Abstract

Banks are the backbone of the economic and financial system inIndonesia as the channeling back of funds owned by excess economic units to economic units that need funds or deficits. The RGEC method is a structured way of assessing bank health compared to the previous valuation method, CAMELS. In article 2 paragraph (3) BI regulation No. 13/1 / PBI / 2011 concerning health assessment of commercial banks including risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital. Document review is one of the research methods by comparing standards with financial statement documents to be examined. The documents that will be reviewed include the report on financial position, income statement and Good Corporate Governance report. The data that will be used in this study are quantitative data types. Quantitative data is numeric data such as financial position reports, income statements and other measurable data.  Seen from the four aspects measured in the form of risk profile, GCG, earnings, and capital as a whole are ranked very healthy even though there are differences in the value of the composite in each study year either overall BUKU IV Bank or individual banks, for the most consistent banks within the Bank BUKU IV category, according to the researchers, is BRI Bank because the composite value obtained by BRI each year is not too much different.  The results of the analysis of the soundness of Bank BUKU IV namely BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BCA, and CIMB Niaga based on the RGEC method from 2012 to2018 show that the bank's performance is in the Composite Rating 1 (PK-1) which means Bank BUKU IV is located in very healthy condition

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Worklife-Policies, Work Involvement, and Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study consisted of 93 people, namely employees of PT. The sample technique used in this study was the distribution of proportion sampling. The data analysis method used consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity). and reliability) Test classic assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation) Hypothesis test (t test and f test), multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination. The results can be concluded that the work-life policies, Job Involvement, and Workfamily Conflict variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang with a contribution of R square of 73.1%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak keberadaan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Gunung Tangkuban Perahu, dengan fokus pada analisis risiko ekonomi dan sosial yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat lokal. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur mengenai sejarah geologis dan legenda budaya, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha mikro di kawasan wisata. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa gunung ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal (perdagangan, kuliner, transportasi) dan identitas budaya (Legenda Sangkuriang). Namun, evaluasi risiko mengindikasikan kerentanan ekonomi yang tinggi, di mana pendapatan pelaku usaha sangat tidak pasti akibat kebijakan pembatasan kunjungan dan fluktuasi wisatawan. Kondisi ini diperburuk oleh potensi risiko bencana vulkanik. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan harus "mengakuntansikan" atau memperhitungkan mitigasi risiko bencana dan kestabilan ekonomi masyarakat untuk menjamin kesejahteraan jangka panjang.
