Abstract

Abstract. In the era of digital transformation, higher education institutions are required to establish efficient and interconnected data management systems. One of the key elements supporting this process is the implementation of digital archives. Digital archives not only function as repositories of information but also serve as strategic data sources for academic decision-making. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of digital archive systems in driving curriculum transformation and academic innovation based on institutional data. The research method employed is a literature review, examining previous studies related to digital archive management, academic information systems, and the application of Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) in higher education. The findings reveal that the integration of archival and academic systems enhances data governance efficiency, policy transparency, and information accuracy. Furthermore, digital archives act as a bridge between knowledge management and academic evaluation, thereby strengthening an evidence-based academic culture. This study concludes that the optimal utilization of digital archives can serve as a fundamental basis for higher education institutions to realize transparent and sustainable education in the digital transformation era. Pada era transformasi digital, perguruan tinggi dituntut memiliki sistem pengelolaan data yang efisien dan saling terhubung. Salah satu elemen penting dalam mendukung proses tersebut adalah penerapan sistem arsip digital. Arsip digital tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media penyimpanan informasi, tetapi juga sebagai sumber data strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran sistem arsip digital dalam mendorong transformasi kurikulum dan inovasi akademik berbasis data. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah penelitian terdahulu terkait pengelolaan arsip digital, sistem akademik, dan penerapan Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) di perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi arsip digital dengan sistem akademik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi tata kelola data, transparansi kebijakan, dan akurasi informasi. Selain itu, arsip digital berperan sebagai penghubung antara manajemen pengetahuan dan evaluasi akademik, sehingga memperkuat budaya akademik berbasis bukti. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan arsip digital secara optimal dapat menjadi fondasi penting bagi perguruan tinggi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang transparan, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital. Kata kunci: arsip digital; evaluasi kurikulum; interoperabilitas; inovasi akademik; pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling in reducing academic anxiety and increasing student learning motivation. The research method used is Single Subject Research (SSR) with a baseline-intervention-baseline design. The subject of the study was a 21-year-old female student with the initials NA, in her sixth semester, who experienced academic anxiety and decreased learning motivation due to academic pressure, part-time work, family economic conditions, and family demands. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used visual analysis of behavioral changes before and after being given behavioral counseling intervention. The results showed that before being given counseling services, the counselee experienced excessive anxiety, difficulty concentrating, sleep disorders, procrastination, social withdrawal, and decreased learning motivation. After being given behavioral counseling, more adaptive behavioral changes occurred, such as better time management skills, reduced staying up late habits, increased focus in lectures, and the re-emergence of learning enthusiasm and the ability to control anxiety. Behavioral counseling through positive reinforcement techniques, habituation of new behaviors, self-management, and relaxation exercises has been proven to be effective in helping counselees reduce academic anxiety and gradually increase learning motivation. Thus, behavioral counseling can be an effective alternative service to help students cope with academic stress and develop more positive learning behaviors.
