Abstract

Bullying in the school environment is a serious problem that has an impact on mental health, social development, and academic achievement of students. In addition, bullying also has legal consequences that are often poorly understood by students and schools. The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide legal counseling to students of MTS Nurul Huda, Bajuran Village, Bondowoso Regency, so that they understand the forms of bullying, its impact, and its legal consequences. The activity was carried out on February 10, 2025 using a participatory approach through the delivery of interactive materials, group discussions, and case simulations. The results of the evaluation showed a significant increase in students' understanding of bullying from both moral, social, and juridical aspects. The participants showed high enthusiasm and realized the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and violence-free school environment. In conclusion, this activity makes a positive contribution to bullying prevention efforts among madrasah students. As a recommendation, similar legal counseling can be developed in other educational institutions as a model in building legal awareness and realizing child-friendly schools.

Abstract

The era of technological disruption demands the emergence of young generations who are not only digitally skilled but also possess adaptive and character-based leadership. Generation Z, who grew up in a digital environment, holds great potential as agents of change; however, they also face challenges such as low social empathy, dependence on technology, and weak interpersonal communication skills. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to develop adaptive leadership based on digital literacy and character strengthening among students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Situbondo through a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory model. The training was conducted through several stages, including training and workshops, simulations and group discussions, technology-based mini projects, as well as mentoring and evaluation. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing through source triangulation. The results showed significant improvements in leadership insight, communication skills, teamwork, and students’ confidence. Previously passive students became more active, adaptive, and wise in utilizing technology to support organizational activities. The program also had a positive impact on student organizations, making them more structured, innovative, and responsive to technological developments. Thus, adaptive leadership training based on digital literacy proved effective in shaping visionary, collaborative, and integrity-driven young leaders. In the future, the program is recommended to be expanded with additional materials on digital ethics, artificial intelligence, and continuous mentoring to ensure students can apply their leadership skills in both school and community contexts.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi ancaman serius bagi masyarakat pedesaan Indonesia, terutama di wilayah dengan sanitasi rendah dan keterbatasan akses edukasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kerangka pendidikan kesehatan partisipatif berbasis komunitas yang melibatkan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Miftahul Ulum dan Puskesmas Lumbang Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam upaya pencegahan DBD melalui edukasi penggunaan larvasida (abate) secara aman dan berkelanjutan. Menggunakan pendekatan Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), penelitian dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, yaitu identifikasi masalah, perencanaan kolaboratif, pelaksanaan edukasi partisipatif, dan refleksi bersama. Seluruh proses dirancang secara kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru, siswa, dan tenaga kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelibatan siswa sebagai aktor aktif dalam edukasi abate mampu merubah pemahaman konseptual, kesadaran lingkungan, serta perubahan perilaku baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun rumah. Kolaborasi antara MI dan Puskesmas juga memperkuat hubungan kelembagaan dan membentuk model intervensi yang kontekstual dan inklusif. Refleksi dari seluruh pihak mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif tidak hanya efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan kesehatan, tetapi juga menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab kolektif terhadap kebersihan lingkungan. Dengan demikian, pendekatan CBPR dapat menjadi strategi alternatif yang relevan dalam pendidikan kesehatan berbasis komunitas, khususnya di kawasan pedesaan.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to empower parents in shaping early childhood character in the Society 5.0 era, especially in Nyiur Cangka Hamlet, Kesambirampak Village, Kapongan District, Situbondo Regency. The main problems found are traditional parenting, low digital literacy, and lack of parental awareness of the importance of character education in the midst of rapid technological currents. The activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through the stages of problem identification, planning, educational socialization, and participatory evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in parents' understanding of the importance of authoritative parenting that balances affection, discipline, and supervision. Parents are beginning to realize the impact of excessive use of gadgets, the importance of habituating positive behavior, and strengthening moral values in children's lives. In addition, interactive discussion forums provide a space for parents to share experiences and gain practical skills that can be applied immediately. In conclusion, parental empowerment has proven to be effective in increasing the capacity of families to form children who are resilient, disciplined, and adaptive to changing times. The recommendation of this program is the need for the sustainability of similar activities with the support of schools, community leaders, and the integration of digital literacy so that it can become a contextual character education model in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the revitalization of mushroom cultivation as a living laboratory for family economic empowerment and sustainable entrepreneurship development for STIS Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso students. The problems identified include low productivity of mushroom cultivation, limitations in product processing and marketing, and lack of student experience in agribusiness-based entrepreneurship. This study uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes the use of local assets, such as land and community skills. Implementation is carried out through technical training in mushroom cultivation, development of processed products, as well as the application of product packaging and halal labeling. The results of the study showed an increase in the quality and quantity of mushroom production, a more empowered family income, and an increase in students' entrepreneurial skills. The program creates a sustainable and applicable model of community service, with recommendations for further development in product innovation and evaluation of long-term impacts.
