Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and work discipline on the performance of telemarketing employees at PT Tradisi Untuk Semesta, Cibubur Branch, East Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, resulting in a total sample of 76 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that career development has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 4.585 greater than the t table value of 1.666, a simple linear regression equation of Y = 29.911 + 0.270, and a coefficient of determination of 22.1%. Work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 6.414 greater than the t table value of 1.666, a simple linear regression equation of Y = 27.677 + 0.332, and a coefficient of determination of 35.7%. Simultaneously, career development and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F value of 70.508, which is greater than the F table value of 3.12. The resulting multiple linear regression equation is Y = 13.343 + 0.318X₁ + 0.370X₂. The correlation coefficient of 0.812 indicates a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 51.7%, while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena maraknya coffee shop sebagai gejala gaya hidup mahasiswa PSDKU Kolaka. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada dua cafe populer di Kolaka, yaitu Kedaya Coffee dan UTTON ID. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 mahasiswa, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa coffee shop tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat konsumsi, tetapi juga sebagai ruang belajar alternatif, ruang interaksi sosial, dan simbol identitas modern mahasiswa. Aktivitas nongkrong di cafe dimaknai sebagai bagian dari ekspresi gaya hidup yang dipengaruhi oleh kenyamanan ruang, akses digital, dan estetika visual. Coffee shop juga berperan sebagai third place yang memperkuat jaringan sosial mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya transformasi budaya nongkrong di Kolaka yang mencerminkan perubahan pola konsumsi dan konstruksi identitas generasi muda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Quick Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Asset  at PT Adhi Karya Tbk for the 2014 2024 period, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, research method based on post-positivist philosophy, used to research a specific population or sample, data collection using research instruments, quantitative/statistical data analysis, with the aim of describing and testing established hypotheses.  The results show that Quick Ratio has significant partial effect (t-count 2.894 > t-table 2.364 with a significance value of 0.023 < 0.05). The test results for Total Asset Turnover indicate a significant positive effect (t-count 2.773 > t-table 2.634 with a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05). The test results for Debt to Asset Ratio show has no significant effect (t-count 0.375 < 1-table 2.634 with a significance value of 0.719 > 0.05). Simultaneously, Quick Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, dan Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Asset (f-count 18.084 > f-table 4.35 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at CV. Smart Quality Technic Curug Bojongsari, Depok City. The method used is a quantitative associative method. The population in this study were consumers of CV. Smart Quality Technic Curug Bojongsari, Depok City. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, the sampling method using the Slovin formula. With the Slovin formula, the research sample was 96 respondents. Data analysis methods used in the study include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, hypothesis tests consisting of partial t-tests and simultaneous f-tests, and determination coefficient tests. From the results of this study, it was concluded that service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a calculated T value > T table (15.070 > 1.986) and strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a value of T_count > T_table or (17.865> 1.986) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality and price have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a value of F_count > F_table or (188.151> 3.090) and is strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality and work price on consumer satisfaction have a regression effect of Y = 4.511 + 0.333 X1 + 0.550 X2 + α. The results of the R-square value (coefficient of determination) of 0.802, it can be concluded that the variables of service quality (X1) and price (X2) together have a contribution to the influence of the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) of 80.2% while the remaining (100% -80.2%) is 19.8% influenced by other factors or variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Operating Cash Flow, Net Profit Margin, and Inventory Turnover on Stock Returns atPT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk for the period 2015-2024. The method used in this study is quantitative, employing financial statement data. The analytical method applied include descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that Operating Cash Flow has no significant effect (t-count -0.925<t-table 2.447) with a significance of (0.391>0.05). The test results from Net Profit Margin has no significance effect (t-count 0.464<t-tabel 2.447) with a significance of (0.659>0.05). The test result for Inventory Turnover has no significance effect (t-count 1.245<t-tabel 2.447) with a significance of (0.260>0.05). Simultaneously, Operating Cash Flow, Net Profit Margin, Inventoy Turnover on Stock Returns (f-count 0.628<f-table 4.5757 with a significance (0.623>0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Biggy Cemerlang North Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on employees of PT. Biggy Cemerlang North Jakarta, with an employee population of 90 people. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that partially Organizational Culture (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) with a calculated t value> t table or (3.803> 1.9872). Partially, Work Discipline (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) with a calculated t value> t table or (3.803> 1.9872). And together, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant influence on company performance. Based on the calculated f value> f table or (92.355> 3.10).

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the financial performance and cash flow projections of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk as a basis for investor decision-making. Financial performance is analyzed through liquidity and profitability ratios for the 2015-2024 period, while cash flow projections are compiled based on historical cash flow data and the results of the company's financial performance analysis. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used are secondary data sourced from the annual financial statements of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2015-2024 period. The results show that the financial performance of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk during the study period fluctuated. The liquidity ratio tends to be in the unhealthy category due to high short-term liabilities, while the profitability ratio showed a significant decline in 2020 and began to recover in the following period, although not yet fully stable by industry standards. The prepared cash flow projections indicate that the company's ability to generate cash flow is still affected by suboptimal liquidity and profitability conditions. Overall, the results of the financial performance analysis and cash flow projections can be used as a basis for consideration for investors in making investment decisions, taking into account the level of risk, financial stability, and the company's future cash flow prospects. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of earnings quality, firm size, and Corporate Governance on firm value in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. The research method used is a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis, and the sample was obtained through purposive sampling based on the companies' annual financial reports. The results show that earnings quality has a significant effect on firm value, with a t-value of 2.078946 > t-table 2.013 and significance of 0.0446 < 0.05. Firm size does not have a significant effect on firm value, with a t-value of 1.284720 < t-table 2.013 and significance of 0.2069 > 0.05. Corporate Governance also does not have a significant effect on firm value, with a t-value of -1.399399 < t-table 2.013 and significance of 0.1700 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on firm value, as indicated by an F-value of 13.96289 > F-table 2.807 and significance of 0.000000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-squared) is 76.04%, meaning the remaining 23.96% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the influence of physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of Depok City Social Service employess both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the quantitative method. The population in this study is employees at the Depok City Social Service which amounted to 52 people with a saturated sample number so the population used was all employees of the Depok City Social Service as many as 52 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, partial t tests and simultaneous tests f. The results of this study show that: there is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on the performance of Depok City Social Service employees, this is evidenced by the results of simple linear regression of Y = 19.926 + 0.546 X1, the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.617 (strong),  The value of the determination coefficient was 38.0%, and the t-value was calculated 5.537 > t table 2.009 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of Depok City Social Service employees, this is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression of Y = 8.243 + 0.801 X1, a correlation coefficient value of 0.701 (strong), a determination coefficient value of 49.1%, and a calculated t value of 6.945 > t table 2.009 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and work discipline on the performance of Depok City Social Service employees, this is evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression of Y = 8.151 + 0.191 X1 + 0.618 X2, the correlation coefficient value of 0.715 (strong), the determination coefficient value of 51.2%, and the f-value of 25.695 > f of table 3.187 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at PT Kangkung Maju Bersama, the impact of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in increasing employee work productivity at PT Kangkung Maju Bersama, and the challenges and obstacles in implementing the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at PT Kangkung Maju Bersama. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are more on participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at PT Kangkung Maju Bersama runs with a strategy of practical assistance services and intense psychological counseling socialized to all employees. This program has a significant impact on improving the mental and emotional well-being of employees, which leads to increased productivity through reduced absenteeism, increased focus, loyalty, and teamwork. However, the implementation of the EAP faces challenges such as lack of employee awareness, stigma and concerns about confidentiality, limited counselors, difficult to reach counseling schedules, and a company culture that is not yet fully supportive. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen outreach, increase resources, and develop a work culture that cares about mental health so that the EAP can more optimally support employees and the company.
