Abstract

This article aims to provide a critical analysis of Social Cognitive Learning Theory, explore its relevance in the elementary school context, and explore the challenges and potential for its implementation in the basic education environment. This research uses a literature study method with a focus on critical analysis of social cognitive learning theory and its implementation in elementary schools. Identification of library sources is carried out through literature searches in academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and digital libraries. The search results show that the main concepts of social cognitive learning theory, such as observational learning and modeling, can be applied effectively in elementary schools. Adaptation of Concepts to Children's Learning Stages Based on literature searches, it shows that the main concepts of social cognitive learning theory can be adapted well to children's learning stages in elementary school. The use of peer modeling has also proven effective in creating an inclusive learning environment. Search results related to the main challenges in implementing social cognitive learning theory in elementary schools found resistance to change and limited teacher resources. From the results of literature searches and comparisons with related research, it can be concluded that social cognitive learning theory has great potential to be applied effectively in elementary schools. Key concepts can be adapted well, and their implementation provides both challenges and opportunities. To overcome these challenges, it is important to consider individual student differences, overcome resistance to change, and ensure adequate use of resources

Abstract

Chemistry is one of the study materials in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects which aims to provide knowledge to students in understanding chemistry learning concepts. One of them is the material on reaction rates, which is one of the studies in chemistry that really demands macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic aspects. This research is a type of analysis and development research which was carried out from April 24 to April 27 2019. The population involved in this research were all Tadris Science class B students with a total of 31 respondents. Reaction rate material in junior high school is still taught through the lecture method and by memorizing concepts without involving the microscopic aspects which will cause difficulties in understanding the concept of reaction rate meaningfully. Therefore, this research aims to utilize learning media which is closely related to improving the quality of learning which is expected to create a more meaningful learning experience, facilitate the process of interaction between students and teachers and students who are relevant anywhere, and enrich the students' learning experience. The results of this research are all questions for each validity have valid status, because the value of Rcount > Rtable is 0.355 and the result of the reliability coefficient of the content instrument is Ralpha = 0.621, the construct instrument is Ralpha = 0.675, the prediction instrument is Ralpha = 0.676, the concurrent instrument is Ralpha = 0.707, and the efficiency instrument is Ralpha = 0.610, apparently it has a "Cronbach's Alpha" value greater than 0.600, which means that the five instruments are declared reliable or meet the requirements. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that simple science learning media in the form of "Reaction Rate Tools" is effectively used for students' understanding of reaction rate material in junior high school

The research approach used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The survey was conducted at PAUD Terpadu Aisyiyah Pancor, Selong District. The researcher and the resource person have the same position here, therefore the resource person not only provides an answer to what the researcher is asking, but he can choose the direction and taste in presenting the information he has. The data collected through interviews (interviews), observation (observation) and documentation (evidence collection, selection, processing and information storage). The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity test in this study includes test, credibility (interbal validity), transferability (external validity) and reliability (reliability) and confirmability (objectivity). The results showed that the implementation of planning, implementation and evaluation of parenting programs in PAUD Terpadu Aisyiyah Pancor went well. The impact of the parenting program is to be able to stimulate parental participation, applying different behaviors of children in the daily life seen from different aspects, such as education-friendly, health-friendly, care-friendly, care-friendly, food-friendly and protection-friendly, causing a change the parental behavior occurs in the education, care, care and supervision of children in the family
