Abstract

this research  uses a qualitative approach based on the Theory of Public Policy Implementation presented by George Edward III. According to Edward III, there are 4 (four) crucial variables in the implementation of public policy, namely: communication, resources, character or attitude and bureaucratic structure. And for this purpose, a policy model is needed to simplify understanding of the concept of policy implementation.  In this research the author decided to focus on the Communication and Resources variables. Communication was chosen in relation to the focus of this TAPM research on providing information to passengers through the availability of Electronic Notice Boards, while Resources were related to the provision of Trolleys to be used by Passengers. The results of the research show that based on Article 3 Paragraph (1) PM 38 of 2015 concerning Domestic Air Transport Passenger Service Standards, it is declared effective at the II Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport Management Unit both in terms of Trolley Availability and Electronic Notice Board Facilities

Abstract

This research aims to test how big the influence of branding is on customer satisfaction. To test how much influence product quality has on customer satisfaction . To test how big the influence of brand and product quality is on customer satisfaction among high school students using Xiaomi brand smartphones in the city of South Tangerang. . The method approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population used in this research were S LTA students using Xiaomi brand smartphones in South Tangerang City. The sample consisted of 388 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling using the Slovin formula in determining the number of samples. Meanwhile, the data analysis method tests research instruments using validity tests, reliability tests. Data analysis techniques consist of descriptive analysis of respondent characteristics and SEM Lisrel analysis. The results of this research show that (1) Brand image has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) Product quality has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) Brand image and product quality simultaneously has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Violence within the realm of education is characterized by aggressive behaviors that exceed permissible limits of authority, inevitably resulting in the infringement of victims' rights. One such manifestation is the persistence of a seniority culture, which contributes to diminished self-esteem among students. The prevalence of this culture in educational settings detrimentally impacts children, fostering engagement in deviant behaviors, as evidenced in a case at Vocational High School X in Pekanbaru. Employing a descriptive methodological approach, this research aims to elucidate the dynamics of violent practices perpetrated by students in schools and to identify the underlying factors sustaining this culture of violence. Theoretical frameworks utilized in this study include subcultural theory and differential association theory. This study finds that violence in the educational milieu constitutes aggressive behavior exceeding permissible boundaries of authority, thereby violating victims' rights. The repercussions of such violence can be profound, particularly in terms of its impact on victims' mental well-being. Factors contributing to juvenile delinquency encompass internal factors, familial dynamics, and environmental influences. Violent conduct is often fueled by impulsive inclinations, which rationalize students' involvement in such behaviors. Furthermore, a lack of self-control exacerbates individuals' difficulty in regulating their conduct, thereby blurring distinctions between acceptable and unacceptable behaviors. In this context, the perpetuation of violence can be traced back to familial legacies, perpetuated through successive generations and compounded by external influences.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a lack of product education, especially updates on the livin by Mandiri application which results in customers being stalled in transactions, not being proactive in exploring the needs of convenience in communication, officers at the branch are considered less communicative, customer service who receive complaints are unable to provide satisfactory answers plus the handling process is so long, it is interesting to know the factors that cause the above problems, This study uses quantitative research methods, the data will be analyzed using Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Verification Analysis. The sampling method is the Probability Sampling method using the Slovin proportional formula. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is obtained that the average value of 3.57 is included in the good category and the condition of Customer Satisfaction obtained an average value of 3.83 is included in the Good category. The condition of Customer Loyalty obtained an average value of 3.73 is included in the Good category. Partially Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. partially Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable. simultaneously (F test) Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This is supported This is supported by the results of several tests that have been carried out.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of developing human resources (HR) for Civil Servants (PNS) simultaneously on increasing work motivation at the UPBU Tampa Padang Office, Mamuju Regency. The results of this research show that the development of human resources and employee competency simultaneously has a significant and positive effect on increasing work motivation at the Tampa Padang UPBU Office. This refers to the employee development method that has been applied at Tampa Padang Airport which is considered to be good, because in general the human resource development model seen from research indicators has a clear employee development design. Employees in turn become motivated and gain clarity when it comes to thinking about their career development. Conditions like this are enhanced by the clear direction of employee development through training programs that have been held by Tampa Padang Airport. It is hoped that the recommendations of this research should be in order to create an appropriate employee development strategy model, in order to form qualified and professional employees, aspects such as the vision, mission and goals of the organization should be used as the basis for building employee development patterns. Apart from the dominant aspects mentioned above, there are things that need to be considered, namely discipline, moral and ethical development, then performance assessment, technical training and empowerment.

Abstract

Sustainable development is a very important concept of the defining ideas of society. Sustainable development is a process to fulfill the needs of the current generation without compromising the fulfillment of the needs of future generations. It's a concept to complete present-time requirements without compromising with future requirements. Several Government programs are running in achieving sustainability of Economy, Agriculture Forest, Income, Health, Gender Equality, and many more. MGNREGA is a flagship program to achieve these goals. MGNREGA is not a program but an act against unemployment. It acts as a growth engine for the sustainable development of the agricultural economy and empowerment of the rural poor including women. This paper highlights the role of the rural development scheme MGNREGA in achieving sustainable development goals. The paper show that MGNREGA is doing well in employing rural people and in the eradication of rural poverty. In addition to this, the scheme has contributed rural people and in the elimination of rural poverty. In addition to this, the scheme has contributed towards gender equality.

Abstract

The aim of the research carried out is to find out how environmental accounting standards are in efforts to prevent waste at the South Tangerang City General Hospital. The data collection methods and techniques used in this research were descriptive qualitative methods and direct interviews with the Waste Water Management Installation section and the accounting section related to environmental management costs. The data used comes from documentation or internal hospital data. Combining Schutz's phenomenological perspective, the data analysis stage includes interpretation, subjectivity and thematic analysis. Alfred Schutz's phenomenology is one of the important thoughts of phenomenology as a philosophical movement. At the same time, clarify the research object of social awareness in the development of social science awareness. From the research results, it was found that the South Tangerang city general hospital has managed its waste well and has carried out accounting treatment stages for environmental management costs and recorded environmental costs in goods and services expenses. With this research, it is hoped that the South Tangerang City General Hospital will implement environmental accounting better. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dan mengamati prakter halal supply chain management yang ada di rumah makan Kari Minang Ciputat, karena dalam pemahaman masyarakat luas bahwa semua rumah makan Padang pasti halal, sehingga rumah makan Padang menjadi salaha satu pilihan yang tepat bagi konsumen. Hal ini tentunya perlu dibuktikan lebih jauh lagi, bagaimana prosedur halal yang diterapkan di rumah makan Padang dari awal proses produksi sampai menjadi barang jadi. Halal tidak bisa dilihat hanya dari produk yang disediakan tapi halal harus dilihat dari semua prosedur halal yang dilakukan di dalam satu kesatuan kegiatan dari awal sampai produk jadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, gunakan untuk mengungkapkan lebiah dalam semua aspek kegiatan halal yang ada di rumah makan Kari minang, dengan paradigma Interpretif yang menekankan pada Bahasa interpretasi dan pemahaman. Focus peneliatian ini adalah study pustakan dan wawancara tidk terstruktur dengan para informan, keterbaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah dari objek dan subjek penelitian yang digunakan.

Abstract

Prophetic leadership is included in ethical leadership and it has been relatively recently studied in the realm of ethical leadership theory. For this reason, the concept of prophetic leadership is still not standardized, so it is necessary to build a synthesis of the concept of prophetic leadership in relation to standard leadership theories. This research aims to develop the concept of prophetic leadership from a management science point of view so that it connects with established leadership theories, to describe a comparison between prophetic leadership and established leadership concepts. Research method use qualitative-analytical method based on literature studies, and mix method (qualitative and quantitative exploratory). In the discussion, the prophetic leadership is spiritual since it is attached to the values of the illahiyah (divine value), and based on the truth coming from God in guiding, serving, brightening, and making changes. Prophetic leadership is included in ethical leadership and is a relatively new study conducted in the repertoire theory of ethical leadership, which is why the concept of prophetic leadership is still raw. In this article, built the concept of prophetic leadership is associated with theories of leadership considered standard and is associated with other related concepts. This article also makes a comparison with other theories of leadership. The implication of this study is to highlight the status of the academic literature on prophetic leadership and offer new directions for researchers to study it, not only in religious organizations but also in other non-profit organizations, even in for-profit organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis inovasi pelayanan kesehatan dan dampak inovasi pelayanan kesehatan di masa Pandemi Covid-19 pada Puskesmas Barong Tongkok di Kabupaten Kutai Barat Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Puskesmas Barong Tongkok telah menerapkan inovasi pelayanan kesehatan yang meliputi inovasi proses layanan, inovasi produk layanan, inovasi metode layanan, inovasi kebijakan, dan inovasi sistem dengan karakteristik inovasi; Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability dan Observability. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan dampak dari inovasi pelayanan kesehatan yang diterapkan termasuk dampak yang diarapkan dan tidak diharapkan, dampak langsung dan tidak langsung, serta dampak yang teratisipasi dan tidak terantisipasi. Dampak yang didapatkan meliputi peningkatan kinerja dan cakupan program serta pengakuan nasional bagi institusi pelayanan publik yang melaksanakan inovasi. Inovasi-inovasi ini memberikan dampak positif baik bagi Puskesmas Barong Tongkok maupun masyarakat pengguna layanan. Inovasi yang dilakukan antara lain: 1) Chabida Combo (Chat Selalu Bidan Anda Di Mana Saja), 2) Jembatan (Jemput Dan Antar Ibu Melahirkan, 3) Biduk Perahu (Bidan Dan Dukun Pantau Kesehatan Ibu Hamil), 4) Cenil (Berburu JejakIbu Hamil) 5) Kader Centil (Kader Wajib Mengunjungi Ibu hamil) 6) Sepi Tanpamu (Skrining Mobile Ptm), Dan 7) Kring Imunisasi (Skrining Imunisasi). Kesimpulannya, inovasi pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan memberikan peningkatan kinerja dan capaian program serta manfaat bagi Puskesmas Barong Tongkok, masyarakat, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.
