Abstract

The core problem in this study is to determine the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch. The method used in this research is quantitative research method, the number of respondents is 60 people, data collection techniques with questionnaires and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove that the effect of motivation on employee performance is 0.760 or 76.0% with Sig 0.000, meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The effect of competence on employee performance is 0.305 or 30.5% with Sig 0.000, meaning that competence has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office. The effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office is 0.926 or 92.6% with a coefficient of determination of 85.8%, meaning that the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance is 85.8% in the value range of 60% - 80% or has a strong influence while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the static calculation show that the calculated F value of 171.862 is greater than the F table of 3.16. To improve employee performance at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office through motivation and competence, Bank BJB should supervise and check all information, both complaints, information services and attention to clarity and certainty of human resource management policies in the banking sector at Bank BJB Sumedang Branch Office and reduce the uncertainty of policies that cannot be applied in human resource management management.

Abstract

The background of this study is that there are indications of anorganization at Sumedang Bank that has been running quite well but needsto be optimized. This study aims to apply organizational culture knowledgeand determine the application of organizational culture and determineemployee loyalty at Sumedang Bank. This research uses qualitativeresearch methods with data collection techniques, namely interviewobservation and documentation. The informants in this study weredetermined using the purposive sampling method, namely a total of 6people. The final results of this study concluded that the cultureorganizational owned by Bank Sumedang had been going well but was stillnot optimal in the way it behaved, dress, and so on. While employees atBank Sumedang have been running well but not optimally. This can beseen from several things, namely there are several bank employeesbecause they are late for work from the specified hours. Therefore, theresults of this study can be used as references and recommendations tosupport the smooth running of Organizational Cultute and EmployeeLoyalty at Bank Sumedang

Abstract

The research focus contains the implementation of marketing strategiy and SWOT analysis in increasing the number of customers at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. The purpose of the research is to find out the various kinds of superior products of collection and financing, to know the marketing strategies that are applied and to know the SWOT analysis to increase the number of customers. This research is motivated by the rapid growth of the Islamic banking world. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive marketing strategy and keep up with the digital age in order to be able to compete. In addition, the SWOT analysis can help companies determine good steps for the future of the company. The method used is descriptive qualitative with two variables, namely marketing strategy and SWOT analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Using Miles and Huberman (1984) data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results and discussion are various types of superior products with high customer interest, namely in the form of collection and financing (productive financing and consumptive financing). Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang has a good, effective, innovative, creative marketing strategy implementation and successfully competes with other competitors. Marketing is not only done through print media but also the use of electronic media, namely social media that is always updated or commonly called digital marketing, besides that there is socialization to the community and participating in various events. SWOT analysis is considered effective to be able to find out the various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang must face as well as to make the right steps in the success and success of the company

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a very important part of the implementation of the company's overall strategy, especially in conditions of very tight competitors. Business competition in the tourism services sector is currently quite tight. Mulia Tour & Travel is a company engaged in the tourism industry, especially in the travel agency sector. In carrying out its business activities, it cannot be separated from the increasingly competitive market conditions which are marked by the proliferation of similar businesses in Sumedang Regency. Therefore a good and appropriate marketing strategy is needed, which is one of the ways that greatly determines the business in the tourism services sector so that business activities can continue. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach which aims to identify, describe and explain the actual situation related to the marketing strategy carried out by Mulia Tour & Travel. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documents. The data analysis used consisted of the data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Mulia Tour & Travel service company used a marketing mix strategy including product, price, place, promotion, human resources, physical evidence and the process of running its service business through online media. Suggestions from this research are better package travel packages, increase tour package bookings, increase promotion through the website, expand the collaboration networkoff line

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of competencies and organizational culture on the performance of employees for bpr majalengka jabar. The research method used in this study is the quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR Majalengka Jabar with a sample number of 64 employees. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not give an equal opportunity/opportunity for each element or member of the population to be sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the results of this study showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen from thitung > ttable or 3.623 > 1.670, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as viewed from thitung > ttable or 1.889 > 1.670 and simultaneously competence and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance was shown Fact > Ftable of 27.120 > 3.145. Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit of the Office of Directors of Cirebon. The research method used in this study is the quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. PG Rajawali II Cirebon Office Unit has 89 employees with a sample number of 89 employees. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling using the Total Sampling Technique so that in this study samples were taken from the entire population in PT. PG Rajawali II Unit of the Office of Directors of Cirebon. The technique of data collection using questionnaires and the results of the data analysis used are multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed partially the positive and significant influence of leadership and work motivation variables on employee performance can be seen from thitung > ttable of 15.064 > 1.98761 The positive and significant influence of leadership variables on employee performance can be seen from thitung > ttable of 21.914 > 1.98761 and simultaneously the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the results of the test of leadership and work motivation shown in FCalculation > Ftable of 272.073 > 3.1, which means It has a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

The research focuses on the performance of employees at the Sumedang Employment BPJS. The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance, performance problems and efforts to overcome performance problems at the Sumedang Regency Employment BPJS office. This research uses qualitative research methods. In analyzing the research data using Milles andHuberman model analysis starting from data collection, data reduction, datapresentation and data conclusions. Based on the results of observations, interviews and data analysis, it is concluded that employee performance is sufficient but not optimal. BPJS Employment Sumedang employees experience decreased work motivation, still make mistakes in terms of writing reports, inputting data, calculating reports, employee accuracy in their work is not good enough, still procrastinate their work and there is still miscommunication. Efforts made to overcome employee performance problems by conducting briefing activities, holding weekly evaluations, morning exercises once a week, family gatherings.

Abstract

E-business involves communicating and conducting business electronically via the Internet. Ebusiness can be significantly improved by strengthening the value chain relationship between businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Today's e-Business environment allows manufacturers to automate and integrate functions like never before - from customer relationship management, to supply chain. Web design has a strong influence on the scope of product marketing, especially at the marketing point. Web design is an important tool in marketing strategy. When web design and marketing work together to combine effective content with a well-designed site, marketing efforts receive the boost needed to get ahead of the competition and convert more visitors into customers. A strategically designed and attractive website will attract more visitors and help convert those visitors into leads. This will definitely result in increased income which will certainly benefit the Company. Marketing arouses user interest and encourages the purchase of certain items, whereas design attracts users and helps communicate a brand's message to its audience. Without these two services, a business is incomplete. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of e-business, web design, and product marketing scope in grungy shoe stores. The method uses a qualitative research approach and literature study (Library Research) which is useful for obtaining a series of descriptions of the factors that influence the results of the variables studied. This research step uses data collection methods from online journal literature sourced from Google Scholar. The results of e-business research influence consumers in expanding the scope of product marketing, Web design influences (has a negative impact) on the product marketing scope variable, which means that the lower the web design, the lower the product marketing scope in expanding product marketing. In conclusion, the role of ebusiness in expanding product marketing at grungy shoe stores has functioned well, including as a market breakthrough: because of its function as a global medium, markets that were previously unknown or impenetrable can be penetrated when utilizing internet technology. As market development: new geographical markets can be entered because of their function as a global medium, bringing together companies and buyers, complete information is also obtained through many applications and online methods, so new segments will be formed. Apart from that, the role of web design in expanding product marketing at grungy shoe stores is functioning well. Web design has an influence (has a negative impact) on product marketing, which means that the lower the quality of the web design, the lower the product marketing will be in expanding the marketing scope of a product. Web design has a big influence on buyers when deciding on purchasing decisions, web designmoderated by e-business expands product marketing. Abstract

Smooth return of murabahah financing is based on the smoothness or failure of the debtor in paying the loan principal according to a predetermined time. This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of financing, the period of financing repayment and the guarantee value on the smooth return of murabahah financing (an empirical study at KSPPS BMT Al-Kautsar Darmaraja for the 2019-2021 period). The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used is in the form of secondary data, namely the financing report on KSPPS BMT Al-Kautsar Darmaraja for the 2019-2021 period. Sampling using purposive sampling technique as much as 70 data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis on IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 software. The results of the study show that the amount of financing, the period of repayment of financing and the value of the guarantee partially have no positive and significant effect on the smooth return of murabahah financing at KSPPS BMT Al-Kautsar Darmaraja for the 2019-2021 period, the amount of financing, the period of repayment of financing, and the total collateral value simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the smooth return of murabahah financing at KSPPS BMT Al-Kautsar Darmaraja for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine the phenomenon of marketing strategy at the Regional Public Company of the People's Credit Bank, Bank Sumedang. The purpose of this study is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as marketing strategy efforts at Perumda BPR Bank Sumedang in increasing income, with the marketing mix approach (Marketing Mix) or 7P, Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical evidence, and Process, using SWOT analysis, this research method is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation studies, and observation. The results showed that the Marketing Strategy at Perumda BPR Bank Sumedang includes Market Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, and Differentiation, has been implemented quite well, and one of the Marketing Mix approaches namely Products is a supporting factor for the implementation of marketing strategies where Bank Sumedang is part of completeness of regional autonomy so that the products offered better understand customer desires, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of marketing strategies is the lack of employees who focus on marketing, in order to increase Bank Sumedang's income to encourage digital transformation to increase competitiveness and get Fee base income. through SWOT analysis shows a very favorable situation for Bank Sumedang because it has opportunities and strengths, so that in this position the company must support an aggressive growth policy.
