Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of Design Thinking in designing an interactive prototype based on artificial intelligence (AI) for branding and activation needs at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Utilizing a creative and human-centered approach, this study collects data through observations, interviews, and surveys to understand passengers' behavior and perception of interactive branding media. The results show that the AI Device + Machine concept is the most potential alternative to SPG Mobile, mascot activation, and specific expertise activation because it excels in brand message consistency, operational efficiency, and its ability to deliver personalized and adaptive interactions in real time. In addition to being able to operate indefinitely and collect evaluative data, this concept also strengthens the airport's innovative image. However, challenges in the form of high initial costs, technical risks, and limitations of emotional proximity still need to be considered in its implementation. The implications of this research provide strategic guidance for airport management and brand partners in optimizing passenger engagement through technology-driven experiential branding, while also contributing to the theoretical understanding of Design Thinking application in complex public service environments. This study offers practical frameworks for balancing technological innovation with human-centered design principles in developing sustainable and scalable branding solutions for large-scale transportation hubs.

Abstract

Leadership and culture organization is two factor strategic that influences performance finance company . However , the findings empirical related connection both of them Still diverse , especially in Indonesian context . Research This aim For analyze influence style leadership to culture organization and results finance , as well as test role mediation culture organization in the company medium and large enterprises in Indonesia. Research This use approach quantitative explanatory with method survey . Primary data was collected through questionnaire to 220 managers middle and upper class , while secondary data originate from report finance company . Analysis done with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS . Research results show that (1) style leadership influential positive significant to culture organization ; (2) style leadership influential direct to results finance , although its influence relatively small ; (3) culture organization influential significant to results finance ; and (4) culture organization mediate connection between style leadership and results finance . Research This confirm that leadership transformational play a role important in form culture adaptive organization , which in turn increase profitability company . Implications study This emphasize importance investment company in development leadership and transformation culture organization as an improvement strategy Power competitiveness and sustainability business in Indonesia.

Abstract

The XYZ Toll Road Construction Design and Construction Project Plan is a continuation of the Solo – Ngawi Toll Road which is part of the Trans Java Toll Road series and part of a program that was delayed due to the 1997 monetary crisis. Judging from the chronology of the contract journey, this project experienced a non-excusable without compensable delay where the planned handover was on June 6, 2025 to November 30, 2026. The purpose of this study is to identify the main factors that cause delays, find out the root causes of the delays and provide recommendations and solutions that can be applied to minimize delays in the design project. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through a questionnaire technique. This study will discuss the application of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method, namely: pareto diagran, fishbone (Ishikawa diagram) and 5WHYS to identify the root of the problem. The root of the problem causing the delay is that when the contract is signed, the land acquisition is 0% so that the land handover is carried out in stages during the implementation, some locations have geographical conditions that are not possible to pass so that it is necessary to shift the road trajectory and at the time the project is running, the owner/employer is still carrying out the financial closing process. The final results of the research set strategies and managerial implications to accelerate decision-making, reduce overlapping responsibilities, ensure continuity of information from design to construction, strengthen cost, quality, and time control in an integrated manner.

Abstract

This study investigates why Indonesian male university students choose to remain honest in their academic work despite the growing availability of AI-based tools that can be misused for cheating. Drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the research examines how attitude toward honest behavior (ATB), subjective norms (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC), behavioral intention (BI), and actual honest behavior (AB) are interrelated. Data were collected through an online survey of 350 male undergraduate students across Indonesia who had experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, QuillBot, or Perplexity. The measurement and structural models were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Results show that all TPB paths are statistically significant: positive attitudes, supportive social expectations, and strong perceived behavioral control each contribute meaningfully to students’ intentions to act honestly, and these intentions, in turn, strongly predict actual honest behavior. The model demonstrated excellent fit (CFI = .992, RMSEA = .017, CMIN/DF = 1.095), indicating that the proposed framework robustly explains honest academic conduct in this context. Beyond psychological determinants, the findings suggest that Indonesian cultural values—such as jujur (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), tanggung jawab (responsibility), and malu (sense of shame)—reinforce students’ motivation to uphold integrity, even when AI-enabled shortcuts are convenient and difficult to detect. The study extends TPB applications by shifting the focus from explaining cheating to understanding the drivers of honesty and offers practical implications for designing integrity policies, educational programs, and AI-related guidelines that are both ethically grounded and culturally responsive.
