Jurnal Imiah Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JIPM) merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarkat yang diterbitkan oleh CV.INDONESIA dengan Nomor Registrasi ISSN : 3026-1163 (Online). Abstract

Efficient and structured management of meeting minutes is an important requirement in supporting administrative governance in various government agencies, including the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). However, the manual recording and archiving process often faces obstacles such as document irregularity, risk of data loss, and lack of time efficiency. To resolve problems at the Ngawi Central Statistics Agency (BPS), based on the results of observations and discussions, the objective of the activity was to develop a digital-based meeting minutes application designed to simplify the process of recording, storing and distributing meeting results.The results of the activity show that implementing this application is able to increase time efficiency in managing minutes by up to 60%, as well as reducing the risk of data loss thanks to a digital-based storage system. With the success of this implementation, 95% of socialization participants understood the flow of system performance and the use of the system was very user friendly

Abstract

The Air Haji is a village that produces many types of MSME products based on initial observations found that partners still carry out marketing activities with a manual system in selling their products, this is because it is not that partners reject digital marketing but they do not understand how to use digital marketing. Therefore, Community Service activities aim to invite and socialize the use of digital marketing in increasing MSME Sales. The method of implementing PKM by providing training, mentoring by using their respective Android HP Media, then installing several applications that support the sales process of their MSME Products later, so that partners better understand the use of digital marketing conducted discussion and question and answer sessions. The results achieved show success seen from the way partners use and utilize digital marketing, through their respective anroid cellphones the conclusion of this activity provides knowledge to partners can innovate and be creative in entrepreneurship through digital marketing in increasing sales of MSME products independently

Abstract

Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which conforms to the PRISMA protocol, this study investigates the influence of corporate culture on employee performance and innovation. As an important component, corporate culture influences the nature of the organization and creates a pleasant working environment. The analysis shows that a strong organizational culture increases employee productivity, motivation, and engagement. This finding is supported by many studies that found a relationship between organizational culture and employee satisfaction and achievement of company goals. Conversely, corporate culture is essential to encourage employees to be innovative. This study found that the role of transformational leadership and organizational commitment in strengthening the relationship between organizational culture and innovation, and that an environment that supports creativity and risk-taking can help innovative behavior, especially in industry 4.0. Overall, this study emphasizes that corporate culture is essential as a strategic part of contemporary management. To create a productive and innovative organization, it is important to implement a corporate culture that supports effective cooperation. The results suggest that company leaders can use these findings to maximize the potential of their human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to improve emotional control of the mentally retarded through showing the film "Walk Home" at the Bina Karya and Laras Social Rehabilitation Center (BRSBKL). Disabled individuals are individuals who experience emotional and behavioral disorders, so they require a special approach to help them manage their emotions better. Movie watching therapy was chosen because of its interactive and fun nature, as well as its ability to convey moral messages, improve mood, and stimulate self-reflection. The research method used is through film screening which consists of three main stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation and reflection stages. The research results show that watching films regularly can have a positive impact on character formation and managing the emotions of inmates.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Negeri Padang in Desa Rantih in 2024 conducted a Makeup Contest as an effort to empower the community by enhancing makeup skills. The activity aimed to develop participants' creativity, build self-confidence, and strengthen the relationship between KKN students and the local community. The methods used in this activity included training and hands-on practice, where participants were divided into teams consisting of a makeup artist and a model. The results showed high enthusiasm from participants, including mothers, teenagers, and children, as well as a significant improvement in their makeup skills.

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar (Teaching Campus) Batch 8 Program is a strategic initiative to support the improvement of education quality in elementary schools, including at SD Inpres Parangbanoa. This article discusses the program's implementation, which aims to enhance students' literacy and numeracy skills, technology adaptation, climate change mitigation, and character development. However, this article specifically focuses on numeracy, technology adaptation, climate change mitigation, and character development. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The implementation results revealed various innovative activities, such as interactive numeracy tutoring, the introduction of technology-based learning media, raising environmental awareness through climate change mitigation programs, and strengthening character values through thematic activities. The main challenges faced were limited facilities and human resources, which were overcome through collaboration between teaching students, teachers, and school staff. This program has a positive impact on improving learning quality and building an inclusive and sustainable educational environment. It is recommended to enhance infrastructure support, develop teacher competencies, and expand the program's scope to benefit more schools.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, contributing more than 60% to the GDP and absorbing more than 90% of the workforce. However, MSMEs often face challenges in financial management, especially in preparing financial reports in accordance with accounting standards. The main problems faced by MSMEs include lack of accounting knowledge, limited time and resources, complexity of accounting material, lack of continuous mentoring, and inability to use financial technology. To address these issues, this community service activity designs a solution in the form of intensive training with simplified materials, mentoring by financial mentors or consultants, the use of user-friendly financial applications, practical skills training, as well as regular evaluation and feedback. This activity utilizes practical learning methods and intensive mentoring, including intensive training, mentorship, periodic evaluation, and the use of technology. The target participants are MSME actors in Mojokerto City who have participated in previous training programs but still struggle with implementing accounting practices. The results achieved in this activity include the preparation of systematic and applicable training materials, the creation of a specialized Excel accounting application for MSMEs, testing of the application, participant forums, as well as training and mentoring for MSME participants. The next stages of the plan include monitoring and evaluation, continued mentoring activities, specific and advanced training, network building and collaboration, as well as further research and information dissemination. It is expected that this community service program will have a significant impact on the development of MSMEs in Mojokerto City and create a more sustainable and inclusive business ecosystem.

Abstract

Pelatihan e-commerce telah menjadi salah satu solusi efektif dalam memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era digital. Dalam makalah ini, dibahas bagaimana pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Melalui program pelatihan yang mencakup materi seperti konsep dasar e-commerce, strategi pemasaran online, manajemen inventaris, serta penggunaan platform e-commerce, peserta berhasil mengoptimalkan bisnis mereka secara online. Evaluasi yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan penerapan konsep e-commerce oleh peserta. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas mereka dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital, tetapi juga membantu mereka bersaing lebih baik di pasar. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan masalah teknis masih menjadi kendala yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi untuk memperluas jangkauan pelatihan, meningkatkan aksesibilitas sumber daya, serta menyediakan dukungan teknis yang lebih mendalam di masa mendatang sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program pelatihan e-commerce. Dengan demikian, upaya pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pelatihan e-commerce dapat memberikan kontribusi positi yang signifikan bagi penguatan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Bantargebang merupakan implementasi nyata dari tanggung jawab dosen dan mahasiswa dalam memenuhi aspek pengabdian Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Melalui pengabdian ini, tercipta sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat sebagai bentuk demokrasi dalam pendidikan. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat setempat mengenai pentingnya pendidikan untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam upaya mencerdaskan generasi bangsa. Pengabdian ini melibatkan beberapa kegiatan, seperti pendidikan baca, tulis, dan hitung (calistung), kegiatan mengaji bersama, dan mengajar di masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan semangat serta pemahaman, terutama di kalangan guru dan orang tua, tentang instrumen akreditasi PAUD, psikologi pendidikan, manfaat membaca bagi anak, bimbingan belajar, serta pembuatan media pembelajaran yang berguna bagi guru dalam mengajar. Semua ini diharapkan dapat mendukung kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya di Kelurahan Bantargebang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi pembelajaran literasi di UPT SD Negeri 4 Sompu melalui program Kampus Angkatan 8. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi dan dampak program transformasi literasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Kampus Angkatan 8 telah berhasil mengimplementasikan berbagai inovasi pembelajaran literasi, termasuk penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif, pengembangan sudut baca, dan pelibatan aktif orang tua dalam kegiatan literasi. Transformasi ini menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam minat baca siswa, kemampuan pemahaman bacaan, dan keterampilan menulis kreatif. Program ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan budaya literasi yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, program Kampus Angkatan 8 telah efektif dalam mentransformasi pembelajaran literasi di UPT SD Negeri 4 Sompu, memberikan fondasi kuat untuk pengembangan keterampilan literasi siswa di masa depan.
