Abstract

Lean Manufacturing with Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and quality in various business processes. In the service industry, Lean Six Sigma has great potential for reducing waste, managing process variability, and increasing customer satisfaction. However, its implementation in the service sector faces unique challenges compared to manufacturing, due to the complexity of human interactions and high variability in service delivery. This research uses the PRISMA systematic approach to analyze and synthesize existing literature from various international databases. By identifying successful Lean Six Sigma best practices adaptation strategies, this research aims to provide insight into effective implementation strategies adapted to diverse service contexts, thereby increasing operational efficiency and overall service quality.

Abstract

The circular economy is an important strategic approach in promoting global sustainability by separating economic growth from environmental degradation. The transition to a circular economy leverages digital technology to increase resource efficiency, reduce waste and encourage collaboration among stakeholders. This research aims to explore the role of digital technology in supporting entrepreneurial innovation in the context of a circular economy. This research uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method to collect and analyze relevant literature from reputable databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect. The research results show that digital technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analysis, have a significant role in facilitating entrepreneurial innovation and accelerating the transition to a circular economy. The implications of this research are important for policy makers and business practitioners in designing more sustainable and efficient strategies. This research also makes an academic contribution by filling the gap in the literature regarding the interaction between digital technology and entrepreneurial innovation in the circular economy, as well as providing practical recommendations for implementation in various industrial sectors.

Abstract

Diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace have a significant role in influencing organizational culture and employee well-being. This research aims to explore the impact of these initiatives on employees' perceptions of fairness and well-being in the workplace. The research method uses a systematic approach by applying the PRISMA method to identify and evaluate relevant literature. The research results show that effective implementation of diversity and inclusion can improve organizational justice and employee well-being, with practical implications for the development of more inclusive and equitable human resource management policies and practices.

Abstract

Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) is an important aspect in maintaining supply chain stability and resilience amidst global uncertainty. This research aims to explore the role of big data analytics in identifying, assessing and managing hidden risks in the logistics and transportation sector. The method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA approach, which involves identification, screening, eligibility and inclusion of articles from international databases. The research results show that big data analytics can increase visibility, improve operational efficiency, and enable the detection of hidden risks that are beyond the reach of traditional methods. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating big data analytics in SCRM practices to increase supply chain resilience and minimize the impact of disruptions.

Abstract

Content marketing has become key in the competitive digital marketing landscape, where visual elements play an important role in attracting attention and increasing audience engagement. This research aims to analyze the influence of visual elements in content marketing on audience engagement and content sharing levels. Using the PRISMA method, articles from international databases were screened to obtain relevant and valid data. The research results show that high-quality visual elements significantly increase audience engagement and motivate content sharing. The implications of this research underscore the importance of investing in quality visual content and leveraging analytics for more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital merupakan aspek penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era bisnis saat ini. Namun, banyak UMKM di Kota Ambon menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital secara efektif, terutama karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengetahuan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran media sosial dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kota Ambon melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review, yang menganalisis studi-studi terdahulu untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tantangan, dan peluang dalam implementasi media sosial sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran digital UMKM di Kota Ambon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi media sosial dalam strategi pemasaran digital dapat signifikan meningkatkan visibilitas dan interaksi pasar bagi UMKM. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan daya saing bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

Fintech disruption has emerged as a significant force overhauling the landscape of traditional banking and financial institutions. Fintech startups, leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and big data analytics, are challenging incumbents by offering innovative customer-centric solutions. This research aims to explore how the integration of fintech technology affects the operational efficiency and profitability of traditional banking. The research method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA approach, collecting and analyzing articles from reputable databases. The research results show that fintech improves operational efficiency and profitability of traditional banks, but also poses challenges in terms of technology adoption and changes in consumer behavior. The implications of this research include the need for adaptation strategies for traditional banks and regulatory policy updates to support fintech innovation.

Abstract

Allocation of costs to prevent and environmental improvement conditions is an incurred cost by the company that arises from the negative impact of the company's operations. The environmental costs incurred are expected to have a direct impact on environmental performance and financial performance. This research wants to see how much effect environmental costs and environmental performance have on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study came from 24 mining sector companies using purposive sampling techniques and for the five year observation period 2018 - 2022, 40 company data samples were obtained. Samples of data used come from annual reports, financial reports published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Sustainability Reports. To carry out data analysis and obtain regression results in this research, a statistical tool, namely Eviews 9, was used. The research results show that environmental costs have an effect on environmental performance, environmental performance has no effect on financial performance and simultaneously environmental costs and performance have an effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has become a key approach in increasing the engagement and motivation of millennial employees, who are an important segment of today's workforce. This research aims to explore how transformational leadership can be optimized with the help of digital technology to increase the involvement and motivation of millennial employees. The method used is a systematic literature review using the PRISMA approach, including articles from reputable international databases. The research results show that transformational leadership, supported by digital technology, can strengthen the engagement and motivation of millennial employees through increasing efficiency, communication and career development opportunities. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations adopt transformational leadership and utilize digital technology to create more productive and adaptive work environments.
