Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and marketing strategy of Hanif Farm's egg-laying chicken farming business located in Lubuk Sukon Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach for financial analysis and qualitative-descriptive for marketing analysis. All members of the population were sampled (census). Primary data were obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained from financial records and business documentation. The results show that financially, Hanif Farm's business is very feasible and profitable. This is evidenced by the monthly net profit of Rp. 8,583,333.00. Break Even Point (BEP) analysis in units shows the break-even point at 2,081 eggs, which falls lower than the monthly production volume. Furthermore, the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) value is Rp 1.29 per income. In the marketing aspect, the strategy implemented is still traditional, with the main strengths being product quality and word-of-mouth promotion. Weaknesses identified are dependence on collectors, which limits market reach and profit optimization. Based on the SWOT analysis, there is a significant opportunity to expand the market by leveraging simple digital promotions. In conclusion, Hanif Farm is a profitable business, but it needs to diversify its distribution channels and begin implementing digital marketing to boost business growth.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of Bioloka biofertilizer concentration (0 ml/L as control and 10 ml/L) through spraying on the growth and yield of five varieties of ornamental chili ( Capsicum annuum L. ): Syakira, Ayesha, Nazla, Viola, and Violeta . The study was conducted in Cinta Damai Village, Bambel District, Southeast Aceh Regency, from August to December 2025, using a 2x5 factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications. Seedlings were sown for 21 days until they had 4-6 leaves, then transferred to 15 cm pots with soil, compost, and rice husk charcoal (1:1:1) media. Bioloka spray treatment was given weekly 7 times (20 ml/plant), with observation parameters including plant height (15, 30, 45, 60 HST), stem diameter, and flowering age. Analysis of variance showed significant to highly significant effects on most parameters, such as plant height (F=11.162 at 15 DAP), stem diameter (except at 30 DAP, F=2.095), and flowering age (F=24.481). 10 ml/L Bioloka concentrate significantly increased vegetative growth and flowering through natural hormones, supporting sustainable ornamental chili cultivation by reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers.

Abstract

The main issue raised is the gap between the theoretical potential of fermented feed, which has been proven to improve broiler performance on a small scale, and the complexity and uncertainty of its implementation on a modern industrial scale. This study aims to comprehensively analyze these strategic prospects and challenges. Using in-depth qualitative library research methods , this study synthesizes recent findings from the scientific literature. The results reveal that the prospects for industrial-scale implementation are very promising, particularly in supporting production efficiency through increasing nutrient digestibility and feed conversion, optimizing growth, reducing dependence on imports, and developing innovative products based on local ingredients. However, behind these prospects, multidimensional challenges are identified, encompassing technical-operational aspects such as the difficulty of maintaining consistent product quality and stability during mass production, distribution, and storage, as well as economic challenges such as high initial investment and the need for changes in feed management at the farm level. The study concludes that the successful adoption of this technology depends on the ability to integrate biotechnology innovation with robust supply chain management, appropriate business strategies, and ongoing educational programs. As an implementation, strategic collaboration is needed between the feed industry, government, and the research world to conduct pilot projects, develop operational standards, and formulate supporting policies that can mitigate risks and accelerate the realization of the potential of fermented feed towards a more efficient, independent, and sustainable broiler farming system.

Abstract

Kindergarten is a golden age for maximizing intellectual potential. However, the development of students' basic skills has not yet reached the expected target. This research was conducted to address this issue by developing a blended learning-based module. Blended learning was chosen because it is tailored to learning during the pandemic. The module development steps followed the ADDIE development model. The module was piloted with content experts, instructional design experts, small groups, and field trials. The validation results of the content expert test obtained a feasibility score of 95% and the instructional design expert test a 90%. The average feasibility score in the small group test was 91% and the field test a 95%. This blended learning -based module makes a significant contribution to learning during the pandemic because it provides a solution to learning challenges. The use of the module can increase student activity and motivation, even for physical activities. Blended learning is also an effective means of introducing students to the use of technology.

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is a common musculoskeletal complaint among workers, including commercial airline pilots. The aviation work environment is characterized by prolonged static sitting, whole-body vibration, mild hypoxia, low cabin humidity, and individual factors such as age and body mass index (BMI), all of which may contribute to the development of LBP. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of LBP and to analyze the association between total flight hours, age, and BMI with the occurrence of LBP among commercial fixed-wing pilots in Indonesia. An analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted at the Indonesian Civil Aviation Medical Center. The study population consisted of commercial fixed-wing pilots flying pressurized aircraft who underwent routine medical examinations (MEDEX). A total of 410 pilots met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and medical records, including demographic characteristics, total flight hours, BMI, and LBP assessed using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). Data analysis included univariate, bivariate (Chi-square test), and multivariate logistic regression analyses. The prevalence of LBP among commercial fixed-wing pilots in Indonesia was 5.85%. No significant association was found between total flight hours, age, or BMI and the occurrence of LBP (p > 0.05). However, female pilots showed a significantly higher risk of LBP compared to male pilots (OR = 6.85; 95% CI: 1.47–31.81; p = 0.01). The prevalence of LBP among commercial fixed-wing pilots in Indonesia was relatively low. Total flight hours, age, and BMI were not significantly associated with LBP, whereas sex was the most influential factor. These findings highlight the importance of gender-sensitive ergonomic and occupational health strategies in the prevention of LBP among commercial pilots.

Abstract

The digital era presents a paradox: unprecedented connectivity coexists with profound spiritual alienation. Contemporary churches, particularly those exceeding 200 members, increasingly experience "crowds without community"—high attendance coupled with shallow relational engagement. This qualitative study analyzes the limitations of mass-oriented ministry models and proposes small group structures as strategic solutions. Drawing from theological foundations (Acts 2:42-47; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27), sociological theory (Dunbar's Number), and empirical research, this paper demonstrates that churches prioritizing secondary orientations (buildings, finances) over primary missions (spiritual formation, discipleship) risk organizational dysfunction and spiritual superficiality. Small groups (8-12 members) provide intensive spiritual formation through authentic fellowship and organic integrity monitoring through relational accountability, while addressing contemporary challenges including digital literacy deficits and civic responsibility formation. The study concludes with a paradigm shift from organizational mass structures to organic relational networks.

Abstract

This study explores the significance of the "little child" figure in Matthew 18-19 as a radical soteriological statement that deconstructs the cultic meritocracy of the Temple. In first-century Judaism, although covenantal theology emphasized the grace of election, Temple practice had been corrupted into a system based on ritual and economic worthiness. Through socio-historical exegetical approaches and grammatical analysis, this study demonstrates that by placing the little child—a subject lacking both ritual and economic capacity—as the owner of the Kingdom of Heaven, Matthew performs a total subversion of the cultic hierarchy. Analysis of προσέφερον (prosepheron) and ἐπιθῇ τὰς χεῖρας (epithē tas cheiras) reveals Jesus as the new mediator who provides direct access without the mediation of the priestly system. The contrast with the rich man (Matt 19:16-30) reinforces that access to salvation does not depend on cultic performance or possession of wealth, but on radical dependence like that of a little child. These findings conclude that Matthew does not reject works, but rejects making cultic practices the exclusive basis for Kingdom access; the child figure shifts the locus of worthiness from ritual performance to a relationship of dependence on Christ as the sole mediator.

Abstract

The separation of work based on gender has eroded over the course of human civilization, including in the agricultural sector. This study involved 50 respondents from 237 complete couples who owned at least 0.5 hectares of land. The study examined and analyzed women's contributions to the agricultural economy in the Lawe Alas subdistrict of Southeast Aceh, beyond their roles as housewives. Women's roles in the agricultural economy are divided into two activities: first, pre-harvest activities such as soil cultivation, seed or fertilizer preparation, weeding, pest and disease prevention, and watering; and second, harvesting and post-harvest activities such as seed separation, harvesting, cleaning, transportation, sorting, and marketing. On average, women in Lawe Alas Subdistrict, Southeast Aceh Regency, spend 5.3 hours per day engaged in agricultural activities on an average land area of 1.26 hectares, which is equivalent to 2.6 workers per working day/5 hours. Women's contribution to the agricultural economy in Lawe Alas sub-district, Southeast Aceh district, is 49.69% in land preparation, 53% in seed/fertilizer preparation, and 52.22% in planting for each pre-harvest activity, 52.22% in fertilization, 51.53% in weeding, and 54.25% in watering. Women's contribution to the agricultural economy in Lawe Alas subdistrict, Southeast Aceh district, in each harvesting and post-harvesting activity is as follows: 50.25% in threshing, 66.25% in harvesting, 33.13% in transportation, 55.22% in cleaning, 52.97% in sorting, and 53.00% in marketing. Women in the agricultural economy in Lawe Alas subdistrict, Southeast Aceh district, have a large contribution in almost all pre-harvest, harvest, and post-harvest activities, but they have a small contribution in decision-making regarding the selection of crop varieties (28%), planting schedules (32%), seeds, and fertilizers for planting and fertilization.
