Abstract

Sebagai Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, Nadiem Makarim harus memiliki personal branding tersendiri yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan profesionalitasnya dalam melakukan tugas Negara dalam kancah pendidikan Indonesia. Suatu hal yang berbeda antara menjadi seorang CEO Gojek dengan seorang Menteri. Hal inilah yang harus diperhatikan lebih hati-hati dan seksama oleh Nadiem Makarim, karena apa yang diperbuat dan apa yang dibicarakan akan menjadi identitas dari seorang Nadiem Makarim sebagai seorang Menteri. Rumusan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana personal branding Nadiem Anwar Makarim melalui pidato hari guru. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Yangmana data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dan disimpulkan secara detail dan jelas sehingga kemudian akan terlihat bagaimana personal branding yang terbentuk dari seorang Nadiem Makarim ketika menjabat sebagai Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Nadiem Makarim menjadi viral setelah teks pidatonya beredar luas di media sosial. Banyak masyarakat yang mempertanyakan apakah beliau sanggup memperbaiki sistem pendidikan di Indonesia menjadi lebih baik, menjadikan para tenaga pengajar di seluruh lini tingkat pendidikan menjadi lebih berpotensi dan professional. Hal inilah yang di kemudian hari akan menjadi tolak ukur dalam penilaian masyarakat terhadap sosok Nadiem Makarim. Oleh karena itu, gebrakan pertama yang dilakukan adalah dengan membentuk personal branding beliau sebagai Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Kata kunci: Personal Branding, Pemerintahan, dan pidato hari guru

Abstract

Museum Kehutanan merupakan destinasi wisata di Jakarta yang dikelola Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. Pandemi yang melanda selama dua tahun membuat Museum Kehutanan mengadaptasi layanan publik dengan menggunakan teknologi komunikasi kekinian, yakni virtual tour dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi zoom. Interaksi sosial dan komunikasi antarpribadi yang terbangun dalam layanan virtual tour antara Pemandu Museum Kehutanan selaku Komunikator dan Para peserta Layanan Virtual Tour sebagai Komunikan menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami dan menjelaskan peran komunikasi antarpribadi Pemandu Museum dalam layanan virtual tour Museum Kehutanan melalui aplikasi zoom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Museum Kehutanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemandu Museum Kehutanan dalam proses interaksi sosial dan komunikasi antar pribadi melakukan pendekatan sesuai teori DeVito, yakni keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif dan kesetaraan, agar kegiatan virtual tour tidak membosankan dan berkesan bagi Peserta untuk datang berkunjung secara langsung di Museum Kehutanan. Respon peserta virtual tour sangat positif dan berharap dapat memotivasi siswa untuk aktif mencari pengetahuan agar berprestasi baik di sekolah.

Abstract

Pemprov Sumatera Barat berupaya membangun daerahnya menjadi propinsi yang kuat secara ekonomi. Survei kependudukan 2020, menunjukkan populasi penduduk Indonesia, begitupula dengan Sumatera Barat didominasi oleh Milenial Gen-Z. Inovatif, kreatif dan produktif adalah karakter generasi tersebut. Pemprov Sumatera Barat ingin mencetak dan membina mereka agar berwirausaha, untuk mengatasi isu pengangguran maupun kurangnya modal bisnis yang mendominasi generasi ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pemberdayaan komunikasi pembangunan program Entrepreneur Success Challenge (ESC) untuk menjaring calon pengusaha muda milenial Gen-Z di Sumatera Barat. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan adalah konstruktivisme dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan populasi Sumatera Barat didominasi Milenial Gen-Z yang melek teknologi dan punya semangat wirausaha tinggi. Pemprov Sumatera Barat melihat peluang tingginya populasi mereka untuk mengembangkan ekonomi di wilayahnya. Program ESC adalah kegiatan kreasi dan inovasi dalam wirausaha. Program ESC mengundang Milenial Gen-Z Sumatera Barat untuk berpartisipasi dalam lomba yang merebutkan tidak hanya hadiah uang untuk modal, juga pendampingan dan edukasi bagi pemenangnya sampai menjadi pengusaha muda yang sukses. Program ESC menjadi strategi komunikasi pembangunan Pemprov Sumatera Barat untuk mencetak 100 Pengusaha Minang Milenial Gen-Z.

Abstract

The research objective is to explain and evaluate the Depok City Government's communication strategy in the 3R campaign through the Waste Bank to create a clean and healthy environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore the Depok City Government's communication strategy in the 3R campaign through the Waste Bank. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews and FGDs with City Government officials, Waste Bank managers and the community, while secondary data was taken from official documents and media publications. Data was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key themes, patterns and relevant relationships, providing a comprehensive picture of the success of the 3R campaign in Depok. The result of this work is that the Depok community's awareness of the importance of 3R has increased significantly with active participation in seminars, workshops and training organized by the Depok City Government. The effectiveness of the Waste Bank and the use of social media and information technology has succeeded in reducing the amount of waste in landfills and empowering the community in managing household waste. Collaboration between the City Government, the private sector and local communities through CSR support and active participation of environmental communities has had a positive impact. Regular evaluation and improvement of infrastructure is a priority for the Depok City Government, with incentives and rewards to encourage community participation, ensuring the sustainability of the 3R program.

Abstract

SDN 01 Cisangu is one of the elementary school education units in Bengkok Village, Cisangu Village, Cibadak Sub-district, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. SDN 01 Cisangu is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to describe the communication strategies applied by teachers in an effort to improve the digital literacy skills of grade 5 students. In this study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers use a variety of effective communication strategies in teaching digital literacy, including the use of digital media, interactive approaches and providing constructive feedback. These strategies enable students to be engaged and active in the learning process, as well as improve their understanding and skills in digital literacy. This finding is in line with Joseph A. Devito's theory of interpersonal communication, which states that effective interpersonal communication is characterized by several features, namely openness, empathy, support, positivity and equality. Teachers at SDN 01 Cisangu demonstrate these traits in their interactions with students, which helps to create a supportive and effective learning environment. Teachers' openness in conveying information and listening to students, empathy in understanding students' needs and difficulties, support and positivity in providing constructive feedback all contribute to improving students' digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the communication ethics of Karang Taruna teenagers in the RT 005 Mustika Jaya Bekasi environment, with the background that emotional intelligence is a key factor in forming effective and ethical communication among teenagers. Emotional intelligence, which includes the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own and others' emotions, is believed to play an important role in encouraging ethical communication behavior, such as honesty, responsibility, and respect for others. Karang Taruna teenagers as an age group that is experiencing dynamic emotional and social development, often face challenges in maintaining communication ethics due to low emotional intelligence, which can trigger internal conflicts, misunderstandings, and decrease the quality of social interactions. Through a quantitative approach, this study examines the relationship between emotional intelligence and communication ethics, with the hope of providing both practical and academic contributions in efforts to strengthen the character of the younger generation who are able to communicate politely, ethically, and build positive social relations in society, especially in youth organizations such as Karang Taruna RT 005 Mustika Jaya Bekasi.

Abstract

Marketing communication activities are efforts to communicate the company, products and services to external parties, including customers, suppliers and business partners. This study aims to describe Goalsbeautybar.id's marketing communication strategy carried out through Instagram social media. This type of research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the owner of goalsbeautybar.id where the informant has the authority to determine marketing communication strategies through Instagram social media. This data collection technique by observing, interviewing and documentation. Processing methods and data analysis were carried out at the same time during the research process. The process of data analysis in this study the authors use primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that goalsbeautybar.id carries out a marketing communication strategy by utilizing Instagram social media to introduce their business, influence consumers and increase sales by implementing five components in conducting marketing communications.

Abstract

The concept of ideal standardization is raised by the physical variations present in each individual. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the experiences of Instagram celebrities who have been subjected to body-shaming. A phenomenological approach and descriptive qualitative research techniques are used in this study. In contrast, phenomenology bases its understanding of the universe on direct experience. The focus of this study is a person named Agiskakhansa, an Instagram star who has endured body shaming from both his followers and peers. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were used as data collection methods. The strategy for processing and analyzing data employed is to gather all the information from the notes and evaluate it using logical words that are appropriate for the environment and circumstances in the field, including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that bodyshaming behavior should not be dismissed as insignificant because it will have an adverse psychological effect on the victim, leading to feelings of insecurity, dread, and even self-harm. Because of this, society must deal decisively with instances of body shaming.
