Abstract

Accessibility is a fundamental human right for all individuals, including those with disabilities. The Ministry of Public Works Decree No. 468/KPTS of 1998 emphasizes that accessibility is a facility provided to people with disabilities to ensure equal opportunities in all aspects of life. Accessibility is especially important for visually impaired individuals, who often face challenges in accessing public services. In Indonesia, the number of people with disabilities is not proportionate to the attention given by the government to the issues they face. This literature review is a narrative literature review. The purpose of this literature review is to explore the issue of accessibility to public facilities for visually impaired individuals. The results of the literature review show that the implementation of regulations and the rights of people with disabilities still face various challenges, particularly in ensuring adequate accessibility in public facilities. Although there are supportive regulations, their implementation is often suboptimal due to a lack of understanding and awareness among the public and government about the importance of accessibility and the protection of disability rights.

Abstract

Yolanda Widyasari, Stambuk Number B102 22 086, with the research title Employee Performance of the Regional Secretariat of Donggala Regency, supervised by Daswati, and Sitti Chaeriah Ahsan This study aims to determine Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Donggala Regency. This research uses methods with descriptive qualitative data. The research location is at the Regional Secretariat of Donggala Regency. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Robbins, Stephen P. Informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) people. The data obtained in this study are from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method is Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing / Verification.The results of this study indicate that Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Donggala Regency has not been running optimally, this is due to the non-achievement of the performance indicators used in this study, such as the quality aspect which has been maximized due to the implementation of tasks based on the applicable SOP. The aspect of quantity that has not been maximized because it has not been maximized because there are still a number of activities that do not reach the target. The timeliness aspect has not been running optimally due to frequent delays in completing tasks. Aspects of effectiveness with adequate resource support do not necessarily encourage the achievement of targets, so that the effectiveness is not maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain a deep understanding of directive illocution speech in the learning interaction of Evans Indonesia Junior High School Kota Bangun. This research was conducted during May 2024 in grades VII and VIII of Evans Indonesia Junior High School Kota Bangun. This research is focused on directive illocution speech, types of directive illocution speech, and functions of directive illocution speech. This study uses a qualitative research method with a communication ethnographic study that examines directive illocution speech in actual situations. Research data was collected by listening, interviewing, observing, and recording methods. The data were then grouped into speech pairs with units of communicative situation analysis, communicative events, and communicative actions. The results of this study show that there are five types and functions of directive illocution speech actions found in the learning interaction of SMP Evans Indonesia Kota Bangun namely the categories of commanding, requesting, forbidding, warning, and recommending.

Abstract

Abstrak. Efforts to maintain stability and justice in a country are extremely fundamental and strategic. In the history of Indonesia, there have been several changes in the system of government, such as the transition from a presidential system to a parliamentary system, as well as changes in the organizational structure of government. From this, the changes that occur can affect or potentially disrupt the balance of power and affect stability and justice in the country. This also needs to be anticipated and examined using the framework of the state law so that the questions that arise later can be answered by law focused on the concept of the state.The balance of power within the framework of the constitution is very important for maintaining stability and justice in the government system. The balance of power allows for the monitoring and control of the use of state power, thereby preventing the abuse of power by any one party. Keywords : Justice, Balance, Constitutional Law Abstrak. Upaya memelihara stabilitas dan Keadilan dalam suatu negara merupakan hal yang sangat fundamental dan strategis. Dalam perjalanan sejarah Indonesia, telah mengalami beberapa perubahan dalam sistem pemerintahan, seperti berubahnya sistem presidensial ke sistem parlementer, serta perubahan struktur organisasi pemerintahan. Dari hal ini, perubahan perubahan yang terjadi dapat mempengaruhi atau berpotensi mengganggu keseimbangan kekuasaan dan mempengaruhi stabilitas dan keadilan dalam negara. Hal ini juga perlu kita siasati dan perlu kita telisik menggunakan kerangka hukum negara agar pertanyaan pertanyaan yang timbul nantinya dapat terjawab oleh hukum yang terfokuskan kepada konsepsi negara. perimbangan kekuasaan dalam kerangka konstitusi sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas dan keadilan dalam sistem pemerintahan. Keseimbangan kekuasaan memungkinkan adanya pengawasan dan pengendalian penggunaan kekuasaan negara, sehingga mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan oleh salah satu pihak. Abstract

Each individual early childhood must have their own potential in aspects of their development, especially in aspects of fine motor development. The fine motor skills of children in the Al-Hikmah Kindergarten in Gunung Agung Village are still low. Based on research results, 80% of children whose fine motor skills have not developed properly, that is why the development of fine motor skills in Al-Hikmah Kindergarten is said to be still low. One solution to overcoming fine motor problems is to organize coloring activities. The aim of this research is to stimulate the fine motor development of children in Al-Hikmah Kindergarten through coloring activities so that their fine motor development develops according to their age. This study uses a qualitative research method withdescriptive using research instruments in the form of observation sheets, documentation and interviews.

Abstract

Abstrak. Controlling environmental damage due to development is an important issue in the context of the constitutionalism of the Indonesian legal system. With the rapid development, the principles of environmental sustainability are often ignored, resulting in ecosystem degradation and a decrease in the quality of life. From a constitutional point of view, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia places environmental protection as part of human rights and state responsibility. This article examines various legal and policy instruments used in the Indonesian legal system to control environmental damage, including the role of the Constitutional Court in enforcing environmental protection. Furthermore, this analysis highlights the challenges in implementing environmental policies and provides recommendations for strengthening legal enforcement mechanisms to achieve sustainable development. The research method we will use is a normative legal method which we take from literature data and then summarize. In this discussion we has contained information about what kind of development in Indonesia is based on constitutional provisions. Pengendalian kerusakan lingkungan akibat pembangunan merupakan isu penting dalam konteks konstitusionalisme sistem hukum Indonesia.Dengan pesatnya pembangunan, prinsip-prinsip kelestarian lingkungan seringkali diabaikan sehingga mengakibatkan degradasi ekosistem dan penurunan kualitas hidup.Dari sudut pandang konstitusi, Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 menempatkan perlindungan lingkungan hidup sebagai bagian dari hak asasi manusia dan tanggung jawab negara.Artikel ini mengkaji berbagai instrumen hukum dan kebijakan yang digunakan dalam sistem hukum Indonesia untuk mengendalikan kerusakan lingkungan hidup, termasuk peran Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam menegakkan perlindungan lingkungan hidup.1 Lebih lanjut, analisis ini menyoroti tantangan dalam implementasi kebijakan lingkungan hidup dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat mekanisme penegakan hukum untuk mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan.Metode penelitian yang akan kami ambil adalah metode hukum normatif yang mana kami ambil darri data kepustakaan lalu di simpilkan.Pada pembahasan ini kami telah memuaat tentang pembangunan yang seperti apa di negara Indonesia denagan ketentuan yang dimiliki oleh konstitusional. Abstract

This literature review study is motivated by empirical phenomena describing instances of violence against housewives with HIV. The implications of such violence result in physical, psychological, social harm, and even death. This literature aims to theoretically describe the impacts and factors of gender-based violence on housewives with HIV. The literature review was conducted using a descriptive method on four articles obtained from Google Scholar. The results of the literature review indicate the presence of physical, psychological/emotional, sexual, and economic impacts on housewives with HIV who experience violence. Additionally, the factors contributing to violence against women include cultural, economic, legal, political, and personality factors. Patriarchal culture is identified as a key element that enables violence against housewives with HIV. Human rights must be upheld, and violence against women must be entirely prohibited in Indonesian society. Future researchers are encouraged to conduct broader studies to generalize the impacts of gender-based violence on housewives with HIV, as research on this topic is still very limited.

Abstract

. Early childhood education (ECED) is a very important early stage in a child's development. During this period, children experience rapid cognitive, social and motor development. Fine motor skills are very important in child development, as they have a positive impact on a child's ability to write, draw, and perform other daily tasks. The application of montage activities at PAUD Harapan Bunda Desa Kasih Raja is an effective step in improving the fine motor skills of early childhood. Montage is a visual art technique that involves combining small pieces of material such as paper, cloth, or other objects into a single image or design. Montage activities can help children develop their fine motor skills while stimulating their creativity. In this activity, children will learn to control their hand movements to cut, paste and arrange the materials with precision. The application of montage activities aims to improve children's fine motor skills at PAUD Harapan Bunda Desa Kasih Raja Lubuk Keliat. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection in the form of observation and documentation. From the results of observations, researchers show that montage activities are very influential in improving children's fine motor skills at PAUD Harapan Bunda Desa Kasih Raja Lubuk Keliat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of the regional revenue and expenditure budget discussion policy at the Palu City Regional People's Representative Council. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive methods and an indukative approach that uses the policy implementation model from Charles O. Jones by paying attention to 3 (three) indicators, namely organization, interpretation and implementation. In collecting data, researchers used data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques by condensing data and presenting it in the form of narrative text so that final conclusions can then be drawn in this research. Through this research it can be concluded that the implementation of the policy of discussing the regional budget revenue and expenditure at the Regional People's Representative Council of Palu City has been running in accordance with the provisions in the applicable laws and regulations both from the stages and schedules given but the discussion still seems rushed because it is always at the end of the time regulated in the provisions so that the discussion is still not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between family coping strategies and the balance between work and family, as well as the well-being of family members. This research uses a quantitative approach and survey methods to collect data from a sample of working family members. The research instrument includes questionnaires about family coping strategies, balance between work and family, and the psychological well-being of family members. Data analysis was carried out using appropriate statistical techniques.
