Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bank’s health at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk seen from the risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital factors during the period of 2014 to 2018. The data analysis method in this study is a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of data analysis can be explained that the bank’s health level at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk based of the risk profile factor shows that the majority of NPLs are predicated as healthy and LDR banks are considered to be very healthy. The good corporate governance factor shows the bank titled as good. The earning factor shows that the majority of bank ROA has a very healthy predicate and bank NIM has fluctuated from a healthy predicate to a very healthy predicate for three years and returned to healthy predicate in 2018. Capital factor shows a bank CAR is more than 12% which has a very healthy predicate. So the assessment of the level of bank’s health at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk seen from the risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital factors during the period of 2014-2018 included into the Very Healthy category.

Abstract

Sunan Kalijaga Islamic Boarding School is one of the huts in the Nganjuk area, which has economic independence and has many of the largest types of entrepreneurial activities, one of which is Al Qomar herbal medicine. Al Qomar herbal medicine has been sold on a national scale. Therefore researchers want to find out more about: 1) promotion strategy in increasing sales of Al Qomar herbal medicine. 2) contraints and solutions faced by Sunan Kalijaga islamic boarding school in promoting Al Qomar herbal products to increase sales. This types of research is field reserch using a descriptive analysis appoarch. In data collection researchers used interview methods and documentation. The researcher rechecked the data obtained and used the triangulation technique, with the aim of obtaining validity of the data. After that, analyze it and make conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the promotion strategy in increasing sales in Al Qomar Pakuncen Patianrowo Herbal Medicine is more emphasized in the promotion mix strategy, namely: 1) advertising (advertising) is to promote using radio media; 2) sales promotion (sales promotion), which is done by giving discounts when there are certain events, while also providing free samples of goods; 3) publicity and public relations, namely promotion by directly engaging the community in approaching the community with the aim of knowing the needs of the community for Al Qomar herbal products; 4) Indirect promotion, which is a sales methid that uses indiect marketing channels or media; 5) promotion of word of mouth (WOM) that is promotion carried out by consumers to prospective consumers who are of a recommending nature; 6) promotion through digital media that is promoting using facebook and google media; 7) promotion through networks or relationships that is establishing good connections with friends, relatives and even alumni in order to market products in a wider range.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Digitizing Products, Brand Image, and Location on the Intention of Millennials Using Financial Services in Islamic Financial Institutions for Students of STAI Miftahul ‘Ula Nglawak Kertosono Nganjuk Group 2015. The research methodology used was a quantitative approach. This study had 70 students as the population and used 59 students as the sample of STAI Miftahul ‘Ula Nganjuk group 2015. The data collection technique used was questionnaire and documentation. The validity test of the instrument used the Product Moment (Person) correlation, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive amounting 0,269 between effect of product digitalization on millennial generations' intention to use financial services in Islamic financial institutions with a significant level of 0.013 <0.05; (2) there was a positive amounting 0,265 between effect of brand image on millennial generations' intention to use financial services in sharia financial institutions with a significant level of 0.014 <0.05; (3) there was a positive amounting 0,205 between influence on location to millennial generations' intention to use financial services in Islamic financial institutions with a significant level of 0.008 <0.05; (4) There was the influence of Digitizing products, Brand Image, and Location simultaneously to millennial generations intention to use financial services at Islamic institutions at a significance level of 0,000 <0.05. So the conclution, Digitizing products, Brand Image, and Location influential to millenial generations intention to use financial services at Islamic institution.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the difficulty of accessing capital that reaches the MSMEs layer, which is not in line with the concept of financial inclusion that is being promoted by the Government. Financial inclusion is promoted to answer these problems through deepening financial access, with Islamic banking financing to the public, especially MSMEs. So that the realization of better distribution and economic growth in Indonesia. The research method in this thesis uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research being explanatory research. The total number of samples is 132 research samples. The data analysis of this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). with the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results of the study show that: (1) Financial Inclusion has a positive effect on the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. (2) Islamic Banking Financing has a positive and significant impact on the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. (3) Financial Inclusion has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. (4) Islamic Banking Financing has a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. And (5) The development of MSMEs has a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

One of the growing businesses is the legal services sector, specifically in the field of notary and land deed-making services (PPAT - Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah). The office of Notary and PPAT Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. operates in the legal services field using pricing, location, and service quality strategies to achieve the goal of client satisfaction. The location of the Notary and PPAT office of Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. is strategic, as it is situated on the border between Kediri City and Kediri Regency. However, the notary office's location does not have ample parking facilities, causing clients difficulties in parking their vehicles. The quality of service provided by the Notary Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. office includes timely handling of client documents and a friendly staff. This study is a quantitative research. The research is conducted at the Notary and PPAT Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. office. The population of this study consists of 153 individuals. The sample size is 111, determined using the Slovin formula as the sampling technique. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Partially, the Price variable (X1) has a significant influence on the client satisfaction variable (Y). Partially, the Location variable (X2) has a significant influence on client satisfaction (Y). Partially, the Service Quality variable (X3) has a significant influence on client satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, price, location, and service quality have a significant impact on client satisfaction.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The results of research conducted by researchers (1) Return On Assets have no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period. (2) Book Value Equity Per Share has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Securities Period 2014 – 2021. (3) Debt To Equity Ratio has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. (4) Stock Trading Volume has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2014 – 2021. (5) The Stock Price Index has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. Simultaneous Test Calculation (Test F) can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means Return On Assets , Book Value Equity Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Stock Trading Volume and Stock Price Index do not simultaneously affect the share price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period.

Abstract

The problems rased in this research are leadership styles and work facilities that still need to be considered to support employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence between leadership style and work facilities both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study numbered 49, 1 of wich was the head of the branch and as a sample were all employees who were still active as many as 48 active employees. The analytical method used is quantitative with differential statistics including validity, reliability, classic assumtions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the regression equation Y= 11,540+1,296X1+ 0,812X2. Based on the partial test it was found that the significant value was t (0,000) <0,05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. Significant value of t (0,006) < 0,05, wich means that partially there is positive and significant influence between work facilities on employee performance ar Galaxy Motor Kediri Dealers. Simultaneously leadership style and work facilities have on effect on employee performance as a evidance by the value of F 21,752 > 3,204 and a significant F of 0,000<0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, consumer confidence, and location on purchasing decisions at CV. Kediri's gift. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of <0.05. From the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that the three independent variables have no partial effect on the dependent variable, namely the product quality variable with a t value of -0.774 and a significance value of 0.444, which means that product quality does not have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. In the consumer trust variable with a t value of -0.731 and a significance value of 0.470, which means that consumer trust does not have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The location variable has a t value of 1.116 and a significance value of 0.272, which means that location has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous test results show that the F value is 0.868 and the significance value is 0.466, which means product quality, consumer confidence, and location do not simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The issues discussed are regarding price, product variety, and service quality to reflect the relationship to customer satisfaction when purchasing nail products at UD. BADARUDIN GROUP TULUNGAGUNG. The purpose of the discussion is to determine the factors of price, product variety, and service quality that affect nail customer satisfaction at UD. BADARUDIN GROUP TULUNGAGUNG. The population and samples taken are consumers or customers of nail products who have made purchases at UD. BADARUDIN GROUP TULUNGAGUNG. The analysis technique used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the price partially did not have a significant effect on nail customer satisfaction. It can be seen from the results of the t test, the value of t price is 0.375 > 0.05. Product variation and service quality partially have a significant effect on nail customer satisfaction, it can be seen from the results of the t test, the t value of product variation is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value of service quality is 0.027 <0.05. Simultaneously price, product variety, and service quality have a significant effect on nail customer satisfaction, it can be seen from the results of the F test, the F value of price, product variety, and service quality is 0.000 <0.05. The value of the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.630. This can be interpreted that the independent variables (price, product variety, and service quality) can explain the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) of 63.0%, while the rest is explained by other factors not examined such as store image, promotion, location and others.

Abstract

The development of technological advances and the increasingly high rate of economic growth, increasing the number of companies in the industrial branch, currently a lot of cigarette businesses are developing very rapidly, marked by competition in the business world. Problems often occur when the attitude and behavior of employees decreases so that it affects the level of productivity of work skills. This problem was felt by PR employee Alaina Fajar Berlian Tulungagung. The research objective was to determine the significant effect of work culture, work environment and work stress on employee productivity partially or simultaneously. The population in the study was taken from several production employees. Methods of analysis using quantitative inferential statistics include validity, reliability, assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the work culture variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.001 <0.05 meaning Ha1 was accepted. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ha2 is accepted. Work stress variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.001 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted. The variables of work culture, work environment and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ha3 is accepted.
