisions. So by increasing the superiority of characteristics or characteristics or a better store image it will influence purchasing decisions. The influence of atmosphere (Store Atmosphere X1) and Image (Store Image X2) influence Purchase decisions (Y), the path coefficient value of 0.8427 is obtained. Based on the test, it is obtained that the value of Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable, from this value it is obtained that the decision H0 is rejected, so that the Store Atmosphere variable has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

The problem that occurs at PT.Tomo Food Industri Sumedang is employee turnover which is still high every year, allegedly one of them is caused by employees who are less disciplined. This study aims to determine ; (1) Work discipline of employees in the production division of PT. Tomo Food Industri Sumedang; (2) Turn over of employees in the production division of PT.Tomo Food Industri Sumedang; and (3) is there a significant effect of work discipline on the turnover of production employees at PT. Tomo Food Industri Sumedang. This research is a quantitative research, using primary and secondary data sources and using a questionnaire to determine the data. The population in this study were all employees of the production division at PT.Tomo Food Industri Sumedang, with a total of 50 people. The data of this study used simple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work discipline is 1,620 (good enough) with an average of 64.80%, employee turnover is 1,585 (good enough) with anaverage of 63%. Furthermore, the magnitude of the relationship between work discipline and turnover of production employees at PT. Tomo Food Industri Sumedang is 0.875, and the magnitude of the influence of work discipline on employee turnover in the production division of PT. Tomo Food Industri Sumedang is 76.6% and there are 23% other factors. . The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test, it turns out that tcount (12.52) or ttable (1.67722), it can be said that there is a positive influence between work discipline on employee turnover in the production division at PT.Tomo Food, Sumedang industry, which is acceptable. In carrying out work activities, employees who come to work and go home on time, do all their work well, can comply with all company regulations and also applicable social norms can reflect employee comfort which also prevents employees' desire to leave the company.

Abstract

The Regional Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern is a financial management pattern that provides flexibility in the form of discretion to apply sound business practices to improve services to the community in order to promote general welfare and educate the nation's life. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of implementation of PPK-BLUD flexibility that has been implemented at the Cisitu Inpatient Health Center and the obstacles encountered in the implementation process. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of the study show that the flexibility that has been implemented is flexibility in income, spending, procurement of goods and services, management of receivables, management of human resources (HR), cooperation, and SiLPA. While the flexibility that has not been implemented is the flexibility of debt, investment, remuneration, service rates. This is due to limited human resources in managing finances, minimal local government regulations regarding technical guidelines for BLUD implementation and lack of synergy between stakeholders in optimizing the implementation of BLUD flexibility.
