Local Area Monitoring Data for Maternal and Child Health (PWS-KIA) in Barito Kuala Regency, the coverage of detection of high-risk pregnant women by health workers is 47.3% of the 20% target, detection by cadres is 13.1% of the 80% target, and 2018 data regarding the coverage of detection of at-risk pregnant women by health workers at 47.2% of the 20% target and detection by cadres of 8.5% of the 80% target. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of cadres' knowledge about detection of high risk of pregnant women in the work area of the Berangas Health Center. This study used a descriptive research method. The population and sample were all cadres who were in the work area of the Berangas Health Center. The data obtained using primary data and secondary data. The results of the study were 15 people (50%) had good knowledge, 12 people (40%) had sufficient knowledge and 3 people (10%) had poor knowledgeThe results of this study can be concluded that the level of knowledge of cadres about high risk detection of pregnant women in the work area of the Berangas Health Center is good.

Indonesia's population growth tends to increase every year, with an estimated population of 237.6 million people. One of the strategies for implementing the family planning program is to increase the use of IUD contraceptives. IUD contraceptive applicants in West Java are still very low, namely only 9.07%, different from DKI Jakarta Province IUD acceptors of 17.69 %. In December 2019 WHO declared the COVID-19 virus a global health emergency. This condition has an impact on the continuity of public health services, including family planning services. The aim of this research is to determine the predisposing and reinforcing factors that affect the interest of IUD family planning acceptors during the Covid-19 pandemic in Puspanegara Village, Bogor. The design of this study used a descriptive analytic with a cross sectional research design. The total sample was 50 active family planning acceptors. Analysis of the data used with the Chi Square Test. The results showed that out of 50 respondents as many as 45 respondents (90%) were not interested in using the IUD KB. This was influenced by predisposing factors for age (p value 0.001), parity (p value 0.002), knowledge (p value 0.004) and reinforcing factors for family planning services (p value 0.001). The conclusion of this study is the low interest of reproductive age couples to become IUD family planning acceptors during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In pregnancy globally that is equal to (35-75%). WHO also noted that (40%) maternal deaths in developing countries are related to chronic energy deficiency. Pregnant women who suffer from malnutrition such as chronic lack of energy have a greater risk of illness and therefore malnutrition in pregnant women should be avoided so that pregnant women are a target group that needs special attention. The countries that experienced the highest incidence of CED in pregnant women were Bangladesh (47%), while Indonesia was the fourth largest with prevalence (35.5%) and Thailand with the lowest prevalence (15–25%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) and Birth Weight of Babies in the Work Area of the Sei Langkai Health Center Batam City in 2020. This study was a Case Control (Retrospective) study, the research site was in the Sei Langkai Health Center Work Area Batam City from the month August-September 2020, the study population was mothers who were recorded to have given birth in the Work Area of the Sei Langkai Health Center, Batam City in June 2020. Sampling using the Total sampling technique, the number of samples was 61 respondents, the instrument used for the independent variable and the dependent variable was using a checklist. used is chi-square analysis. Bivariate results, from 61 respondents, the results obtained showed that respondents who had an Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) <23.5 cm as many as 4 respondents (6.6%) gave birth to babies with birth weight <2500 grams (LBW) 4 (6 ,6%). While respondents who have an Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) 23.5 cm as many as 57 (93.4%) gave birth to babies with a birth weight of 2500-4000 grams (Normal) 57 (93.4%). The results of the statistical test with Chi-Square obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05 it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a Relationship between Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) and Infant Birth Weight in the Work Area of the Sei Langkai Health Center Batam City in 2020. Suggestions to It is hoped that the research location can improve the service system, especially in the MCH room and for health workers to provide better services such as reminding mothers to always meet their nutritional needs, especially during pregnancy so that mothers do not experience malnutrition which can cause chronic energy deficiency (KEK) and can affect growth and development of the fetus, causing the risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight (LBW).

In Indonesia although a large number of women (96%) breastfeed their children in their lifetime, A study showed that 38% of mothers said that perineal pain increased on the seventh day after delivery, 60% of primiparous mothers had grade 2 perineal tears and 91% experienced grade 3 and grade 4 perineal tears. pineapple on the perineal wound healing process in postpartum mothers at BPM Fitriani, SST Tanjungpinang in 2020. This study used a pre-experimental research design carried out at BPM Fitriani, SST Tanjungpinang from February to July 2020. The population was all grade I post partum mothers. and second degree at BPM Bidan Fitriani, SST Tanjungpinang and a sample of 30 people with a purposive sampling technique. From the results of the study, before being given pineapple juice, respondents who experienced perineal wounds the average score was 5 out of a total score 6. Healing of perineal wounds after being given pineapple juice the average score was 4.5 out of a total score 6 There was an effect of pineapple juice on the wound healing process perineum in postpartum mothers where the value was significant p = 0.037 (<0.005). The conclusion is that there is an effect of pineapple juice on the perineal wound healing process in postpartum mothers at BPM Bidan Fitriani, SST. Suggestions for support from health workers, especially midwives, are expected to help mothers through the postpartum period, especially those with injuries to the perineum. giving pineapple juice can be an alternative to accelerate wound healing in the perineum.

Premature rupture of membranes is the biggest cause of premature labor. and is an event in high-risk pregnancies, premature rupture of membranes (PROM) is a rupture of the membranes before birth or before signs of labor, this is caused by several predisposing factors, one of which is anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anemia and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach, with a population of 630 people, and sampling using purposive sampling with a total of 52 respondents. Based on the results of the research carried out, the results of the distribution of anemia frequency were obtained, in mothers who suffered from anemia (Hb levels <11gr%) were more than 30 people (57.69%), while in mothers who did not suffer from anemia (Hb levels> 11gr). %) was less, as many as 22 people (42.31%). The results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained a p value of 0.010 < significance level (0.05), then H0 was rejected, so there was a relationship between anemia and the incidence of Premature Rupture of Membranes. Suggestions in this study are expected to provide correct knowledge and information about anemia and premature rupture of membranes to respondents so that respondents can pay attention to nutrition in subsequent pregnancies

Stress is one of the responses of the body and mind's balance to change. One of the age groups susceptible to stress is adolescents. In general academic problems are the main source of stress for students. Stress if left unmanaged, can cause severe psychological and metabolic consequences. Psychological stress is often associated with increased food consumption, especially in consuming high-fat foods. Stress can also change overall food intake, such as lack or excess according to the severity of stress Observational analytic research with cross sectional approach that done in Batam National Flight Vocational School  in 2019. The sampling method  is total sampling with a sample of 39 students in grade 3. The collected data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-smirnov test with a significance level of α = 0.05The results of this study found that the stress that dominates in this study is the mild stress category of 20 respondents (51.3%) in 3ird grade students of Batam National Aviation Vocational School. Whereas the most dominating body mass index results in this study were the Overweight-Obesity category of 21 respondents (53.8%) in the 3rd grade students of Batam National Aviation Vocational School. The Kolmogorov-smirnov test results obtained a value (p = 0.001), H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. based on this research result, researcher conclude that there is a significant correlation between the correlation of stress with bodyy mass index in class 3 student of Batam National Flight Vocational School in 2019.

Adolescents are the group that most often visits fast food restaurants that sell a lot of junk food, even up to three times a week. Junk food has an unbalanced nutrient content. This study aims to determine the relationship between the frequency of eating junk food and the nutritional status of 10th grade students at SMA Kartini Batam.This research method uses a cross-sectional design carried out at Batam Kartini High School. The sampling technique uses Slovin formula with a sample of 52 students. Data collection using questionnaires and anthropometric measurements. Data analysis using Spearman rank correlation test.From 22 respondents with a percentage (42.3%) whose frequency of eating junk food is rare and 28 respondents with a percentage (53.8%) have normal nutritional status. Based on the correlation test it is known that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of eating junk food and nutritional status in students with p value 0,000. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of eating junk food and nutritional status in 10th grade students at SMA Kartini Batam in 2018.

Nowadays, society still has standard that beautiful women are slim ones. Presumption of an ideal body image usually triggers teenage girls to do everything to reach this standard. It makes teenagers follow diet and other efforts to pursue a thin body that leads to malnutrition caused by an unhealthy diet. The purpose of this research was to find out the correlation between body image and diet. This research used a cross sectional method that conducted in Senior High School and samples of this research were 87 students. It used Simple Random Sampling Technique. Researcher used chi square test to analyze the data to find out the correlation between variables assisted by SPSS program. The result of this research showed that teenage girls who have Negative Body Image and Good Diet were 8 respondents (17.8%) and negative Body Image and Bad Diet were 37 respondents (82.2%). Statistical test results showed that there was a correlation between body image and diet (p=0.00). In conclusion, more than half of respondents had a negative body image because they were not confident with their appearance and followed diet to lose their weight so it impacted to their eating patterns. It is suggested for Senior High School to conduct healthy diet counseling.

Learning achievement is a term that indicates a degree of success in the learning process. High or low achievement that can be achieved by someone in learning is influenced by several factors where these factors are related to one another, the low learning achievement caused by several factors such as motivation, interest, and social environment will have an impact on unsatisfactory GPA. Because in the world of work requires people with the best graduate grades to benefit in a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with learning achievement. This type of research uses analytic surveys with Cross Sectional approach. This research collection includes all students in level 1 consisting of 84 students, with a sample of 74 respondents, using the Chi-Square analysis technique. Research using Google form. From the results of the study there were 40 respondents (81.6%) with high motivation achieving very satisfying learning achievement. Chi-Square statistical test results obtained p-value 0,000 <0.05, then there is a relationship between motivation and learning achievement. From 45 respondents (78.9%) with high interest in achieving very satisfying learning achievement Chi-Square statistical test results obtained p-value 0,000 <0.05, so there is a relationship between interest and learning achievement. Of the 48 respondents (70.6%) with a high social environment achieved very satisfying learning achievements. Chi-Square statistical test results obtained p-value 0.001 <0.05, then there is a relationship between the social environment and learning achievement. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between motivation and learning achievement, the relationship between interest in learning achievement, and the relationship between social environment and learning achievement of first-year medical students at Batam University in 2019.

In 2016, it is estimated that children under five who experience stunting in the world are 22.9%, but this figure has decreased in 2017 by 22.2%, although the incidence of stunting has decreased, but has not reached the standard set by WHO, namely 20 % (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2019). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in children under five in the UPTD of the Teluk Sasah Health Center in 2020. This study used a cross sectional research design carried out at the UPTD of the Teluk Sasah Health Center. In July 2020. The population was all toddlers aged 24-24. 36 months and a sample of 40 people with the Consecutive Sampling sampling technique. From the results of the study, most of the respondents who gave exclusive breastfeeding with normal nutritional status were 73.7%, only 14.3 experienced stunting and most of the respondents did not give exclusive breastfeeding with experienced stunting there were 85.7%, only 26.3% were normal. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a p value of 0.000≤0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Teluk Sasah Health Center UPTD 2020. Mother's advice is to pay attention to and increase children's food needs that contain adequate consumption of nutrients.
