Abstract

Talent management in the digital era is a complex phenomenon that requires a comprehensive approach in dealing with contemporary organizational transformation. This study aims to explore the dynamics of talent management through a systematic literature review of ten reputable scientific journals covering various organizational and industrial contexts. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with content analysis and narrative synthesis techniques. The findings of the study reveal that talent management is no longer just an administrative function but a strategic strategy that determines the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations in the digital era. The results of the study identify four main dimensions in talent management in the digital era, namely: transformation of management approaches, technology adaptation, development of individual competencies, and the formation of a responsive organizational ecosystem. This research makes a theoretical contribution to produce a comprehensive conceptual framework of cutting-edge talent management practices. The practical implications show the need for a multidimensional approach that pays attention to the technological, psychological, and organizational aspects of managing human resources. This research offers a holistic perspective in understanding the complexity of talent management in the sustainable digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand ambassadors on the purchase interest of Glad2Glow products on MissGlam. The development of digital technology has influenced the way companies market their products, especially through social media platforms. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active social media users and MissGlam customers. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on product purchase interest. The results of the study show that both social media marketing and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant influence on the purchase interest of Glad2Glow products. Social media marketing, with interesting content and promotion through digital platforms, has a strong impact on building awareness and purchase interest. In addition, the presence of brand ambassadors who have influence on the audience also plays an important role in increasing consumer purchasing decisions. These findings provide implications for companies to further maximize digital marketing strategies and choose the right brand ambassadors to increase product purchase interest in a competitive market.

Abstract

The digital revolution has had a significant impact on the world of education, including English language teaching. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) enable more flexible and interactive learning through online platforms such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which provide global access to education at low or no cost. Although MOOCs offer great opportunities, challenges such as the digital divide and integration with traditional curricula remain barriers. Teaching English in the digital era requires innovative approaches that incorporate technology, such as computer-assisted learning (CALL) and AI-based applications, to enhance students' linguistic skills. The role of teachers has also changed, from being a presenter of material to a facilitator who guides students in utilizing digital learning resources. With adequate training and digital literacy support, teachers can integrate technology into learning to create a more relevant and effective learning experience. Adapting to these changes is essential to improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the QRIS management program for new users of Bale by BTN Mobile at Bank BTN KCP Ketintang, especially in the distribution of Surabaya University student identification cards and customer service. The method applied is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, in-depth observations, and documentation. There are four informant subjects related to this research, namely new customers, business people, customer service, and funding parties of Bank BTN KCP Ketintang, selected to obtain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of the program. The results showed an increase in the use of QRIS among new users of Bale by BTN. Through the cashback program, customers can use QRIS regularly. However, the use of technology and online systems in this program still faces challenges, especially related to technical problems that often arise in Bale by BTN mobile banking, which can hinder the smooth activation process.

Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is the principle of bureaucratic neutrality in the regional elections in Banjar City, West Java in 2019? (2) How is the effectiveness of the performance of state civil servants in Banjar City, West Java in 2019? (3) How does bureaucratic neutrality in regional elections affect the effectiveness of state civil servant performance in Banjar City, West Java in 2019? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The principle of bureaucratic neutrality in regional elections in Banjar City, West Java in 2019. (2) The effectiveness of state civil servant performance in Banjar City, West Java in 2019? (3) the effect of the principle of bureaucratic neutrality in regional elections on the effectiveness of state civil servant performance in Banjar City, West Java in 2019. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Simple Linear Regression (Simple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) The principle of bureaucratic neutrality in the regional elections in Banjar City, West Java in 2019 has not been optimal, but after the study was conducted, it tends to be very high. The highest value is on the impartial indicator and the lowest value is on the not involved indicator. (2) The effectiveness of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Banjar City, West Java in 2019 has not been optimal, but after the study was conducted, it tends to be very high. The highest value is on the outcome measurement indicator and the lowest value is on the time measurement indicator. (3) The principle of bureaucratic neutrality in the regional elections has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Banjar City, West Java in 2019.

Abstract

Sadananya District implements community-based tourism as an empowerment approach that involves and positions the community as an important actor in the context of a new development paradigm, namely sustainable development (Sustainable Development Paradigm). The purpose of community empowerment itself is basically to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of each individual, so that they have the ability to work and strive independently in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the purpose of empowerment is to increase the potential of the community to be able to improve the quality of life for all members of the community through self-help activities (Sutarto, 2007: 153). Primary data is obtained raw from the community and still requires further analysis. Qualitative research is to create systematic, factual and accurate observations regarding the facts or characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can draw conclusions, including development efforts in the Bendasari, Tanjungsari, and Gunungsari Tourism Villages which are carried out through: (a) Human resource development is carried out through training, discussions, and others. (b) Partnership with River Tubing, Taruna Karya, PLN, Resque, and parties engaged in tourism. (c) Village Government Activities, namely holding meetings, discussions, joint sports. (d) Promotion through social media, word of mouth, publications. (e) Festivals or competitions, namely bird singing competitions held at the Bukit Bubulak tourist attraction in Bendasari Village. (f) Fostering Community Organizations by inviting the community to participate in managing Tourism Villages. (e) Cooperation with Universities or colleges in Ciamis Regency and its surroundings.

Abstract

Employee performance at the P2KBP3A Service is not optimal, which can be seen from the delays in completing work and the work results achieved are not in accordance with the established standards. Then the performance of these employees is also influenced by the merit system which is not optimal, which is caused by the fact that ASN are still found not showing their professionalism in serving the community and an attitude of underestimating work arises because they realize that they have the abilities and expertise that are highly expected and are the mainstay of the leadership. Employee performance is also influenced by motivation which is not optimal, this is caused by the lack of dedication and loyalty of employees in working even though they have received a decent salary and the level of promotion for employees who excel is not optimal. This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of the merit system on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of the merit system and motivation on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The merit system has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the merit system is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) The merit system and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency.

(2) How does commitment affect the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees? (3) How do work discipline and commitment affect the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of work discipline on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. (2) The effect of commitment on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. (3) The effect of work discipline and commitment on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Discipline at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is very high. With the highest value on the responsibility indicator and the lowest value on the obedience indicator. Discipline has a positive effect on employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya. This means that if discipline is increased, then employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya will also increase. (2) Commitment at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is high. With the highest value on the sense of belonging indicator (sense of belonging) and the lowest value on the sense of passion for work indicator. Commitment has a positive effect on employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya. This means that if commitment is increased, then employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya will also increase. (3) Employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is very high. With the highest value on the indicator of interpersonal skills and the lowest value on the indicator of reliability.

Abstract

The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon is one of the psychological factors that influences consumer behavior, especially in the context of purchasing collectible goods. This research aims to analyze FOMO behavior among consumers in Indonesia when purchasing Labubu dolls, a collectible product that is popular among toy lovers. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with 15 respondents who actively collect Labubu dolls, as well as observations in the fan community. The research results show that FOMO is triggered by limited stock, limited editions, the influence of social media, and pressure from the collector community. Consumers often feel compelled to buy immediately for fear of missing out on the opportunity to own an exclusive product. In addition, social factors, such as competition between collectors and the desire to demonstrate status, also strengthen FOMO behavior. The implications of this research provide insight to producers regarding exclusivity-based marketing strategies and consumer behavior management. This study also contributes to the consumer behavior literature by highlighting the role of FOMO in the context of purchasing collection products in Indonesia.
