Jurnal Maps (Manajemen Perbankan Syariah) is a scholarly journal published by the Islamic Banking Study Program, Masoem University Bandung. This journal is a forum for publication of scientific works in the form of writings by academics, researchers and practitioners on pure and applied research in the fields of Management, Islamic Banking, Islamic Accounting and Islamic Economics. Maps are published twice a year, namely in March and September. This journal has been accredited by SINTA 5. In 2021, Jurnal Maps (Manajemen Perbankan Syariah) will be merged and recorded in the Masoem University journal. In addition, the DOI prefix of STIBANKS Al Masoem, which was originally 10.32483, became 10.32627 and then the DOI is affiliation was changed to become Masoem University. The journal at STIBANKS Al Masoem has changed its form to a journal at Masoem University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Baznas Kota Bandung. In this study, qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques use financial performance ratio analysis, which uses two of the four financial performance ratios that have been developed by Puskas BAZNAS (2021), namely Activity and Growth Variables. The results of this study are In terms of activity variables, BAZNAS Bandung City ranked 1st with a score of 0.57. The ranking shows that BAZNAS Bandung City has a very effective ability in distributing Zakat, Infak and Alms funds. In terms of growth variables, BAZNAS Bandung City ranked 2nd with a score of 2.13. The ranking shows that BAZNAS Bandung City has good growth in the collection and distribution of Zakat, Infak and Alms funds. While the Financial performance of BAZNAS Bandung City by adding activity variables with growth variables, BAZNAS Bandung City ranked 1st with a score of 1.19. This ranking shows that BAZNAS Bandung City has excellent financial performance, namely having the ability to manage Zakat, Infak and Alms funds with a very high level of effectiveness and efficiency so that it can grow optimally.

Abstract

BPRS has a role in stabilizing the financial sector which can save the national economy. BPRS are required to be able to perform their functions properly, with this the Islamic macroeconomic system can be implemented properly. Sharia principles are very important in Islamic banking, because this is a factor for prospective customers in choosing financial products at Islamic banks themselves. Sharia compliance is the main key or basic principle for Islamic banks in carrying out their practices in Islamic banks. This study aims to analyze sharia compliance on financing products at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method based on the type of case study. Researchers use data collection techniques by observation, which will go directly to the field, then conduct interviews with sources in a structured manner and carry out technical documentation by testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of the study show that in business activities on financing products at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah has fully complied with the principles of sharia compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the promotion, price level, and location on the purchase decision of sharia-minded homes in Puri Nirana Cigelam Purwakarta, either partially simultaneusly. This research is objective, using quantitative methods and included in explanatory research. As both, because this study connects three variables, namely the implementation of promotions, price levels, and locations. Based on the results of the study, promotion variables, price levels, and location simultaneously have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of 93.4%. From the results of calculations using SPSS 16.0 for Windows, it shows that Fcount> Ftable ie, 562,106> 2.67 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that simultaneously there is a significant influence between promotion (X1), price level (X2), and location (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The background of this research is the fluctuating number of PaS iB depositors at PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Bandung Branch Office. This study aims to find out how the influence of corporate image, Relationship Marketing and Product Attributes on the loyalty of PaS iB depositors at PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Bandung Branch Office. The research object is PaS iB depositors with the type of associative quantitative research and primary data sources. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents, with the type of sample incidental sampling, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires. The results showed that all independent variables consisting of corporate image, marketing relations, and product attributes  had an effect on depositor loyalty  either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Employee productivity at MTS Husnul Khotimah has decreased, this is indicated by a lot of employee work that has not been completed in accordance with the predetermined time. The purpose of the study was to determine efforts to increase employee work productivity using the 360 degree feedback method, obstacles and solutions. The research approach used is quantitative and qualitative (mixed methods), and phenomenological research types. Primary data type with data collection methods through interviews and questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis methods (Likert scale), and qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation, data verification and conclusions). The population in this study was 20 employees with a sample of nine employees and one madrasah head. Purposive sampling informant selection technique. The results showed that employee work productivity had a percentage range of 71% to 89% with strong to very strong interval criteria. It can be interpreted that employee work productivity in general is strong and even very strong. It can be interpreted that employee work productivity in general is strong and even very strong. However, there are still some obstacles in increasing employee work productivity such as employee placement or positions that are still not in accordance with graduate backgrounds and abilities, and it still takes a lot of time to complete the tasks that have been given.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and achievement of working capital financing bank BSI KCP. Plered to the halal fashion industry through SWOT analysis and optimize the strategies applied in optimizing the role of Islamic banking to the halal fashion industry. The method used is Mix method. This study was conducted by collecting data from interviews and questionnaires with a population of 10 samples, using primary and secondary data that can strengthen the research. Then perform the processing of data obtained by the SWOT Matrix and internal-external Matrix. From the results obtained is the role of bank BSI KCP. Plered against the halal fashion industry as a facilitator in strengthening business capital by providing working capital financing products. But the achievement of bank BSI KCP. Plered against the financing of 30% per month of November from the allocation of 20% of the overall financing. Of course, this is still not optimal in performing its role. Then when viewed from internal and external factors that the bank BSI KCP. Plered is in a very advantageous position, because it has the power and opportunities that can be utilized to the maximum. Further position of the company bank BSI KCP. Plered is in Quadrant I means that it can use aggressive strategies by using factors of Strenght-Opportunity (S-O) as a strategy to optimize and implement its business.

Abstract

This research is to see the description of Self regulated learning Students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung in the Management and Cost Accounting courses. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study shows that self-regulated learning if it is divided into 3 indicators, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation is good. As many as 61.35% of students have Self regulated learning seen in the questionnaire responses to the choices strongly agree and agree. Meanwhile 38.65% of students have not implemented Self regulated learning in Management and Cost Accounting courses. A total of 67.45% of students do planning (forethought), 62.20% carry out implementation (performance/valitional control), and 48.77% of students evaluate learning in Management and Cost Accounting courses.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of customers about margins has led to customer perceptions that margins at Islamic banks are the same as interest at conventional banks. The level of margin that is considered high and not in accordance with the customer's ability is also thought to influence the customer's decision to murabahah financing. This study aims to determine how much influence customer perceptions and influence margin levels have on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong. The object of research is murabahah financing customers. The method used is associative quantitative. The type of data used is primary data which is processed using statistical applications, as well as using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The population is murabahah financing customers in 2021 with a sample of 93 people.

Abstract

The 1990 Dilan film became a boom in early 2018, compared to the previous film, the film by Fajar Bustomi became a breakthrough by lifting the 1990 time setting and successfully seized the attention of the audience. As of aired from January 25, 2018, until 7 February 2018, the number of ticket sales has reached 4.3 million and earned a box office income of Rp. 250 billion. This success does not escape the marketing strategy. Netizens began to question how the marketing strategy carried out by the production team so that this film could attract many viewers in a short time. The purpose of this study is to find out what marketing strategies make consumers want to watch Dilan 1990 films, whether there is a connection with the image of company (film manufacturer), the image of the film actor Dilan (actor) or image of the film Dilan 1990 itself. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach, the population was taken from the 1990 Dilan film consumers in the city of Bandung and the samples were taken as many as 100 film viewers randomly. The testing technique conducted to test samples used Partial Least Square techniques, the results of this study revealed that 43.55% brand image played a role in increasing the box office rating. The quality of products, content, performers and film production houses is able to increase interest in watching in the city of Bandung, the majority of respondents are women aged 15-25% and work as students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Promotion and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Buying Intention in Toko Drefaiv followers on the Lazada application. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative research approach. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using a random sampling technique with a total of 94 respondents. Based on the recap of the research interval, it shows that Electronic Promotion, Electronic Word Of Mouth and Purchase Intention are in the Good category. The results of the multiple correlation correlation between Electronic Promotion and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Buying Interest amounted to 0.778 or 77.8%. This shows that Electronic Promotion and Electronic Word Of Mouth  have a strong relationship with Purchase Intention. Partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing also shows that Electronic Promotion and Electronic Word of Mouth have an effect on Interest in buying products at the Drefaiv Store on the Lazada application.
