Abstract

This research was conducted at automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the period 2015 - 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah. Sarana Tbk in 2015-2019 using the Du Pont System method and what factors affect differences in financial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques using the du pont method. The data used in this research is the financial statement data of the companies PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the last five years in 2015-2019. The results of the research that has been done show that the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for five years, the authors can conclude that based on the average Return On Assets (ROA), the average Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the average Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), during 2015-2019 shows that PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, has a better financial performance than PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk. As for the factors causing the decline in the value of TATO, NPM and ROA, namely the decrease in net income due to the influence of total costs and the company's ineffectiveness in managing existing assets, so that the profit resulting from the comparison of the value of net income to total assets is very small.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of service quality and product excellence on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Gurah Kediri Work Unit partially and simultaneously in January-May 2020. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal approach with the research population, namely all customers with a total of approximately 200 customers each month who make loans at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Gurah Work Unit. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires and surveys of research objects. Based on the research, it shows that there is a significant effect partially and simultaneously between service quality and product excellence on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Gurah Kediri Work Unit. This is indicated by the service quality variable with the test results obtained t count 3,871, and product superiority 4,490 <t table 1,662, the F value count 20,138, the value> F table 3,098 and the significance value <significant level that is 0,000 <0.05, then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

To create the success of the work of an employee, a leader must take a management step so that organizational goals can be achieved. The work environment, in the organization is also very influential on improving the performance of employees. Motivation in terms of someone's personality that encourages the desire of individuals to carry out certain activities to achieve goal of self satisfaction. Training for employees is a process of teaching activities knowledge and expertise to improve, and develop work competencies. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, meaning that all populations are sampled, namely all employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantation of Kediri Regency as many as 50 people. With technical analysis of validity, reliability, multiple regression, R2, test F test hypotheses, t test and classical assumption test normality, multicolinerity test, hereroskedasticity test. And linearity test. All analyzes were done with SPSS software. The results of this study: 1) there is a significant influence between work environment (X1), motivation (X2) and training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This can be seen from the correlation value (R) of 0.899. 2) there is a significant influence between (X1) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the test t count (2,247) with a probability value (α) of 0.029 <0.05. 3) there is a significant influence between motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the test results t count (2.408) with a probability value (α) of 0.020 <0.05. 4) there is a significant influence between training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of tcount (2.184) with a probability value (α) of 0.034 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and liquidity turnover on profitability at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Period 2010-2017. The data used is secondary data. Data collection uses documentation and literature study techniques. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all financial statements issued by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. in the period 2010-2017, the data were 32 quarterly period observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test. The results of this study obtained a regression equation ROA = 4,309 - 5,770 WCT + 17,038 CR. Partially the results of working capital turnover have a negative effect that has a significant effect on profitability, while liquidity has a positive effect on profitability. Working capital turnover (X1) and liquidity (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Period 2010-2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of competence, training, and work experience on the employee performance of PT. Bintang Kadiri in Kediri, either simultaneously or partially. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression with a population and sample used as many as 47 people. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The results showed that competence, training, and work experience, partially or simultaneously significant effect on employee performance of PT. Bintang Kadiri in Kediri.

Abstract

In the competitive retail industry, understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty is crucial for business success. This study aims to explore the impact of Service Quality, Price, and Promotion on customer loyalty. As retail businesses face increasing complexity and the need to meet evolving consumer demands, identifying the right strategies to maintain and enhance customer loyalty becomes essential. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing a sample of 54 respondents to examine these relationships. The findings reveal that Service Quality significantly and positively influences customer loyalty, with a t-value of 2.163, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.00856, and a significance level of 0.035 (<0.05). Similarly, Price has a significant and positive partial effect on customer loyalty, as indicated by a t-value of 2.528 and a significance level of 0.015 (<0.05). Promotion also demonstrates a significant and positive partial effect, with a t-value of 2.872 and a significance level of 0.006 (<0.05). When considered together, Service Quality, Price, and Promotion have a significant effect on customer loyalty, as reflected by an F-value of 21.332, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.79, with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). These results underscore the importance of developing and implementing strategies that focus on service excellence, competitive pricing, and effective promotions to foster customer loyalty in the retail sector.

Abstract

Zakat is the third pillar of Islam. The definition in the rules of syar`i is the level of the assets of course which must be issued by certainpeople to be given to the rightful according to the povisions of sara`. In terms of language, the word zakat has ameaning, namely ath-thaharatu`kesucian`, while in terms of, namely that zakat is part of a propety with certain conditions, which Alloh SWT requires for it owner, to behended over to those entirled to receive it, with certain requirements too. The Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU in the NU Preneur program, the is relly zakat chaneneneled is the best. Hhe zakat is relly to fokus. The objectives of thi study are: 1) Explain how zakat is maaged through the NU preneur program at the Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU. 2) What isthe role ofin LAZISNU OF the Nganjuk branch in improving community walfare. 3) Explain how the reults of zakat management through the NU Preneur program in the Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU. The research that the writing did included descriptif qualitative analysis, namely data analysis carried out by organizing and systematically analyzing all the data obtained. Descriptive research is researchthat uses an event, symptoms, events thet occur at the present time, meaning descriptive research is taking problems or focusing on actual problems as they ware at the research was carrid out. Abstract

Poverty is a great danger for humanity and not a few human beings who fall into civilization only because of poverty. As a solution to alleviating poverty that is vulnerable to this country, the government with various programs implemented is trying to be able to reduce the poverty chain. One potential funding source is zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds, both managed by the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ). The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh "LAZISNU" Nganjuk Branch in improving community welfare; as well as to explain the mechanism of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh Pentasyarufan at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh "LAZISNU" Nganjuk Branch Institution. This research is a type of field research that is qualitative descriptive. The presentation model of this research is carried out by describing the object being studied as is with qualitative statements. The steps in data collection are using observation, interview and documentation data to the parties involved in the episcopalism. The results showed that the legal basis used by LAZISNU was in accordance with the Zakat Law No. 23 of 2011 but in reality the community could not be said to be prosperous.

Abstract

Company must be able to strive for anything that can increase the productivity of its employees in meeting the company itself, one alternative is to provide incentives. Work productivity is the ability to produce goods and services from various resources or production factors that are used to increase the quality and quantity of work produced in a company. The variables in this research are Facilities (X1), Salary (X2) Incentives (X3) and Employee Productivity (Y). The number of samples in this study were as many as 80 people who were obtained from all employees of UD. Karya Abadi Kediri. The technique used in this sampling is saturated sampling. To process the data in this study using the validity test, reliability test, double linear regression test which includes t test and f test. The results obtained in this study indicate that the Facility, Salary, and Incentive variables have positive and significant results on the Employee Productivity variable. From the results of the t test, it is stated that the facility variable has a value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, it can be stated that the facility variable has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. The salary variable has a result of 0.000, where the result is less than 0.05, it is considered positive and significant. The incentive variable has a result of 0.022, where the result is less than 0.05, it is considered positive and significant. The results of the F test calculation show that the F count is 38,470 with a sig. F (0.000) <0.05, thus facilities, salaries, and incentives simultaneously influence employee productivity variables.

Abstract

The competition among companies in the era of globalization is increasingly intense in both the trade and service industries. Therefore, companies need to improve their performance in all areas. It has been proven that companies that survive are those with reliable human resources and good performance. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of authoritarian leadership style (X1), salary (X2), and incentives (X3) on employee performance (Y) at CV. Surya Art Glass Kediri. The sample size in this study is 55 people, consisting of all employees of CV. Surya Art Glass in Kediri Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study utilizes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, including t-test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Salary, and Incentives have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable. From the t-test results, the Authoritarian Leadership Style variable has a value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05, indicating that the Authoritarian Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Salary variable has a result of 0.033, which is less than 0.05, making it positive and significant. The Incentives variable has a result of 0.003, which is less than 0.05, making it positive and significant. The F-test results show that the calculated F is 7.629 with a sig. F value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that Authoritarian Leadership Style, Salary, and Incentives together have a significant effect on the employee performance variable.
