Abstract

CV. Seven Brave is a company engaged in the convection industry, has employees who are not optimal in their work due to several things such as compensation that is not in accordance with the stipulated UMR, the absence of social security provision, etc. Based on this, this study aims to analyze work motivation and efforts to increase work motivation on CV. Seven Braves. This study uses a qualitative research method approach with the research variable is work motivation. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Research informants amounted to 8 people. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study that work motivation on CV. Seven Brave as a whole is quite good and has met expectations, with compensation according to company policy, giving bonuses and employee benefits that are adequate, family-friendly employee relations, good training and guidance. Attention is needed in terms of providing compensation in accordance with the stipulated UMR, and social security for workers

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the work discipline of employees at the Multipurpose Cooperative of Tandangsari Sumedang and how to improve the work discipline of these employees. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method that is natural and the data collection technique is purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the level of work discipline of employees at the Multipurpose Coorperative of Tandangsari Sumedang is considered to be still not optimal in its application from some employees. The obstacles to work discipline faced by the Coperative at this time are that there are still employees who are often late for work and some even don’t come to work without clear information, there are employees who are negligent in working for the sake of personal interest then there are employees who are not responsible for their work, and the lack of employee awareness of the importance of work discipline

Abstract

PT. Sinar Sosro KP Sumedang is a company engaged in the beverageindustry. However, the distribution varies from year to year and has decreased and increased. The focus of this research is on the channel distribution process carried out at PT. Sinar Sosro KP Sumedang. This studyaims to determine the implementation of the channel, obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles at PT. Sinar Sosro KP Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique as many as 3 people, namely Supervisor, Salesman andAssistant Salesman. Data collection techniques include observation,interviews, documentation, and triangulation (combined). The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the distribution channel consists of several stages, namely,product considerations, unit value, perishability of goods, and technicalproperties of the product, and there are obstacles, namely the number of products where the company must be able to take into account the number of products needed by the market required. , because when a company releases a product with the number of opportunities that the market provides,it is afraid that many unsold products will pile up and approach expiration. Forthe PT. Sinar Sosro KP Sumedang further improves distribution channels by expanding market share so that the implementation of marketing or product sales can be high and more.

Abstract

The focus of this study aims to see how the application of leadership style in the Sumedang District BAZNAS, the dimensions of the Leadership Style used are five dimensions, the first dimension is nature, the second dimension is habit, the third dimension is temperament, the fourth dimension is character, and the fifth dimension namely personality. This type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative, data that has been collected and then performed data reduction is summarizing and selecting data, then presenting data, then finally drawing conclusions so that it provides a complete description and a true picture. The informants of this study are Deputy Chair 1, Public Relation and Information Services, Financial Coordinator, Executor Implementer. Pengindustrian & pendayagunaan. The results of the research on the leadership style of the Sumedang District BAZNAS were categorized quite well based on the five dimensions used, the leadership style in the Sumedang District BAZNAS included in the Humanistic Leadership Style, seen from the communicative leadership nature so that it has a very good relationship with employees, then decision making use the road of deliberation, consensus, and the leadership is always open to employees in terms of receiving input or suggestions from employees. It can be concluded that the application of leadership style in the BAZNAS of Sumedang Regency is appropriate, and for suggestions to be further enhanced on the concept of commitment and consistency from the leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economic conditions of the Sumedang community. The study method uses qualitative descriptions that are rational, empirical, and systematic in explaining economic phenomena. Secondary data sources from the Central Statistics Agency of Sumedang, primary data from questionnaires. The population is residents aged 15 years and over who work based on business fields in Sumedang Regency in 2021. The determination of the sample is based on the Two Stage Cluster, the primary sample is 156.223 people, the sampling error assumption is 0.22%, the confidence coefficient assumption is 1.96 and Assuming the binomial proportion parameter of 50%-50%, a sample of 797 people was obtained. The research time is from March to November 2021 with locations in 9 (nine) sub-districts throughout Sumedang Regency. Collecting data by surveying the instrument in the form of an open questionnaire which is divided into two parts, an open administrative questionnaire and an open substantive questionnaire. The efforts made are expected to be in the informal sector so that their productivity can be increased, capacity and capacity building is needed both in the business field and the informal sector, infrastructure development that supports the use of technology and strengthening digital marketing with an online platform approach that is willing to synergize and protect employment with schemes. balanced. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on job dynamics, distribution of government aid, scarcity of basic needs, income and shifts in business fields.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze cooperative training, self-efficacy and organizational commitment of the Cirebon savings and loan cooperatives (KSP) during the pandemic from a total of 21 Cirebon city cooperatives, with the same average difficulty and needs, especially, having the aim of providing services and accommodating the needs of members based on AD/ART agreement. A total of 63 cooperative administrators consist of the chairman, secretary and treasurer. The technique for measuring the number of samples uses the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. Explanatory survey method (explanatory survey) method of explanatory survey, the hypothesis is tested by means based on observations of the consequences that occur and look for the causal factors through certain data. The samples taken in this study were 63 respondents. The method in collecting this data uses a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Cooperative Training has a positive and significant effect on Cooperative Organizational Commitment as seen from tcount > t table ie 6.512 > 1.670, Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Cooperative Organizational Commitment seen also from tcount > t table that is 9.588 > 1.670 and simultaneously variable Training Cooperatives and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Cooperative Organizational Commitment, as shown by Fcount>Ftable, namely 57,183>3,15. From all the results, both partially and simultaneously have a sig value less than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The occurrence of increasingly fierce competition in the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) industry, especially local products, makes customers prefer to choose products that suit their wants and needs. Perumda Tirta Medal Sumedang is a regional company engaged in the management, production and delivery of drinking water to the community that makes customer satisfaction its main priority. This research was conducted to determine customer satisfaction and efforts to increase customer satisfaction at Perumda Tirta Medal Sumedang using qualitative methods. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique. Data obtained by the Miles and Huberman method through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that customer satisfaction at Perumda Tirta Medal Sumedang is already satisfied. This can be seen from the indicators of customer expectations which show that the products and services provided are as expected. Then the satisfaction seen from the indicator of interest in revisiting shows by providing services between products and providing the best service to customers, as well as the use of quality raw materials is considered quite satisfactory. Furthermore, satisfaction seen from visitors from the indicators recommend recommend also shows customers to recommend the AMDK Tirta Medal product to their relatives and friends because the service is considered good and the perceived benefits are very good for the health of the body because of the quality bottled drinking water.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to see how the Employee Work Motivation at the Bank Pekreditan Rakyat Nusantara Ampera Bhakti Tanjungsari. The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of work motivation is applied to the company, the type of research t hat will be used in the preparation of the thesis is a qualitative method with one variable, namely employee motivation. The techniques that will be used are observation, interviews, documentation and data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted by selecting 3 informants who were considered to represent their respective employees, namely Manager, Admin and Marketing. Results of research on employee motivation at Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Ampera Bhakti Tanjungsari show that work motivation plays an important role for employees to support their performance when associated with the five dimensions, namely: Physical and Biological Needs, Safety and Security Needs, Social Needs, Needs Rewards and Self- Actualization which will later become the main thing in working for the comfort and continuity of the company. Conclusions and suggestions from research on employee work motivation can certainly have a positive impact on the company, as well as being able to improve employee performance in order to achieve company goals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance as a proxy for managerial ownership on firm value in manufacturing companies. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples taken were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016 to 2020. The total research sample was 6 manufacturing companies determined through purposive sampling. The analytical method of this study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that corporate social responsibility has no effect on firm value. Good corporate governance has no significant effect on firm value.
