Abstract

This research examines the urgency of legal certainty in employment contracts after corporate acquisition, using the Supreme Court Decision No. 707 K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2016 as the main reference. The increasing trend of acquisitions in Indonesia often creates disputes regarding the continuity of employment status, normative rights, and compensation, particularly for workers with permanent employment agreements (PKWTT). This study employs a normative juridical approach, focusing on statutory regulations, doctrines, and relevant jurisprudence to analyze the extent to which employment contracts can guarantee legal certainty for workers and companies post-acquisition. The findings show that acquisition cannot be used as a basis for terminating employment relationships unilaterally without fulfilling workers’ rights, and employment contracts must contain clauses ensuring continuity of employment, protection of normative rights, and clear dispute resolution mechanisms. The involvement of notaries and advocates is also essential in ensuring the formal legality and substantive fairness of employment contracts. This study contributes to the development of labor law by emphasizing the importance of contract drafting as a legal instrument to balance corporate efficiency with the protection of workers’ rights.

Abstract

This library research examines the doctrine of Christ (Christology) in systematic theology, focusing on the union of His divinity and humanity, His work of salvation, and its relevance for contemporary believers. The study aims to provide a systematic understanding of Christ's identity and work based on biblical foundations and historical church confessions, such as the Councils of Nicaea and Chalcedon. The findings indicate that the orthodox understanding of Christ as true God and true man is the foundational pillar for soteriology and Christian life. His work of salvation through substitutionary atonement and resurrection achieves redemption, reconciliation, and life transformation. Furthermore, this doctrine has significant practical relevance, serving as a basis for personal faith, strengthening church teaching and mission, and providing ethical guidance in modern societal contexts. A correct understanding of Christology is crucial to fortify faith against theological error and to live out a Christ-centered life.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital payment systems and service quality on customer satisfaction at Orange Carwash Kartasura. The background of this research arises from the growing trend of digital technology adoption in the era of the cashless society, which encourages service companies to adapt, particularly in payment systems and customer service. The study employed a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 103 Orange Carwash customers. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 to test validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that both digital payment systems and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. These findings demonstrate that the better the implementation of digital payment systems and the higher the service quality provided, the greater the level of customer satisfaction. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing service strategies and implementing digital technology in the service sector.

Abstract

Kebiasaan membaca diyakini berperan penting dalam pembentukan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa, terutama pada program studi keguruan seperti PGSD yang menuntut calon guru memiliki literasi yang kuat dan penalaran tingkat tinggi. Sejumlah studi terkini bahwa kebiasaan/budaya membaca berkorelasi positif dengan capaian akademik dan indikator keterampilan tingkat tinggi, serta bahwa literasi termasuk literasi membaca dan digital berhubungan erat dengan penguatan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa PGSD. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantittatif eksplanantori dengan partisipasi mahasiswa PGSD yang dipilih secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner kebiasaan membaca (skala likert) dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berbasis indikator analisis, inferensi, evaluasi, serta penjelasan. Data analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Temuan ini diharapkan berimplikasi pada pentingnya penguatan budaya membaca terstruktur di lingkungan PGSD sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas berpikir kritis calon guru sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The esports industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing and gaining significant attention on social media, particularly YouTube, where comments reflect public perceptions. This study compares the performance of Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) in classifying sentiments from YouTube comments and explores key themes using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Data were collected via the YouTube Data API v3, labeled with TextBlob and manually verified into positive, negative, and neutral categories. After preprocessing and TF-IDF representation, class imbalance was handled with SMOTE, and models were trained and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix. Results indicate that Naive Bayes achieved 73.85% accuracy with an F1-score of 0.71, while SVM slightly outperformed with 73.97% accuracy and the same F1-score. SVM showed better consistency in classifying negative and neutral comments, whereas Naive Bayes was more effective for positive ones. LDA revealed dominant discussion topics such as appreciation, enthusiasm, community interaction, criticism, and support for esports development. These findings highlight SVM’s superior overall performance and the value of LDA in uncovering public discourse, providing both academic contribution and practical insights for the esports industry in understanding public sentiment.

Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze the impact of taste consistency and product quality on the level of customer satisfaction with the product Kacang Telor Tugu Lilin Penumping, amid the significant growth of the snack industry sector in Indonesia. The research background emphasizes the importance of these components in shaping consumer behavior, where product quality and taste consistency often serve as key determinants in the food industry. Thus, this research helps us understand how customer satisfaction correlates with product quality. The method applied is a descriptive quantitative approach, with the population covering all consumers of the product. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires that successfully gathered 98 respondents. Data analysis includes instrument tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing to examine the influence of independent variables. The research results indicate that taste consistency does not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, whereas product quality exhibits a clear and meaningful positive relationship. The implications of these findings are that producers need to prioritize improving product quality to enhance customer satisfaction levels, strengthen brand loyalty, and expand market share.

Abstract

With the increasing number of car repair shops opening, the higher the sales competition for the Istana repair shop company, they both sell the same products and offer the same services, so a proper marketing communication plan is needed to continue to increase the Company's sales. Istana Workshop has been established since 2013 and continues to grow following the development of four-wheeled vehicles to date. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, which aims to provide a more comprehensive and more detailed description of the research object based on the facts that occur and the phenomena studied. The data collected in this study are not presented in the form of numbers, but in the form of narrative descriptions from interviews, observations, personal documents, and other documents that can be used as supporting evidence. Istana Motor Workshop is a company engaged in the sale of goods and services for four-wheeled vehicles. The research conducted by the researcher is about the marketing communication strategy in increasing sales of goods and services of the Istana Motor car repair shop, resulting in several conclusions. One of them is that this company increases sales of goods and services with a word of mouth strategy because our company takes advantage of spreading relations to increase sales.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of internal communication within a company, as demonstrated by AFA Digital Printing Jatiwarna, in improving work effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to identify the patterns of internal communication used to facilitate each objective and goal within the work system. This research aims to analyze the role of internal communication in enhancing the performance of the production team at a digital printing business, with a case study at AFA Digital Printing Jatiwarna.The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, based on theories of internal communication, personal communication, and group communication. Data collection techniques include direct observation of work activities, in-depth interviews with the business owner, production team leader, and production team members, as well as documentation of production workflows and related records. The findings reveal that effective internal communication is a key factor in improving coordination, efficiency, and productivity within the production team. The communication pattern implemented at AFA Digital Printing is open, informal yet disciplined, and oriented toward speed and accuracy in information delivery. Relationships among individuals within the organizational structure show strong collaboration, where the business owner plays an active role in providing strategic direction, the team leader acts as a liaison in managing instructions, and the production team performs tasks with a clear understanding of the communicated messages. This research concludes that structured and responsive internal communication can create a productive and synergistic work environment, which directly contributes to improving the performance of the production team.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze video editing strategies in enhancing engagement for Double G ice cream promotional content on Instagram. Social media platforms, particularly Instagram, have become effective marketing channels, requiring brands to produce creative content that attracts audience interaction. In this context, promotional videos play a crucial role, while the editing process serves as the key to creating both visual and emotional appeal. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method involving the business owner, content creator team, and active consumers of Double G Instagram account as subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using coding, theme categorization, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Double G video editing strategies implicitly apply the concept of Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP), targeting young audiences who are active and trend-sensitive. This is achieved through engaging visuals, cheerful music, and a personal communication style. Moreover, the editing strategy aligns with the stages of the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Strong visuals and upbeat music successfully capture attention, behind-the-scenes content generates interest, appetizing product displays stimulate desire, and participation calls encourage action.

Abstract

Roads are very important infrastructure in transportation. Therefore, the condition of the road pavement is the main factor that becomes the center of attention. Technically, road damage indicates a condition where the road is no longer able to provide optimal service. The method used to determine the value of road damage is the IRI methods, the IRI method is used to assess the unevenness of the road surface, Based on the results of the study, the average results of the evaluation of the condition of flexible pavement on the 3.50 Km Tajem Highway section based on the the IRI method were good conditions of 0.00% and 62.86%, moderate value of 22.00% and 37.14%, light damage worth 37.14% and 0.00%, and there was no heavy damage. For holes, namely leveling, wheel marks, namely leveling, lowering, leveling, and detachment, repairs can be in the form of paving. In addition to repairing the damage, additional non-structural layers can be made to improve the contours of the road and the quality of driver services.
