Abstract

This research aims to find out : (1) the differences outcomes learning of the social student subject between student taught by using example non example model and student taught by using convensional model (2) the differences outcomes learning of the social student subject between student taught by using example non example model with convensional models by looking from leaarning motivation. (3) the influence of interaction between example non example models  with convensional models. This study is an experimental research  (qasi-experiment) with a  2x2 factorial design.  Analysis data in this  research was  use anava statistical test. Research finding suggest that : (1) there are differences outcomes learning of the social student subject between student taught by using example non example model and student taught by using convensional models (2) the students which have  high motivation in learning that  given  by example non example models socialstudent subject are higher  than convensional models  students. (3)  the students which have low motivation in learning outcomes learning of the social student are higher given  by using  conventional models than use example non example models. (4) there is an influence of interaction between example non example models  with convensional models with learning motivation ( high – low) on  the result of  social student subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 15 Tanjung Jabung Timur serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjeknya adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Upaya kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru ialah: (a) Pengayaan wawasan, (b) Memberikan motivasi, (c) Menerapkan disiplin. 2) Faktor penghambat yaitu: (a) sulit mengakses internet, (b) terdapat beberapa orang guru yang mengajarkan bukan pada keahliannya, (c) kurangnya minat guru mengembangkan potensinya. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disarankan agar kepala sekolah lebih kreatif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the obstacles and challenges faced by the Papua Province National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in dealing with the trafficking of drugs and illegal goods in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The phenomenon of transnational crime is increasingly strengthened by the development of globalization, which has resulted in the blurring of national boundaries. One form of this crime is drug smuggling. This research was conducted using qualitative methods because the data presented is based on interviews and observations, so the results obtained are objective and actual. The results of this study show that eradicating the abuse and illicit trafficking of drugs cannot be done by just one person and requires cooperation from various elements of society and other parties such as the police and customs. BNN Papua has made various efforts to ensure that drug abuse and illicit trafficking disappear from Indonesia. Some of the activities carried out include educating the public, rehabilitating former users, and eradicating narcotics smuggling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between family environment and faith based school environment and learning achievement. This research was quantitative correlational. The population was all students of fifth grade of faith based elementary school in Magelang as many as 392 students consisting of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Alternatif totaling 144 students, SDIT Ikhsanul Fikri totaling 151 students, SD Islam Al Iman totaling 40 students, SD Kristen 1 amounting to 15 students and SD Pantekosta totaling 38 students.The sample was 198 students, selected by purposive random proportional sampling technique. The study data were collected with family environment questionnaire, faith based school environment questionnaire, and documentation of learning achievement. Validity test was done by expert judgment and with the help of SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Reliability testing used Cronbach's alpha technique. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive relationship between the family environment and learning achievement, (2) there was a positive relationship between faith based school environment and learning achievement, the (3) there was a positive relationship between family environment and faith based school environment with learning achievement. The existence of a positive contribution value means that parents in the family environment and teachers in a faith based school environment always provide support for the child's learning process.

Abstract

The performance appraisal system or process has a very important function for the human resource management division to measure the human resource management governance system in order to achieve the company goals, vision and mission. The Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Kerta Raharja is a company that has a good performance in terms of finance, service, and human resources with the title of first national PDAM with the best performance in 2019 and 2020, using individual performance management (MUKI) as a guide in conducting employee performance appraisal. This study aimed to provide the overview of individual performance management that is expected to provide benefits for those interested in assessing individual employee performance. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies and looking for reference studies. In conclusion, individual performance management is considered important in a company for achieving the goals. Company performance is inseparable from individual’s role in carrying out their job duties as the driving force for running of the company, a leader can judge his employees when he knows that is done and produced by these employees, it is obtained from the individual employee success in carrying out a job.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Goal Setting Leadership on Motivation and Work Productivity moderated by Remote Working. The contribution of this research is expected to add information and provide tangible benefits for the organization and its success in the health care industry so that the objectives to be achieved in this research can be achieved well for the leaders. The analytical tool in this study will use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the research was conducted using a survey using a questionnaire via google form distributed in January – May 2021 where the respondents used were 195 employees consisting of non-health employees in the health care industry in Jabodetabek. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the first, Good Goal Setting Leadership will increase high motivation, secondly, high motivation will increase good work productivity, thirdly good goal-setting leadership will increase high work productivity. Furthermore, the Remote Working variable as a moderating role on Leadership Goal Setting and Work Productivity will give positive results.

Abstract

This research aims at finding the effectiveness of Toondoo Comic in teaching speaking at the second semester of Sendratasik Study Program of Hamzanwadi University in the academic year 2018-2019. This research was a pre experiment by using single group pre-test and post-test design. The population of the study was 47 students from A and B classes. The sample of the study was 17 students from class A. It was taken through purposive random sampling. A speaking test was used in collecting the data. The data collected were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, and paired sample t-test was used to test the hypothesis. It was performed using SPSS 22 for Windows. The result shows that the mean in the pre-test was 41.06 and was 60.71 in the post- test. Additionally, the hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test resulted significance (2-tailed) value level .000; it was lower than .05. This indicated that Toondoo comic was significantly effective in teaching speaking. Thus it is suggested that Tondoo comic is considered an alternative media in teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan Putusan PTUN dalam sengketa Perangkat Desa di Kab.Lombok Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Jenis penelitian ini, digunakan dalam rangka mengakomodir aspek dogmatik hukum dan kenyataan hukum yang keduanya dibutuhkan di dalam mengukur dan menganalisis permasalahan yang diangkat. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Hakekat Eksekusi Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Yang Telah Memeperoleh Kekuatan Hukum Tetap adalah  Dalam hal amar atau diktum putusan lembaga peradilan telah dilakukan eksekusi, dilihat dari aspek teori norma merupakan pelaksanaan dari norma kongkrit yang diciptakan oleh lembaga peradilan terhadap suatu kasus dengan obyek  tertentu dan subyek tertentu khususnya pihak-pihak yang bersengketa dan Hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan Putusan PTUN Dalam Sengketa Perangkat Desa Di Desa Pringgabaya Kab.Lombok Timur yaitu Amar putusan, Hambatan eksekusi  putusan  disebabkan  Pejabat TUN adalah Kepala Daerah  yang kedudukannya sebagai Pejabat Politik, Hambatan  eksekusi  putusan  disebabkan  Pejabat TUN yang  digugat  adalah  pejabat  yang  menerima  kewenangan  delegasi semu, Hambatan tentang pemahaman pejabat TUN terhadap teori Negara hukum dan AAUPB, Hambatan Tekhnis, Hambatan yuridis, Hambatan terkait dengan asas-asas hukum, Hambatan dari segi keterbatasan kewenangan hakim, Hambatan akibat perubahan system otonomi daerah dan Hambatan akibat ketidak-patuhan pejabat TUN dalam hal ini Bupati Lombok Timur atau Kepala Desa Pringgabaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif yang telah dimiliki siswa di SDIT Ibnu Chaldun Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sample penelitian melibatkan 60 siswa yang tersebar pada kelas VI, V, dan VII dengan jumlah 20 siswa pada setiap kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan observasi dan perekaman video selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung serta instrumen pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi. Temuan menunjukan pembelajaran di SDIT Ibnu Chaldun Cirebon menggunakan metode pengajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru mencakup metode demontrasi dan metode eksperimen. Rata-rata pertanyaan yang muncul selama pembelajaran lebih dari 50% siswa yang hadir. Dengan demikian, siswa yang mengajukan pertanyaan dapat dikatakan tinggi. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan berpikir lancar siswa sudah terpenuhi hanya pada indikator mengajukan pendapat maupun gagasan lebih dari satu masih rendah.
