Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving the GrabFood delivery system to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in Surabaya City. A qualitative approach with a case study type was used to explore the dynamics of the GrabFood delivery system and identify key factors that influence efficiency and customer satisfaction. Data were collected through interviews with driver partners, customers, and GrabFood management, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the efficiency of the GrabFood delivery system is influenced by internal factors, such as routing algorithms and driver performance, as well as external factors, such as traffic conditions and weather. GrabFood has implemented strategies to improve efficiency, including route optimization with advanced algorithms and training programs for driver partners. GrabFood customer satisfaction is influenced by factors such as delivery speed, order accuracy, driver friendliness, and food condition. GrabFood continues to strive to improve customer satisfaction by implementing delivery time standards, digital ordering systems, service ethics training, and collaborating with merchants to maintain food quality. SWOT analysis shows that GrabFood has strengths in terms of brand awareness, partner networks, and technology, but also has weaknesses and threats that need to be anticipated.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of transformational leadership style and situational leadership style on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Maileppet Village Office, South Siberut District, Mentawai Islands Regency. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with data analysis conducted using Path Analysis through the SPSS version 29 program. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Situational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 4). Situational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 5). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. 7). Situational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, companies need to enhance the quality of human resources (HR) to remain competitive. One of the strategies implemented is providing job training programs for employees. PT. Tensindo Kreasi Nusantara is one of the companies that conducts field job training to improve employee competencies. This study aims to analyze the impact of field job training on employee performance at PT. Tensindo Kreasi Nusantara, South Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The findings indicate that field job training has a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on consumer satisfaction. The data analysis method used includes the F-test and T-test to determine the relationship and significance of each variable. The analysis results show that service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, with an F-test value of 0.837 > 0.662, a t-statistic of 2.345 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.006 < 0.05, thus supporting the first hypothesis (H1). Furthermore, the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction is also significant, with an F-test value of 0.829 > 0.662, a t-statistic of 2.911 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.004 < 0.05, confirming the second hypothesis (H2). The price variable also positively influences consumer satisfaction, as indicated by an NFI value of 0.829 > 0.662, a t-statistic of 5.562 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, supporting the third hypothesis (H3). Simultaneously, service quality, product quality, and price have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the analysis results confirming the acceptance of H1, H2, and H3 based on the T-test criteria. This study provides insights that improving service quality, product quality, and effective price management can significantly enhance consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze PT Semestanustra Distrindo's marketing data to identify the factors that impact customer choice in relation to advertising, personal selling, and brand recognition. Customers of PT Semestanustra Distrindo, the precise count of whom is not known, make up the population under study. Surveys were sent out to gather data, which was then processed and evaluated using SPSS 21. Results from hypothesis testing reveal that brand awareness, personal selling, and advertising are the three independent variables at PT Semestanustra Distrindo that influence purchase choices, proving that variable 1). A favorable and statistically significant relationship exists between brand awareness and purchase behavior, 2). Personal selling influences consumers' choices to buy in a favorable and statistically significant way, 3. There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between advertising and consumer spending (4). Decisions to buy at PT Semestanustra Distrindo are impacted by advertising, personal selling, and brand recognition all at once. Brand awareness, personal selling, and advertising impact purchase choices at PT Semestanustra Distrindo by 51.7%, according to the coefficient of determination. The remaining 48.3% is influenced by other factors that were not explored in this study. At 39.1%, personal selling is the most influential component when it comes to purchase choices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Article 21 Income Tax and the utilization of zakat as a tax deduction among employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Article 21 Income Tax is an income tax levied on earnings related to employment, while zakat paid through official institutions can reduce Taxable Income (PKP) for Muslim taxpayers in Indonesia. This research explores how BSI, as an employer, implements its Article 21 Income Tax obligations, as well as the understanding and utilization of the zakat-as-tax-deduction policy among its employees within the operational and marketing work units. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research will collect data through interviews with BSI employees from the operational and marketing units. The findings are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of Article 21 Income Tax implementation, employees' level of understanding regarding tax deduction mechanisms, and the extent to which the zakat-as-tax-deduction policy is utilized by BSI employees. The results of this study are anticipated to contribute to the understanding of taxation practices in Islamic financial institutions and provide insights for BSI and related authorities in enhancing the effectiveness of tax policy implementation and zakat utilization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how financial performance in overcoming bad debts at PT BPR BKK Temanggung KC Candiroto. Financial performance with bad debts are two things that greatly influence each other. The data analysis method for this study is a qualitative method, namely by systematically describing data from facts obtained through interviews and documentation at PT BPR BKK Temanggung KC Candiroto. The phenomenon of bad debts is the provision of credit that has a high risk for the survival of banking if the provision of credit is not managed properly. To avoidproblematic credit, credit management is needed which is good credit management. (Mulyadi, 2016). This study uses a qualitative approach and conducts a comprehensive data analysis of a problem. The sources of this research are primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out the description of the Old Age Security (JHT) claim system and its calculations for workers who have become Old Age Security (JHT) participants at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Magelang Branch. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the old age security claim system at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Magelang Branch is generally not in accordance with existing regulations. This is based on the fact that participants do not attach a Certificate of Retirement or a Certificate of No Longer Working when making a claim. The use of the old age security claim system is less effective because many participants still make claims only at branch offices, even though in addition to going through branch offices, participants can make claims online. For the calculation of the old age security balance, the benefits obtained will be better if claimed at an old age than at a young age, according to the benefits of JHT itself which are provided for the participant's old age, Income from interest on the development of the old age security balance makes the benefits of old age security more pronounced when making a claim in old age, interest on the development of the balance will increase the participant's balance even though the participant no longer pays contributions.

Abstract

People's Credit Bank (BPR) is defined by Law No. 10 of 1998 Article 1 concerning Banking as follows: "People's Credit Bank is a Bank that carries out its business activities conventionally or based on sharia principles which in its activities do not provide services in payment traffic". The rapid development of digital technology requires BPR BKK Temanggung to make new innovations, one of which is the use of E-wallets. One of the digital financial service products produced by this partner agency is the application (Kopi-Koe). The purpose of this study is to find out how BPR BKK Temanggung implements digital applications. The type of research used in this report is qualitative methods. The result of this study is the impact of the implementation of digital applications (Kopi-koe), among others, providing convenience for customers, streamlining time and operations, and increasing the growth of BPR BKK Temanggung's Financial Performance.

Abstract

The times and technological developments also occur in financial institutions. One technology that has a lot of potential in developing the financial sector in Indonesia is QRIS. QRIS is a QR code-based payment system that complies with Indonesian standards. QRIS has access to all digital wallets and all banks to facilitate all types of transactions. The type of research used in the implementation is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are carried out to be able to find out the phenomena that are happening in certain areas and are being experienced by research subjects. The use of QRIS at Bank BSI KC Baruraja Rahman Hamidi also facilitates community access to all people. This condition can occur because the use of QRIS can receive and send money through all applications, both mobile banking and digital wallets.
