Abstract

This study analyzes Indonesia's strategic position in the competition for skilled and semi-skilled labor against India in the Japanese market, as well as its implications for National Resilience and National Human Resources (HR) Policy. Japan, facing an acute demographic crisis, has become a critical arena where the need for caregivers and manufacturing workers is balanced by high demand for Information Technology (IT) professionals. Using a comparative-analytical library research method, this paper finds that Indonesia's dominance in low-skill sectors creates migration vulnerability. This study suggests that Indonesia must reorient its HR policy from quantity to quality and vocational certification to enhance national competitiveness and maintain economic stability.

Abstract

Hubungan antara negara dan individu sebagai entitas hukum dibentuk berdasarkan prinsip dasar hak dan tanggung jawab yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi jurang antara jaminan normatif hak dan kewajiban serta penerapannya di dalam konteks masyarakat Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Tinjauan Pustaka dengan fokus yuridis-normatif, yang didasarkan pada analisis 10 artikel ilmiah terkini yang mendiskusikan konseptualisasi, pelanggaran, dan pentingnya pendidikan kewarganegaraan terkait hak dan kewajiban. Temuan dari tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun hak-hak warga negara (termasuk hak atas data pribadi dan lingkungan yang sehat) serta kewajiban dasar (seperti kepatuhan terhadap hukum dan kewajiban membayar pajak) sudah terjamin secara konstitusional, pelaksanaannya sering kali tidak seimbang. Banyak warga negara yang menuntut hak tanpa memenuhi kewajiban, dan di sisi berbeda, terdapat perdebatan hukum yang membatasi hak-hak tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa jurang antara norma dan fakta terutama disebabkan oleh rendahnya kesadaran hukum, sehingga perlu ada penguatan pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk mencapai tanggung jawab sipil dan keseimbangan yang sejati.

Abstract

Prayer is the most important part of instilling Islamic religious education in early childhood. Prayer, the second pillar of Islam, plays a role in instilling spiritual values, disciplined behavior, and fostering children's religious character. Therefore, methods that are not only cognitive but also involve practical activities, such as experiential learning, which focuses on direct experience in learning to pray, are needed. This study aims to analyze and describe the application of the experiential learning model in developing religious and moral values ​​in TK Assabil 2. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and documentation techniques. The results indicate that the application of the experiential learning model is effective in early childhood learning. This model encourages children to actively participate in prayer practices, thus fostering understanding of prayer movements and recitations and integrating learning experiences with the development of religious character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan peran bahasa yang digunakan pelatih dalam instruksi latihan terhadap motivasi atlet. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif melalui observasi latihan, wawancara dengan pelatih dan atlet, serta dokumentasi instruksi verbal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pilihan kata, intonasi, dan gaya komunikasi pelatih berpengaruh langsung pada semangat, fokus, dan kepercayaan diri atlet. Instruksi yang jelas dan suportif mampu meningkatkan motivasi, sedangkan bahasa yang kasar atau menekan cenderung menurunkannya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi verbal merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dikuasai pelatih untuk menciptakan suasana latihan yang positif dan memotivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap ketahanan nasional Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan disinformasi global pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Literasi digital menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat daya tangkal masyarakat terhadap arus informasi yang salah dan manipulatif, terutama di era digital yang sangat terbuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menelaah 20 artikel ilmiah yang terbit antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki peran signifikan dalam menjaga stabilitas sosial, [ideologis, dan politik bangsa. Masyarakat dengan tingkat literasi digital tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang lebih baik dalam memverifikasi informasi dan menolak narasi hoaks. Sebaliknya, rendahnya literasi digital terbukti memperbesar dampak disinformasi terhadap kepercayaan publik dan kohesi sosial. Dengan demikian, peningkatan literasi digital perlu dijadikan prioritas nasional yang terintegrasi dalam sistem pendidikan dan kebijakan publik guna memperkuat ketahanan nasional di era globalisasi informasi.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of fulfilling students' rights and responsibilities on citizenship equality in Civic Education using a qualitative approach. The study emphasizes the importance of balancing rights, such as access to fair education, and responsibilities, such as academic discipline, to create an inclusive academic atmosphere. Civic Education plays a role in instilling principles of nationality, democracy, and human rights, supporting equality in citizenship, particularly for marginalized groups. Students who understand the value of equality through Civic Education are predicted to become critical and responsible citizens, contributing to social justice and democracy.

Abstract

Globalization accelerates the flows of goods, capital, information, and culture, creating development opportunities while also generating risks for national resilience. This study maps the conditions and mechanisms through which engagement in global society can weaken or, conversely, strengthen resilience across three dimensions—identity, stability, and sovereignty. Using a PRISMA-guided systematic literature review, bilingual searches were conducted in reputable Indonesian journals (UGM, Unhan, Lemhannas, BRIN, Unair, UNS) covering 2015–2025. Screening included deduplication, title/abstract selection, full-text assessment, and CASP/JBI quality appraisal, followed by thematic synthesis. Through database searching and snowballing, 20 articles were analyzed. The review highlights three key findings: (1) information–cyber resilience is a prerequisite, as low digital literacy and weak cyber hygiene increase the likelihood of disinformation and incident escalation; (2) digital politics is ambivalent—expanding participation yet fostering selective exposure and polarization; and (3) sovereignty increasingly shifts toward data, technology, and the policy space. Overall, global society’s impact is not deterministic; it depends on policy design, institutional capacity, and citizen participation. Strengthening literacy, platform governance, cybersecurity, cultural diplomacy, and value-added industrial policies is recommended.

Abstract

Indonesia’s national resilience faces global challenges such as technological advancement, information disruption, foreign cultural penetration, and crises in the economy, health, and environment. This study analyzes the impact of these challenges on national resilience and integration through a literature review (2020–2025). The findings show that global threats affect all dimensions—ideology, politics, economy, socio-culture, defense, and security—and may trigger disintegration through social polarization, radicalism, development inequality, and declining national identity. The literature emphasizes the importance of strengthening Pancasila values, enhancing digital literacy, ensuring economic equity, modernizing defense, advancing diplomacy, and empowering education and civil society. In conclusion, Indonesia requires multi-stakeholder synergy and comprehensive strategies to build adaptive and sustainable national resilience.

Abstract

This study analyzes the methodology of interpretation and contestation of thought in two major works: Muhammad 'Ali ash-Shabuni's Shafwatut Tafāsīr and Muhammad Sayyid Tantawi's Tafsīr al-Wasīṭ. The background of this study is an effort to bridge the classical tafsir heritage with the social and intellectual demands of modern society. Using a descriptive-comparative qualitative method, the study found that both mufassirs applied the tahlīlī method through the integration of history and ra'yi. However, both have different orientations: Ash-Shabuni emphasizes linguistic aspects, balaghah, and summarizing classical tafsir with a conservative-moderate theological stance. In contrast, Tantawi emphasizes the adabi-ijtima'i approach that is more contextual to contemporary social problems and is brave in performing muamalah ijtihad. The study concludes that these methodological differences are two models of tafsir responses that complement each other and enrich the treasures of Muslim intellectuals in facing the challenges of the times.

Abstract

arly childhood is a foundational period for all aspects of development. Therefore, this stage is the most appropriate time to provide stimulation across various developmental domains, particularly cognitive development as well as religious and moral values. One form of such stimulation is through learning the Qur’an. In this process, children not only learn to write, recognize letters, and read, but also begin to understand the content of the Qur’an, which helps develop their cognitive abilities, religious and moral values, and socio-emotional skills.This study was conducted to determine the most appropriate Qur’anic learning methods for young children from a neuroscience perspective. This approach is based on the understanding that brain development is the central driver of overall human development. Therefore, the researchers recommend that Qur’anic learning practices be aligned with neuroscience principles, including recognizing the differences between the brain development of boys and girls. Additionally, it is important to consider each child’s learning style so that educators can select the most suitable teaching methods. By doing so, every child sains equal opportunities and can more easily achieve learning objectives.
