Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that become members' interest in sharia financing at Koperasi Sulit Air Sepakat (SAS) Padang City. In understanding the phenomena that occur with the research subject, it is done by giving a questionnaire containing questions as a research instrument and a total of 68 people who are respondents in this study. From this study it was found that the regulatory policies applied, halal principles, profit sharing systems and trustworthiness had a significant effect in increasing members' interest in sharia financing at SAS Padang City, but the lack of information and services and promotions carried out were not considered optimal so that this made the interest of members reduced to carry out financing in the cooperative. What can be recommended in this study is that the Koperasi SAS Padang City should be able to provide regular socialization so that members get more information regarding the administrative process, services and products offered in financing using the concept of sharia. Because this is really needed by members in the hope that member interest in sharia financing will increase

Abstract

The development of Rahn's financing distribution is still quite low compared to KCA financing at PT. Pegadaian. Of course there are internal and external factors that will affect the amount of the financing distribution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of inflation, gold prices, number of customers, and operating income on the distribution of Rahn's financing at PT. Pegadaian period 2016-2020. Quantitative research approach with secondary data using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study are the influence of the independent variables simultaneously on the distribution of Rahn's financing. However, in a partial test, only the Gold Price, Number of Customers, and Operating Income factors have a significant influence on the distribution of Rahn's financing, while the inflation factor does not have a significant effect on the distribution of Rahn's financing. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Risk Management in moderating financial ratios to firm value, as well as to determine Profitability as proxied by Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Solvency as proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Liquidity as proxied by Current Ratio ( CR) to Company Value as proxied by Tobins'Q. This study examines the population of property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. By using purposive sampling, 120 samples were obtained. Data analysis in this study was conducted using Panel Data Regression. The results of this study partially show that, (1) Profitability has an effect on Firm Value, (2) Risk Management does not moderate Profitability on Firm Value, (3) Solvency has an effect on Firm Value, (4) Risk Management does not moderate Solvency on Firm Value (5) Liquidity has an effect on Company Value, (6) Risk Management does not moderate Liquidity on Firm Value. Abstract

This study aims to 25nalyse the effect of profitability, investment decisions, leverage and inflation on firm value. The study used a quantitative approach.sector companies, real estate while the sample used is 44 companies for the 2017-2020 period which was taken by purposive sampling method.The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis technique using Eviews 12software. The results show that profitability and investment decisions have no effect on firm value while leverage and inflation have a positive effect on firm value. Abstract

This study is a quantitative study and aims to determine the influence of promotion, service quality, and their image on the purchasing decisions of Shoppe users in the DKI Jakarta area. The population in this study are Shopee application users in the DKI Jakarta area with the criteria of having made a purchase more than twice in the last six months. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out by descriptive and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) stone tools. The results of this study indicate that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination are 0.729. This shows that promotion, service quality, and brand image affect thepurchasing decisions of Shopee users by 72.9% and the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other variables such as price, product quality and others. Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods to the determine effect of motivation, compensation, and work satisfaction on employee performance objectively and systematically. This study uses the object of employees of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries. The population used are 156 people with a random sample using the Slovin formula as many as 112 respondents. Data were collected throughquestionnaires distributed to employees of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries using the Google Form application. Testing of the data in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 test application. The series of test processes carried out resulted in the conclusion that 1) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant effect oncompensation on employee performance, 3) there is a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) ) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation, and work satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Work-life Balance onEmployee Loyalty at PT Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia. The selected population is all employees of PT Panorama JTB Tours using a saturated sample of 50 employees. The use of analytical tools in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained in this study are (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) Work – life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (4) There is a simultaneous influence on employee loyalty of PT Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia. Abstract

his study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of financing restructuring to decrease NPF in Indonesian Islamic Banks. The biggest income of a bank is in financing transaction activities. During the Covid-19 pandemic, banks experienced an increase in financing rates due to the implementation of community activities. To anticipate large losses to banks, the Financial Services Authority as a regulator protects with Bank Indonesia restructuring policies to save banks and create a burden on the public who will pay their obligations to banks. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study prove that the financing restructuring carried out by Bank BSI has been effective in reducing the NPF ratio, this is evidenced by the declining NPF ratio data compared to before the implementation of the financing restructuring. Abstract

The automotive industry is trying to rise from adversity after the pandemic, one of which is Yamaha, a motorcycle manufacturer from Japan, which is currently competing with its competitors. The purpose of this research is to analyze, find out and prove the influence of product quality, region, and service quality on interest in buying Yamaha Nmax in Bekasi City. The type of data used is quantitative data with a population of working age (17-64 years) Bekasi City. With a sample of 96 respondents and using purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained are the product quality, promotion, and service quality variables have a significant and significant effect on consumer buying interest.
