Abstract

The Bengkayang Head Sub-District Office, Bengkayang Regency, is one of the community service offices located in Bengkayang Sub-District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. In government affairs, it is certainly never broken in terms of services and correspondence. The Bengkayang Head Sub-District Office will receive incoming letters every day, both internal and external. These incoming letters must be managed properly by applicable procedures and will eventually be archived. The resources owned also have a big share in carrying out their duties and functions, so what has been planned properly can also be realized properly. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this study, researchers made direct observations at the Bengkayang Head Sub-District Office regarding matters relating to the management of incoming letters and up to the stage of storage in the archives. After that, the researcher also interviewed 2 employees who were directly related to these activities, and the researcher also conducted a documentation study to strengthen the results of the data that had been obtained.Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the management of incoming letter archives at the Bengkayang Head Sub-District Office is still not optimal; the management of incoming letter archives is still not neat, so when the archive is needed, it cannot be found because there is no special archive room. The staff on duty is less competent in carrying out his duties because he is often negligent and leaves the place during working hours. Training in managing archives has also never been given to the staff in charge. Responsibility is given only because the staff is a senior employee. Therefore, the Bengkayang Head Sub-District Office needs to provide training to staff in managing records, especially in terms of correspondence. The archive place should also be provided specifically and managed in accordance with procedures so that it can maintain office archives more optimally and effectively.

Abstract

OVO is a smart application that provides online payment and transaction services (OVO Cash). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of E-Trust, Promotion and Promotion on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The research sample was 80 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that E-Trust had an effect on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users (3.174> 1.992 and 0.002 <0.05), Promotion had an effect on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users (3.385> 1.992 and 0.001 <0.05) and E-satisfaction had an effect on E-Loyalty on OVO E-Wallet Users (4.338> 1.992 and 0.000 <0.05). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained that E-Trust, Promotion and E-Satisfaction had an effect on E-Loyalty for OVO E-Wallet Users (F count (26.977) > F table (2.72) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Kentucky Fried Chicken is a very famous fast food restaurant or commonly called KFC. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Image, Price and Promotion on KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The research sample was 97 respondents using Simple random sampling as a sampling technique. The partial test results obtained a value of t count> t table (3.816> 1.986) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H1 is accepted, namely Brand Image influences KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. The partial test results obtained a value of t count> t table (2.992> 1.986) and a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that H2 is accepted, namely Price influences KFC Product Purchasing Decisions on Unpri Medan Students. The partial test results obtained a calculated t value > t table (2.750 > 1.986) and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, meaning that H3 is accepted, namely that Promotion influences the Decision to Purchase KFC Products on Unpri Medan Students. The simultaneous test results obtained a calculated F value (29.946) > F table (2.70) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H4 is accepted. Brand Image, Price and Promotion influence the Decision to Purchase KFC Products on Unpri Medan Students.

Abstract

The growing recognition of environmental and social issues has intensified the pressure on companies to meet their social and environmental obligations. Particularly in the mining industry, environmental concerns that were previously overlooked have emerged as critical topics in sustainability dialogues. This research seeks to explore the intricacies of the relationship between corporate actions and sustainability practices within Indonesia's mining sector. The study analyzes data from 16 mining firms over the timeframe of 2020 to 2022. Using regression analysis, specifically through the Random Effect Model, the research investigates both direct relationships Findings reeal that the size of a company positively influences the disclosure of sustainability reports. In contrast, factors such as leverage and audit quality do not significantly impact the level of sustainability report disclosures. These results highlight the importance of company size as a driver for transparency in sustainability practices, indicating that larger companies are more likely to respond to stakeholder pressures for environmental accountability. On the other hand, the lack of significant findings related to leverage and audit quality suggests that other dynamics may play a more critical role in shaping sustainability reporting behaviors within the mining sector. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing sustainability disclosures and offers valuable insights for stakeholders seeking to enhance environmental and social governance practices in Indonesia's mining industry. Keywords: Environment, Mining sector, Sustainability reporting disclosure Abstrak Peningkatan kesadaran terhadap isu-isu lingkungan dan sosial telah memperbesar tekanan terhadap perusahaan untuk memenuhi kewajiban sosial dan lingkungan mereka. Secara khusus, dalam industri pertambangan, masalah lingkungan yang sebelumnya sering diabaikan kini menjadi topik penting dalam diskusi mengenai keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan yang kompleks antara tindakan korporasi dan praktik keberlanjutan dalam sektor pertambangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis data dari 16 perusahaan pertambangan selama periode 2020 hingga 2022. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, khususnya melalui Random Effect Model, penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan langsung antara variabel-variabel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan. Sebaliknya, faktor seperti leverage dan kualitas audit tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya ukuran perusahaan sebagai faktor pendorong transparansi dalam praktik keberlanjutan, di mana perusahaan yang lebih besar cenderung lebih responsif terhadap tekanan dari pemangku kepentingan terkait akuntabilitas lingkungan. Di sisi lain, tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan dari leverage dan kualitas audit menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lain mungkin memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam menentukan perilaku pengungkapan keberlanjutan di sektor pertambangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperluas pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengungkapan keberlanjutan serta memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para pemangku kepentingan yang ingin meningkatkan praktik tata kelola lingkungan dan sosial di sektor pertambangan di Indonesia. Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing communication strategy carried out by Indomaret in Punggulrejo Village, Rengel District, and its impact on customer satisfaction. Through a qualitative approach, data was obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that Indomaret successfully uses various communication channels, such as leaflets, Instagram, and barcode-based applications to reach consumers. Weekly changing sales promotions and direct sales through the cashier increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Despite challenges related to stock availability and mispricing, these strategies are effective in increasing brand awareness and a satisfying shopping experience. This research provides insights for the development of more effective marketing strategies in the face of retail business competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi pemasaran dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang pada UMKM Juragan Geprek Montong. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan beberapa pelanggan untuk menggali strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif, baik melalui pemanfaatan media sosial, promosi digital, pemasaran langsung, dan interaksi aktif dengan konsumen, memainkan peran signifikan dalam mendorong kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan ini kemudian berkontribusi pada peningkatan loyalitas dan pembelian ulang. Selain itu, strategi komunikasi yang tepat membantu menciptakan kedekatan emosional antara pelanggan dan brand, sehingga UMKM dapat mempertahankan daya saing di pasar. Optimalisasi komunikasi pemasaran menjadi kunci strategis bagi UMKM dalam membangun hubungan yang berkelanjutan dengan pelanggan dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis jangka panjang,terutama untuk UMKM juragan geprek montong yang baru berdiri belum lama. Dengan demikian, penerapan komunikasi pemasaran yang terencana dan inovatif sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine banks' financial results on the IDX both before and after COVID-19. The RGEC analysis approach is being used for the period of 2016–2023. The approach used in this research is quantitative. With a population of 47 commercial banks, the sample was obtained using purposive sampling methods. Of the samples that satisfied the requirements, 17 commercial banks for the years 2016–2023 were included, and the data type was secondary data. The data collecting approach makes use of descriptive analysis methods to extract information from commercial bank financial statements available on the IDX for the years 2016–2023. The "Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test" is a hypothesis testing tool that compares the overall financial performance of commercial banks. According to the results of the data analysis performed using SPSS v26, there is no significant change between NPL, GCG, and ROA before and during the COVID-19 period of 2016–2023. There are notable distinctions between LDR and CAR both before and throughout the COVID-19 timeframe of 2016–2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran audit internal dalam mendeteksi dan mencegah terjadinya fraud pada siklus persediaan dan pergudangan di PT XYZ. Fraud dalam siklus ini berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi perusahaan, sehingga keberadaan audit internal yang efektif sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi kemungkinan penyimpangan dan mengimplementasikan langkah pencegahan yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif serta metode komparatif, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mengevaluasi peran audit internal dalam mengelola risiko fraud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan audit internal di PT XYZ sudah memadai, dengan pengujian elemen-elemen audit internal yang dimulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga tindak lanjut yang dilaksanakan secara efektif. Audit internal memiliki peran krusial dalam upaya pencegahan fraud di perusahaan ini, dan penerapan pengendalian internal sudah sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menyarankan PT XYZ untuk terus meningkatkan efektivitas audit internal, khususnya pada tahap pemantauan dan pengawasan, memisahkan tugas dan tanggung jawab di bagian logistik, serta lebih fokus dalam merekrut SDM dengan evaluasi secara menyeluruh terhadap integritas calon pegawai guna memperoleh tenaga kerja yang berkualitas, dapat dipercaya, dan mampu mengurangi potensi terjadinya fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of Human Resources (HR) with an adaptive approach in facing the dynamics of an ever-changing work environment. In the era of globalization and rapid technological advances, companies are required to have human resources who are flexible and ready to face various challenges. This research uses literature study and literature review methods to identify the main concepts related to adaptive HR development, as well as the challenges and benefits that arise in its implementation. The research results show that an adaptive approach to HR development involves improving technical, social skills and the ability to adapt to change. Proactive management, support for relevant training programs, and the creation of an organizational culture that supports change are the main factors in the success of adaptive HR development. This research also found that although there are challenges, such as resistance to change, companies can overcome them with effective communication and employee empowerment. In conclusion, human resource development with an adaptive approach is an important long-term strategy to ensure the company's competitiveness and readiness to face future challenges

Abstract

Adanya suatu bisnis tidak terlepas dari citra merk bisnis tu sendiri. Dalam menjalankan bisnis penting adanya suatu penciptaan brand awareness dari bisnis itu senidiri. Salah satu cara untuk menciptakan brand awareness adalah melalui strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi, serta study dokumentasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam menciptakan brand awareness suatu bisnis, dapat di pengaruhi oleh bauran pemasaran 4p dan juga strategi yang digunakan. Adapun pengaruh bauran pemasaran dalam menciptakan brand awareness adalah Dimana Ketika suatu bauran pemasaran dari bisnis memiliki efektifitas yang tinggi maka akan menciptakan branding yang tinggi pula. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran dapat mencipakan brand awareness. Penciptaan ini terjadi karna adanya signifikasi anatara strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang di terapkan dengan bisnis yang dijankan. Identitas suatu bisnis akan menjadi pengingat merk suatu bisnis itu sendiri. Sedangkan promosi dan strategi lain akan memanmbah citra merk dari branding bisnis teersebut.
