Abstract

The Great Resignation phenomenon, characterized by a significant increase in employee resignation rates, has become a global concern following the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to understand the impact of generational differences on the reasons and consequences of this phenomenon. The research method used is a systematic literature review using databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. The results showed that factors such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment vary among different generations. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of organizations in developing retention strategies that suit generational characteristics to reduce turnover rates and increase employee satisfaction. This research also highlights the need for more attention to employee mental health and wellbeing as part of an effective retention strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of organizational culture in maintaining employee engagement in the remote work era and identify effective cultural adaptation strategies. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research combines the concepts of organizational culture and employee engagement specifically in the context of remote work. The research results show that a strong and adaptive organizational culture can be a foundation that supports employee engagement, even when they work remotely. The implications of this research include practical recommendations for companies in managing their organizational culture in the era of remote work, as well as highlighting limitations and future research directions.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence has been identified as a critical factor in helping employees adapt to rapid and unpredictable organizational change. The challenges employees face in this adaptation can have a negative impact on their performance and well-being. This research aims to examine the contribution of emotional intelligence in the employee adaptation process to organizational change. The research method used is a systematic literature review, by collecting articles from reputable international databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, using keywords related to emotional intelligence and organizational adaptation. The research results show that emotional intelligence plays a significant role in improving employee performance, psychological well-being and organizational commitment. The practical implications of this research highlight the importance of emotional intelligence training, the application of mindfulness practices, and a supportive leadership style to increase employee adaptation to change.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and market volatility, supply chain resilience has become critical for the continuity of business operations. This research analyzes differences in supply chain risk management practices between small and large companies in facing disruptions. Using the systematic literature review method, researchers collected and analyzed related articles from various international databases. The analysis results show that small companies tend to adopt simpler and reactive risk management strategies, while large companies have a more structured and proactive approach. The implication of this research is the need for a risk management approach that is tailored to the size and characteristics of the company to increase supply chain resilience.

Abstract

This study investigates the key factors influencing risk in global supply network operations, with a particular focus on demand uncertainty. The research objective is to identify the factors that cause uncertainty in product demand in a global supply network environment and to evaluate the implications of this uncertainty for the company's operational performance. The research method used is a systematic literature review using the Scopus database to collect relevant articles. The results show that fluctuations in consumer behavior, macroeconomic factors, and global market interconnectedness are the main factors influencing demand uncertainty in the global supply network. The implication of this research is that it is important for companies to develop strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changes in global market demand to improve their operational performance and resilience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana profitabilitas mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol yang dilakukan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2022. Variabel profitabilitas diproyeksikan menggunakan Return of Equity (ROE), nilai perusahaan diproyeksi oleh Price Book Value (PBV), struktur modal diproyeksi oleh Debt Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan diproyeksi oleh LN Total Aset. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dimana didapat 13 sampel perusahaan yang diuji menggunakan SPSS V26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan profitabilitas, struktur modal tidak dapat mengatasi hubungan antara profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

In an era of consumer empowerment marked by technological advances and changes in consumer behavior, understanding the role of consumer collaboration in the co-creation process of brand loyalty is crucial for business success. Although the importance of brand loyalty has been recognized, there remains a lack of understanding of how consumer collaboration specifically influences brand loyalty, especially in today's dynamic context. This research aims to investigate the role of consumer collaboration in the co-creation process on brand loyalty in the era of consumer empowerment. By utilizing the systematic literature review method, relevant articles from reputable international databases, such as Scopus and Web of Science, were collected and analyzed. Findings from the literature review indicate that consumer collaboration in co-creation plays an important role in influencing brand loyalty by building trust, satisfaction, and emotional connection between brands and consumers. The practical implication of this research is that brands should prioritize consumer involvement in co-creation initiatives to increase brand loyalty and competitiveness in the market. Future studies could expand understanding of the relationship between consumers and brands and the effectiveness of co-creation strategies in increasing brand loyalty.

Abstract

The integration of capital budgeting techniques with risk management practices is crucial in making informed investment decisions, especially in an uncertain economic environment. This study explores effective integration methods through a systematic literature review approach. By utilizing international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and IEEE Xplore, and using the PRISMA method, relevant articles discussing capital budgeting, risk management, and the integration of the two were analyzed. The findings of this study indicate the importance of combining NPV, IRR, and sensitivity methods with risk management to improve the accuracy of investment evaluation. The implications of this research include practical applications for managers and practitioners as well as recommendations for future research.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between employee wellness programs and organizational performance in various industrial sectors. Using literature analysis methods, this research analyzes recent studies that explore the impact of employee welfare programs on organizational performance. The main findings show that employee wellness programs have a significant role in increasing job satisfaction, productivity, and employee retention in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, information technology, health services, and education. The implication of this research is that a better understanding of the effectiveness of employee wellness programs can help organizations design more effective wellness strategies according to the specific needs of each industry sector, taking into account factors such as company size, organizational culture, and company policies.

Abstract

Metaverse offers innovative new opportunities for companies in marketing strategies, including in the cosmetics, arts, cultural heritage and banking industries. This research aims to compare the effectiveness of immersive marketing strategies in the Metaverse with conventional digital marketing strategies in building brand loyalty. The research method involves systematic literature observations using leading international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed, using inclusion and exclusion criteria and the PRISMA method. The research results show that immersive marketing in the Metaverse significantly increases consumer engagement and interaction compared to conventional digital marketing, albeit at a higher cost. The implications of this research highlight the importance of combining immersive and conventional marketing strategies to maximize consumer engagement and loyalty in the ever-evolving digital era.
