Abstract

This study aims to implement and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing through an integrated platform comprising Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and a website in increasing the number of customers at Fathir Therapy Holistic Care Makassar. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the Four-D (4D) model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The define stage identifies the clinic's needs, including the suboptimal use of digital media. In the design stage, visual content and advertising strategies are developed using Canva and CapCut to support social media campaigns. A WordPress-based website is also created as an information hub and integration platform. The develop stage involves testing the digital marketing strategies, while the disseminate stage includes campaign implementation and result analysis. The findings reveal that the application of integrated platform-based digital marketing significantly increases customer reach and engagement. The effectiveness ratio shows a customer growth rate that exceeds the predetermined target. This implementation also offers a strategic solution to enhance business visibility in the digital era while strengthening Fathir Therapy Holistic Care's reputation as a trusted healthcare service provider.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital attendance application based on AppSheet using Quick Response (QR) Code as a solution for recording employee attendance at PT XYZ. The development of this application is motivated by the fact that the attendance system is still manual and relies on CCTV monitoring, which is considered inefficient, inaccurate, and difficult to use for recapitulating employee attendance and overtime. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, pre research questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that the AppSheet based digital attendance application developed was capable of recording employee attendance in real time, automatically, and integrated with a cloud based database. This application also facilitated the attendance monitoring process by administrators and improved the neatness and accuracy of attendance data. Based on limited trials, the digital attendance system was deemed feasible and effective in improving the efficiency of employee attendance administration at PT XYZ.

The findings indicate that self-consistency is the primary intrinsic motivator sustaining students’ engagement, while social support from family and peers serves as a significant external source of motivation; furthermore, motivational stability is maintained through a positive mindset and effective time management. These findings highlight that motivation is shaped by the interaction of internal commitment, social environment, and self-regulation strategies. This study contributes by providing contextual insights into motivational dynamics in vocational student organizations and offering practical implications for enhancing student engagement and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study examines how students’ creativity and learning motivation influence learning achievement among students in the Office Management and Business Services program at State Vocational High School 14 in Jakarta. Using a quantitative research approach with a correlational design, this study involved 119 students selected through a proportional multistage random sampling method from a total of 180 students. Student creativity and learning motivation were measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire, while learning achievement data were collected from mid-term exam scores. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The findings show that student creativity significantly enhances learning achievement, as does learning motivation. Collectively, these variables also significantly influence learning achievement, and show that 40,9% of learning   achievement can be attributed to creativity and motivation. These results underscore the importance of fostering creativity and motivation to improve learning achievement in the context of vocational education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy and social media usage intensity on academic procrastination among students majoring in Office Management at SMKN 25 Jakarta. Adopting a quantitative research design, primary data were gathered via questionnaire instruments while secondary data were obtained through documentary sources. The research sample comprised 119 students, determined through proportionate stratified random sampling. All data were processed using SPSS version 27, incorporating descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis examination. The results indicate that digital literacy exerts a positive and significant impact on academic procrastination, evidenced by a t-value of 6.021 surpassing the critical t-value of 1.980 at a 0.001 significance level. Correspondingly, social media usage intensity yielded a t-value of 9.480 at the same significance threshold, confirming its positive and significant effect. When assessed jointly, both independent variables accounted for 72.4% of the variance in academic procrastination, reflected by an R Square of 0.724. These findings suggest that heightened levels of digital literacy and social media engagement are associated with a greater propensity for academic task avoidance among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving student teacher motivation and learning independence with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study followed Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines with data sources from the Scopus database for the period 2019–2024. The process of article selection was done through the phases of identification, screening, testing of feasibility and selection of final article. This process resulted in 32 articles being retrieved that met the inclusion criteria and were analysed using thematic analysis techniques. Results of this research indicate that the use of AI, especially generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, learning chatbots, and intelligent tutoring systems, could improve student learning motivation through more flexible, interactive, and personalised learning. In addition, AI also enables enhanced self-directed learning through easy access to information, self-management of the learning process, and the development of problem-solving skills. This study contributes to the growing body of research on the implementation of AI in higher education and specifically the digital learning transformation for student teachers in the era of modern education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax service quality, tax literacy, and tax payment motivation on individual taxpayer compliance in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to individual taxpayers. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that tax service quality, tax literacy, and tax payment motivation have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Among the independent variables, tax literacy demonstrates the most dominant influence on taxpayer compliance. The outer model testing confirms that all indicators are valid and reliable, with outer loading values above 0.70, AVE values above 0.50, and composite reliability values above 0.70. The findings are expected to provide recommendations for the Directorate General of Taxes in improving taxpayer compliance through optimizing tax services, enhancing tax education, and strengthening taxpayers’ motivation to fulfill their tax obligations. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing tax service quality and strengthening motivational aspects to improve tax compliance, especially within increasingly digitalized tax administration systems.
