Abstract

In the context of the evolution of advertising from traditional to digital, this research aims to identify the main factors influencing this shift and its impact on consumer behavior. The research method used is a systematic literature review by collecting articles from reputable international databases such as Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science. The results of the discussion show that this advertising transformation is driven by technological advances, demographic changes, social and cultural changes, economic changes, as well as related regulations and policies. The implication of this research is to provide new insights for business practitioners and academics in facing the challenges of advertising transformation in this digital era. Some limitations of this research include a focus primarily on factors influencing the shift to digital marketing, limitations in the time scope of the research, and the possibility that relevant research is inaccessible. Implications for future research are to expand the scope of research to include other factors influencing advertising shifts, use a more diversified methodological approach, and compare traditional and digital advertising practices in various geographic contexts.

Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resources (HR) management is an increasingly rampant trend in the contemporary work environment. This study aims to investigate the role of ethics and fairness in the use of AI systems in HR decision making, as well as their impact on employee satisfaction and well-being. The research method used is a systematic literature review which involves analysis of a number of relevant articles from international databases. The results of the discussion highlight the importance of taking into account ethical and justice aspects in the development, implementation and use of AI in HR, as well as its positive implications for employee satisfaction and well-being. The implications of this research include the importance of paying attention to ethical and justice principles in the use of AI in HR to ensure fair, transparent and accountable decisions, which in turn can increase employee satisfaction and well-being.

Abstract

The integration of the concept of "Brand Stories" in marketing with data-based marketing strategies has become the focus of attention in efforts to improve business performance and consumer engagement. This article presents the results of a systematic literature review aimed at exploring the potential and impact of this integration. By analyzing related studies from the period 2019 to 2024, we conclude that the integration of brand storytelling and data-driven marketing has great potential in improving sales results and consumer engagement. The practical implications of these findings are presented to provide guidance for marketing practitioners in designing more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Sumatera Selatan terkenal menghasilkan produk olahan tradisional dari ikan dan membuka peluang wirausaha. Salah satunya dalam memproduksi kerupuk, yang mana kerupuk telah populer di lingkungan wilayah Sumatera Selatan karena menjadi tambahan lauk makan. Banyaknya bahan baku bersumber dari ikan tentu memiliki bagian yang tidak digunakan dan menjadi limbah seperti tulang ikan. Tulang ikan memiliki kaya kandungan seperti kalsium, dan mineral. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini melakukan inovasi produk kerupuk berbahan dasar tulang ikan tenggiri menjadi kerupuk keturi crunchy. Pelaksanaan ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pembuatan/pengembangan produk, tahap pengemasan, tahap pemasaran, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil produk keturi crunchy memberikan kontribusi dalam penekanan zero waste dan peluang wirausaha di Sumatera Selatan yang dipengaruhi selera, pola hidup, dan pendapatan. Selain itu produk ini mengandung kaya kandungan seperti mineral, kalsium, dan kolagen berguna menjaga kesehatan kulit. Produk ini juga disukai oleh kalangan usia karena tekstur yang renyah, dan gurih. Oleh karena itu produk ini mampu memberikan wirausaha secara sustainability seiring diikuti inovasi dan kreativitas dalam mengembangan produk kerupuk berbahan dasar tulang ikan tenggiri.

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM) has become an increasingly important topic in academic literature and business practice. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of using AI in HRM as well as its implications for human resource management practices in various organizations. The research method used is a systematic literature review, which involves collecting, analyzing and synthesizing related articles from various recognized primary sources. The results of the discussion show that the integration of AI in HRM can increase operational efficiency, improve employee performance evaluations, and enrich employee experience through more responsive HR solutions. However, this research also identified a number of challenges, including the complexity of the HR phenomenon, the constraints of limited data, and related ethical and legal issues. The implication of this research is the need for adaptation and transformation in HR practices to face the ongoing digitalization era. HR professionals need to increase their understanding and skills in adopting AI technology while paying attention to ethical aspects and its impact on employees and the organization. Further research is needed to further explore the potential and limitations of AI in HRM and identify effective strategies for facing future challenges.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Augmented Reality (AR) on consumer experiences in various retail contexts through a systematic literature review approach. By summarizing findings from a number of related studies, this research aims to understand how AR influences consumer immersion, satisfaction and loyalty levels, both in physical stores and e-commerce platforms. The research method involves analysis of relevant academic literature from various international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The results of the discussion show that AR has a significant impact on consumer experience, by increasing the level of immersion, satisfaction and loyalty. The implications of this research underscore the importance of using AR in increasing consumer engagement and loyalty in the retail sector, while also stating the need for further research to explore AR applications in the context of retail and consumer behavior.

Abstract

The phenomenon of "The Great Resignation" has prompted organizations to evaluate their work flexibility policies to address changing workforce needs and expectations. In this systematic review, researchers explore the role of work flexibility policies in the face of "The Great Resignation" and its implications for human resource management (HRM) and organizational culture. Researchers investigated findings from related literature published in the reputable international journal Scopus to gain insight into how work flexibility policies are understood, adopted and implemented by organizations in various contexts. The results show that work flexibility policies have a significant impact in increasing job satisfaction, employee well-being and productivity. However, challenges in performance management and effective communication were also identified. The implications of these findings reinforce the importance for organizations to adopt work flexibility policies that suit employee needs and expectations, as well as overcome emerging challenges through effective management strategies.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of technology on the workplace, human factors, human-computer interaction, as well as the characteristics of the future workplace, by considering various related theories such as Technology Dependency Theory, Technology Acceptance Theory, Activity-Information-Decision-Support Theory, and Ergonomics Theory Cognitive. The results show that technology, including automation and artificial intelligence, is having a significant impact on the way work is done, although it also raises concerns about job replacement and worker well-being. The importance of integrating human factors in digital workplace design as well as worker adaptation to technological changes were highlighted. The implications of this research highlight the importance of organizations paying attention to the balance between technological efficiency and worker well-being, while considering the involvement of technology in supporting decision making and information flow to effectively adapt to technological change. However, this research has limitations related to its focus on limited literature in leading journals, as well as limitations in the analysis of the literature available to date. For future research, a holistic and interdisciplinary approach is recommended as well as further empirical research to deepen understanding of the dynamics of interaction between humans and technology in the workplace.
