Jurnal Abdimas: Sosial, Bisnis, dan Lingkungan (E-ISSN 3032-3738) mencerminkan semangat pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi, bisnis, komunikasi, dan informatika. Abdimas (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) sebagai pilar utama, jurnal ini merangkum dedikasi untuk memberikan dampak positif pada kehidupan masyarakat melalui penelitian dan pengembangan. Konsep "Sosial" menyoroti pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam setiap aspek pengabdian, menjadikan partisipasi aktif mereka sebagai fondasi bagi solusi yang relevan. Bagian "Bisnis" fokus pada keberlanjutan ekonomi, mempertimbangkan peran inovasi dalam menciptakan pertumbuhan yang seimbang dan berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, dimensi "Lingkungan" menekankan pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dalam konteks bisnis dan ekonomi. Jurnal ini menjadi arena kolaborasi lintas disiplin ilmu, mengundang kontribusi penelitian dari berbagai perspektif untuk menghasilkan solusi konkret terhadap tantangan kompleks yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Dengan pandangan holistik, Jurnal Abdimas bertujuan menjadi agen perubahan positif dengan menggabungkan pengetahuan dan inovasi dalam upaya mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Jurnal Abdimas terbit setiap bulan April dan Oktober. Harap baca pedoman dengan cermat. Penulis yang ingin mengirimkan naskahnya ke redaksi Jurnal Abdimas harus mematuhi pedoman penulisan. Jika naskah yang dikirimkan tidak sesuai dengan pedoman atau ditulis dalam format yang berbeda, maka akan DITOLAK oleh editor sebelum ditinjau lebih lanjut. Editor hanya akan menerima naskah yang memenuhi format yang ditentukan. Fokus dan Bidang Jurnal Abdimas bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran atau gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Abstract

Carrying out research is an obligation carried out by lecturers and students at universities. However, a good research implementation must of course be supported by an understanding of research methodology and the use of available and qualified data processing program applications. The results of interviews conducted by the community service team of the Institute of Business and Informatics Kwik Kian Gie indicate that thesis supervisors and students who compose theses at STIE TRIBHAKTI Bekasi really need training related to understanding research methodologies and using data processing programs in this case Excel and SPSS and how interpret the output of the processed results. Based on this background, a training on research methodology and data analysis using Excel and SPSS was held on Saturday, March 31, 2021 at 13.30 – 16.30. This activity is carried out online using Google Meet virtual media. The material presented includes univariate, bivariate, multivariate, and path analysis. One part of multivariate analysis is multiple regression. After the training was given, the thesis supervisors and students who wrote the thesis at STIE TRIBHAKTI benefited from increasing knowledge and understanding of research methodology and becoming more skilled in using Microsoft Excel and SPSS data processing applications, so that this can be a motivation that moves lecturers and students to do research well.

Abstract

This paper explores the benefits of export and import activities for Indonesia, emphasizing the role of digital marketing in maximizing export opportunities. Focusing on Netasia and Okeoce Export Team's initiative, the study employs a problem-solving framework to enhance members' understanding and implementation of digital marketing strategies. Through training, mentoring, and follow-up programs, the initiative aims to empower exporters to tap into the Singaporean market effectively. Positive responses to the training sessions indicate the potential for improved export practices and community welfare through professional organizational management and digital marketing proficiency.

Abstract

The community service activity holds a crucial urgency in raising awareness about the significant role of youth in village development, particularly in Ragunan District. By organizing the "Leadership Training: From Organization to Become The Best Leader" event, the primary aim is to provide a profound understanding of effective leadership for the younger generation, especially for the management of Karang Taruna RW 01 Ragunan. Through a series of leadership training and skill development, it is expected that participants can lead more effectively and actively contribute to the advancement of their villages. The targeted outcomes include the enhancement of quality and capacity among youth in leadership, innovation, and contribution to village development, as well as the establishment of strong networking and collaboration among youth in Ragunan District.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the government and society. Many business actors experienced a decline in sales turnover. This pandemic requires MSME owners to be able to think strategically and dynamically to maintain the businesses they have built. Many MSMEs today are still experiencing difficulties in advancing their businesses. And now business people, to find ideas, carry out administration, market products or services as well as recording and reporting activities, have to utilize effective marketing strategies and must take advantage of digital technology which is increasingly developing at this time. Several marketing strategies can be used to overcome the problems that occur. One thing that is considered very effective in the field of marketing today is adopting various digital media and technologies.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the global and local economy, contributing to job creation, innovation and economic growth. However, many MSMEs face financial challenges that can hinder their development. This is why financial literacy is the key to empowering MSMEs to be sustainable. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most strategic sector of the national economy and concern the livelihoods of many people, making them the backbone of the national economy. This research uses qualitative research methods, data collection is carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques use percentages as a basis for interpretation and description to produce research results. MSME players must develop modern business models. The government is also encouraging MSME players to develop modern business models, by building digital technology as a platform in the process of sustaining MSME activities. Strengthening digital technology to support MSME economic activities. In the sustainability strategy, digital technology must be the main platform in MSME business processes. Where, in the future it is hoped that MSMEs can use digital technology to implement financial literacy.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the government and society. Many business actors have experienced a decrease in sales turnover. This pandemic requires MSME owners to be able to think strategically and dynamically to maintain the business that has been built. MSMEs face a variety of challenges, including ideas, administration, marketing, and money. Administration and marketing concerns are still the key challenges in growing a firm because understanding in these areas is still relatively poor. A good strategy is needed to keep them afloat and increase their revenue turnover. The Indonesian government has tried to make several policies to strengthen MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. For example, During the Covid-19 epidemic, the provision of social aid, tax incentives, and working capital growth all have an impact on MSMEs' development. Marketing strategy is one technique to gain a sustained competitive edge, whether for a company that manufactures goods or services. There are several marketing strategies that can be done to overcome the problems that occur. MSME players are able to survive the pandemic by maximizing sales in the online market. Empowering MSME players in the products that are most needed during the pandemic is necessary for empowering the community of MSME players to test the online market. MSMEs must strive to adopt various digital technologies to overcome this crisis. For this reason, this training is expected to help MSME owners assisted by the North Jakarta Mayor's Office develop and improve their businesses.

Abstract

Eco Enzyme is a fermentation solution from organic waste such as fruit and vegetable waste, sugar and water. This environmentally friendly enzyme is in liquid form which has many benefits ranging from agriculture, household to pets. Implementing this Eco Enzyme is to find out whether it has an effect on plant growth and to find out the dose that gives the best results. However, apart from being a powerful organic fertilizer, Eco Enzyme have a versatile function in making knick-knacks from used goods, especially plastic waste which is difficult to decompose in the environment. This approach aims to educate students about the importance of recycling and creativity in managing plastic waste. The aim of this program is more efficient assistance in increasing students understanding of the manufacturing process and benefits of Eco Enzyme and inspiring student creativity in recycling plastic waste into useful products.
