Human resources have good performance that can be influenced by the competence and training possessed by individuals, because performance cannot be separated from the quality of human resources themselves. In order to create professional and competent human resources, the company develops competency-based HR management. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analysis method in this study uses Validity test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient and hypothesis testing using t test. The number of samples studied was 42 ASN Satpol PP and Damkar. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Equation Y = 10.788 + 1.277 X1 + 0.402 X2 + 0.229 X3 +e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the training variables (X1) and Competence (X2) and the work environment have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) at Satpol PP and damkar South Bengkulu Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.819. This means that the value of training (X1) and the value of competence (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 81.9% while the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product, price, brand image, and product quality on consumer buying interest in OPPO smartphones at Semaku Ponsel Manna counter in South Bengkulu. The analysis methods used in this study include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test with a sample size of 75 questionnaires to OPPO smartphone buyers at Semaku Ponsel Manna counter in South Bengkulu. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Y = 6.143 + 0.160 X1 + 0.323 X2 + 0.196 X3 + 0.215 X4. This indicates a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables product quality (X1), Price (X2), Brand Image (X3), and Product Quality (X4) have a positive influence on Buying Interest (Y) at Semaku Ponsel Manna counter in South Bengkulu. The coefficient of determination value from the calculation using SPSS shows an R square value of 71.9%. This means that the values of Product (X1), Price (X2), Brand image (X3), and Product Quality (X4) influence the buying interest (Y) by 71.9%, while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other variables not studied in the research.

The sampling technique is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that the multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.219 + 0.416X1 + 0.383X2 + 6.425(e). The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.465. This means that X1 (participative leadership style) and The F test results show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it shows that together X1 (participative leadership style) and X2 (communication) have a positive and significant influence on performance (Y). The participative leadership style has a positive and significant influence on performance because the significant value is 0.020 < 0.05, communication has a positive and significant influence on performance because the value is 0.037 < 0.05.

This study aims to review the existing literature regarding the effectiveness of implementing constructivism-based collaborative learning in improving critical thinking skills in primary schools. The constructivism approach, which emphasizes learning as an active and interactive process, allows students to build their understanding through cooperation and discussion in groups. This learning method is expected to develop students' critical thinking skills, such as the ability to analyze, evaluate and construct logical arguments. This study uses the literature study method to collect and analyze various relevant previous studies. The results of the literature review show that constructivism-based collaborative learning can significantly improve elementary school students' critical thinking skills. Students who engage in collaborative learning show better ability in understanding concepts, solving problems, and thinking critically compared to students who learn through traditional methods. However, the implementation of this method also faces some challenges, including the need for teacher training, limited resources, and different levels of student engagement. Nonetheless, with adequate support from schools and policy makers, constructivism-based collaborative learning has great potential to be integrated in the primary school curriculum in Indonesia. This research provides practical recommendations for educators and policy makers to effectively implement constructivism-based collaborative learning. Thus, it is expected to create a learning environment that encourages the development of critical thinking skills, which are crucial for students' academic success and future life.
