Abstract

Forensic audits have a crucial role in uncovering fraud in the management of social assistance funds during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through a quantitative approach using secondary data from previous research and literature studies, the research analyzes the effectiveness of forensic audits in identifying fraud, including inflating the number of aid recipients and diverting funds. The findings show that forensic audits provide a systematic framework for uncovering fraud patterns. The main aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the use of social assistance funds during COVID-19 and detect fraud in the form of fraud therein. The results of this research emphasize the important role of forensic audits in maintaining the integrity and public trust in government social assistance programs, especially during times of crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze work posture in water gallon transfer activities using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method at PT. XYZ. The REBA method is used to assess the risk of musculoskeletal injury based on body posture, force applied, and activities performed. Direct observation and video recording were used to collect work posture data. The results of the REBA analysis show that work postures in water gallon transfer activities have a high risk of injury. Proposed improvement recommendations include the use of assistive devices, changes to work station design, and training in proper lifting techniques to reduce the risk of injury to workers. Implementation of appropriate ergonomic solutions is expected to improve work health and safety as well as the efficiency of the water gallon transfer process.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, gadgets play a large role in conveying information and social interaction. Children who often use gadgets often forget their surroundings. Children are more interested in playing using gadgets than playing together with friends in the surrounding environment. So what happens is that social interaction between children and the surrounding environment decreases. This research aims to determine the effect of intensity of gadget use on emotional development in pre-school children. The research used the Literature Review method, carried out using the PICO search in the Google Scholar database. There were 5 journals that met the criteria and showed the results of the influence of the intensity of gadget use on emotional development in pre-school children.

Abstract

. Depression is widespread among adolescents and seriously harms students' quality of life and academic performance. To defend yourself in overcoming stress, you can use physical exercise. This research aims to determine the effect of physical exercise on stress levels in office working mothers. The research method with a literature review was carried out using the PICO search on the Google Scholar database. This shows that the more often physical exercise is carried out by students, the lower the stress level will be, the better the quality of life and academic performance will be, so that there is an influence of physical exercise on reducing stress levels in students due to doing physical exercise when they have a lot on their minds. and stress is able to reduce thoughts and felt stress. The results of the analysis show that physical exercise has a positive effect on reducing stress in students. In Indonesia itself there is no clear prevalence of Plantar Faciitis cases, but one hospital in Jakarta stated that the frequency of patients with complaints of heel pain and Plantar Faciitis was 55.4%, and 22% in the runner population. Motiva is one of the sports health clinics in Jakarta where almost all of the patients are runners with sports-related injuries and plantar faciitis is the second most common after ankle cases. Treatment for Plantar Faciitis consists of physical therapy such as Massage, Mobilization, Ultrasound, Tens, and Taping as well as Stretching. It also has healing success and is often used in Plantar Faciitis programs. Objective: Find out more about the purpose of providing ultrasound and stretching to runners with plantar fasciitis at the Motiva Main Clinic. Method: This research uses a case study where the sample consists of 3 samples of patients who are included in the category of Runners with Plantar Faciitis with intervention 2-3 times per week for 8 meetings. Conclusion: Providing Ultrasound and Active Stretching can reduce pain and improve function in runners diagnosed with Plantar Faciitis.

Abstract

The Purpose of this recearch is examines the dynamics of citizenship and identity in the context of diversity and unity in Indonesia, focusing on how the concept of inclusive citizenship can be effectively applied. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research combines insights from political science, sociology and anthropology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and policy document analysis. The research findings reveal that while there is a strong commitment to diversity in national policy, its implementation still faces significant obstacles, including a lack of understanding and awareness, discrimination against minority groups, and weak coordination between central and local governments. To address the gap between the ideal (das sollen) and the reality (das sein), this study recommends increased public education and awareness, empowerment of local and community leaders, better coordination between institutions, and strengthening of affirmative policies. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that Indonesia can more effectively value diversity and strengthen national unity, in accordance with the spirit of “Unity in Diversity,” which will ultimately create a more inclusive, just and harmonious society.

Abstract

Jakarta as a metropolitan city with a high level of mobility has complex problems, one of which is air pollution that has been rooted for a long time. The main source of air pollution is motor vehicle pollution with an increase in the number of motorized vehicles from year to year obtaining a daily average index of PM2.5 reaching 45µg/m³ far above the WHO safe threshold. This literature review research was conducted to reveal that the integration of sustainable public transportation in Jakarta has successfully reduced pollution emissions and improved transportation efficiency. The results found that the application of the Green Economy concept not only affects the economic sector in general, but also public transportation. In Jakarta, public transportation has become a major means of realizing Green Economy principles, such as reducing carbon emissions, using renewable energy, and increasing resource efficiency. the change of society from the use of private vehicles to public transportation can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which is in accordance with sustainable development goals. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to review and analyze public transportation as an alternative solution in improving the green economy.

Abstract

Abstract. This study analyzes the role of political parties in representing the interests of various groups of society. Political parties function as intermediaries that connect people's aspirations with government policies. The effectiveness of parties in carrying out this function determines the quality of democracy. This study finds that although political parties have great potential to represent the interests of diverse groups, they often fail to do so due to various obstacles such as corruption, nepotism, and lack of transparency. The results show that to increase effective representation, political parties need to improve their recruitment systems, increase openness and accountability, and be more responsive to social dynamics and community aspirations. Thus, political parties can function better as a true representation of the people's interests and strengthen the foundations of democracy. Keywords: Political Party, Representation, Society. Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran partai politik dalam representasi kepentingan berbagai kelompok masyarakat. Partai politik berfungsi sebagai perantara yang menghubungkan aspirasi masyarakat dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Efektivitas partai dalam menjalankan fungsi ini sangat menentukan kualitas demokrasi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa meskipun partai politik memiliki potensi besar untuk mewakili kepentingan beragam kelompok, mereka sering kali gagal melakukannya akibat berbagai kendala seperti korupsi, nepotisme, dan kurangnya transparansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan representasi yang efektif, partai politik perlu memperbaiki sistem rekrutmen, meningkatkan keterbukaan dan akuntabilitas, serta lebih responsif terhadap dinamika sosial dan aspirasi masyarakat. Dengan demikian, partai politik dapat berfungsi lebih baik sebagai representasi sejati dari kepentingan rakyat dan memperkuat fondasi demokrasi. Kata Kunci: Partai Politik, Representasi, Masyarakat.

The research method used was based on qualitative methods of study case as well as the collection of data is done with the techniques of observation, interview and documentation.. Online taxi exploited students not only deliver them home leave, but also to order food and supplies for academic purposes with rates that are relatively inexpensive.

Abstract

Secara esensial, manusia sangat bergantung pada kondisi lingkungan sekitar mereka, yaitu sumber daya alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung kehidupan mereka. Sumber daya alam utama bagi kehidupan manusia adalah udara, tanah, dan air. Ketiganya harus dipelihara dengan baik agar tidak mengganggu kelangsungan hidup. Lingkungan adalah segala sesuatu yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan manusia atau hewan, sementara lingkungan alam adalah kondisi sekitar yang mempengaruhi perkembangan dan perilaku organisme. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan lingkungan hidup adalah segala sesuatu di sekitar makhluk hidup yang memiliki pengaruh timbal balik terhadap makhluk hidup tersebut. Telah terlihat bahwa kerusakan di darat dan di laut disebabkan oleh tindakan manusia sehingga Allah akan membuat mereka merasakan sebagian dari (akibat) perbuatan mereka, agar mereka kembali (ke jalan yang benar) (QS. ar-Rum: 41).

Abstract

The first verse in Surah Al Kautsar contains the many gifts from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and his people. God has given so many great blessings that humans cannot count them.The second verse explains Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, who commands humans to pray and perform sacrifices. In Ibn Jarir's history, the second verse of Al Kautsar's letter came down during the Hudaibiyah War. At that time, the angel Gabriel came down to earth to give the wakyu of Surah Al Kautsar verse 2 at the command of Allah.In Surah Al Kautsar verse 3, people who hate the Prophet Muhammad are called abtar people. They are a group of people who are cut off from the goodness and grace of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
