Abstract

This article explores effective public relations communication strategies in branding excellent service at the North Lampung Kotabumi District Office, using a qualitative approach. This research aims to understand how effective communication carried out by public relations can influence public perceptions of the quality of service in the office. Involving in-depth interviews, observation and documentation this research highlights the importance of positive communicative interactions to strengthen the image of excellent service and brand. The research results show that implementing targeted communication strategies can increase public satisfaction, create a positive image, and build loyalty towards public services. Using qualitative methods, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of communication at the Kotabumi District Office, as well as providing a basis for recommending improvements to more effective communication strategies. This research can provide guidance for local governments in improving excellent service branding at the local level.

Abstract

Political reporting in the mass media has an important role in shaping people’s views of political leaders and public figures. Self-image is very important in people’s perceptions of their leaders. One news channel that has a big influence is TV One. How TV One frames the news about Prabowo’s candidacy can have a significant impact on the public’s image and perception of him. This research is a type of analytical research using a qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from books or articles about news framing, as well as news from TV One which depicts Prabowo in a positive way. The data in this research was obtained from TV One. The data collection method applied is by searching for news on the TV One news portal, which will then be analyzed. This research aims to analyze how Prabowo Subianto’s news is framed in forming his positive image through mass media, especially TV ONE. Framing in this context refers to highlighting and presenting news with a specific purpose. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an in-depth understanding of how TV ONE, as a mass media, uses framing in its reporting to form a positive image of Prabowo Subianto

Abstract

Puskesmas is an important entity in the health system in Indonesia. Community health centers have a crucial role in providing basic health services to local communities. A good image and reputation act as key factors in influencing public trust and participation in health programs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study of the Ketapang inpatient health center. The data obtained in this research was obtained through interviews, observation and analysis of related articles. This research aims to find out the strategies used by the community health center to improve communication in serving patients. Effective communication and good service will certainly have an impact on the image and reputation of the health center. From the results of an interview with one of the management staff at the puskesmas, it was clear that communication between medical personnel and patients was quite good and effective, such as when medical personnel carried out examinations, they provided diagnoses and explanations of patient complaints well, so that patients could understand the disease they were complaining about. Apart from that, every medical personnel must also understand therapeutic communication, which is very important so that communication between medical personnel and patients can run well and get appropriate feedback.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari antara manusia satu dengan manusia yang lain dihidupkan oleh interaksi melalui komunikasi. Komunikasi profetik merupakan komunikasi yang mengacu kepada pola komunikasi kenabian Muhammad. Paradigma ini merupakan pengembangan dari konsep ilmu sosial profetik (ISP) yang pernah digagas oleh ilmuan Islam kontemporer yakni Kuntowijoyo yang terinspirasi dari Q.S. Al Imran :110. Pienulisan ini biertujuan miengkaji Prinsip kominikasi Profietik yang miembangun dimiensi sosiologis manusia, yaitu hubungan antara manusia satu diengan manusia lainya dalam lingkup kieluarga. Jadi profietik dalam kontieks komunikasi di sini dimaksudkan untuk mienjielaskan makna prinsip komunikasi kienabian dalam pienierapanya di kiehidupan kieluarga. Mietodie yang digunakan pada pienielitian ini adalah diengan mienggunakan corak library riesieach, sierta mietodie yang digunakan adalah mietodie dieskriptif kualitatif. Sumbier primier pada kajian ini adalah buku Komunukasi Profietik: Konsiep dan Piendiekatan. Sumbier siekundier mierupakan buku-buku dan artikiel-artikiel yang bierkaitan diengan pienielitian ini. Hasil dari pienielitian ini ditiemukan prinsip komunikasi profietik tierhadap lingkup kieluarga, yang prinsip itu antara lain: Qaulan layyinan (pierkataan yang liembut), Qaulan kariman (mulia), Qaulan maisuran (bahasa yang mudah dipahami), Qaulan ma'rufan (miengierjakan kiebaikan), Qaulan sadidan (lurus atau adil) Qoulan Balighan (mienggunakan bahasa yang siesuai). Komunikasi Profietik dalam tujuan penulisan disini dimaksudkan untuk mengambil makna prinsip komunikasi kenabian dan dalam penerapanya di kehidupan lingkup keluarga saat ini.

Abstract

The product marketing communication strategy to create Brand Awareness in UMKM (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) is formed from the growth of consumer interest in the snacks being sold, flavor variants in food products, as well as the potential for developing UMKM in facing increasingly fierce market competition. Of course, this cannot be separated from the marketing communications strategy that must be carried out to overcome competition. This research aims to determine the marketing communication strategy for Basreng Endul UMKM products in creating Brand Awareness. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, by collecting data through interviews, observations and literature studies which aim to analyze and explain descriptively, namely describing to explain an object and phenomenon which will be expressed in writing and sentences. Based on the results of research conducted in the field, it can be concluded that the marketing communication strategy carried out by UMKM for Endul basreng products is to carry out points in the marketing communication mix with a focus on direct marketing through social media (Direct Marketing), word of mouth promotion. mouth or go directly into the field to offer or recommend products to consumers (Personal Selling), create attractive promotional pamphlets to introduce products (Advertising). Visual communication and recommendations are factors that influence the creation of brand awareness. This strategy is used in marketing Basreng Endul UMKM products in creating Brand Awareness.

Abstract

The system can be defined as an organized component or variable that interacts with each other to carry out the same goal, resulting in input, output processing. Analysis of Information Systems at Diskominfo North Lampung is part of the use of developing a system, especially Diskominfo North Lampung has four main areas, namely, E-government, Statistics, coding, and infocomm, all of which are interrelated, the analysis is carried out using interviews and direct observation methods, The purpose of this analysis is to determine the performance of information systems in each field in Diskominfo North Lampung, especially in conveying information. As a result of these observations, there are several things that must be addressed, ranging from manual archiving which should be converted to digital, the delivery of information should follow media trends and submission of problems in the scope of the website. From the analysis carried out, it produces an output in the form of advice on the livelihood of information media in accordance with trends and prototypes of the Appoinmen system that will be used as a means of consultation about website problems within the North Lampung agency with the instruments used Flowcard, user and admin data, and the figma application UI/UX design software Appointment.

Abstract

Islam is a blessing for the universe. It is not surprising that in practice, conveying information about the spread of Islam throughout the earth is an interesting thing to discuss. Why not, through news written about the spread of Islam throughout the world, people will know about how Islam grows and develops in a country. The method in this research uses qualitative analysis. This research uses a qualitative method with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. Barthes explained that the key to meaning analysis is denotation, connotation and myth. The results of this research are that the message of da'wah can be seen from Muslim tourist broadcasts in several scenes of broadcasts that contain da'wah messages

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi gap generasi dalam iklan IM3 "Nyatakan Silaturahim" dengan fokus pada dinamika interaksi antargenerasi dalam konteks keluarga serta implikasinya terhadap hubungan keluarga dan integrasi sosial di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dipilih karena fenomena gap generasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap dinamika sosial, komunikasi, dan hubungan keluarga. Metode analisis yang digunakan mengadopsi pendekatan "Meaning and Media", yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip semiotika, strukturalisme, serta konsep denotasi dan konotasi untuk menganalisis makna yang terkandung dalam media. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi terhadap iklan, metode dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa iklan tersebut berhasil menyampaikan pesan bahwa interaksi antargenerasi merupakan aspek yang berharga dan patut dipertahankan dalam lingkup keluarga maupun masyarakat secara luas. Dinamika interaksi antargenerasi memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan hubungan keluarga yang lebih solid dan harmonis, serta integrasi sosial di masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman tentang pentingnya interaksi antargenerasi dalam memperkuat hubungan keluarga dan menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang lebih inklusif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan signifikansi bahwa interaksi antargenerasi dapat menjadi sumber pembelajaran bersama, meningkatkan toleransi, memperkuat ikatan keluarga, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang saling mendukung di antara generasi-generasi dalam masyarakat

Abstract

In religious life, everyone is free to choose and carry out worship based on their own beliefs and true beliefs without any intimidation from certain groups. This is also what is reflected in the people of Pekon Ambarawa Pringsewu Lampung who apply various concepts of moderation in their daily lives. There are many religions that live in harmony there, such as Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism and Buddhism. Film is one of the propaganda media to convey messages in a contemporary way in society. Apart from being informative and entertaining, packaging da'wah messages through films is also an effective communication medium for the public. Likewise with the documentary film "Selaras" produced by the Nurul Huda Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School which raises the theme of religious moderation in society. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with a constructivism paradigm which aims to find out how the implementation of effective communication is built in the documentary film "Selaras". Based on the research results above, the author concludes that the implementation of effective communication in religious moderation through the documentary film "Selaras" consists of various indicators of religious moderation, such as; National Commitment, Tolerance, Non-Violence, and Acceptance of Tradition. This indicator was conveyed because of effective communication conveyed through film media as a means of disseminating information.

Abstract

In the last few decades, the film industry has experienced rapid progress and has played an important role in the field of communication or conveying messages. Where initially it was just a black and white image, it then developed with all kinds of effects that made the film look more real, making it more interesting for the audience to enjoy. In more detail, film is a communication medium in the form of moving images. One film that conveys the message of preaching is the film Merindu Cahaya De Amstel, directed by Hadrah Daeng Ratu, which is an adaptation of a novel by Arumi Ekowati which is based on a true story. This film takes the background of a non-Muslim woman who changed her name to Siti Khadijah after embracing Islam. In this study we used qualitative research. This approach aims to find and describe religious elements. The data source for this research is films and the data for this research are words, phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and dialogues that describe religious elements contained in the film Merindu Cahaya De Amstel. This research data collection technique uses library research. After data collection, data analysis is carried out by following the data analysis steps, namely classifying, describing and concluding. In this film there are several preaching messages, namely that a woman must cover her private parts and be friends with others who help each other in goodness, and remember that the commands from Allah SWT are the most important, especially when receiving messages of goodness that must be spread widely and become useful human beings.
