Abstract

The preparation of the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) or Cost Budget Plan (Rencana Anggaran Biaya/RAB) is one of the crucial stages in the construction project planning process, which must be carried out before the physical implementation of the project begins. The RAB reflects a comprehensive cost estimate required for a project, covering both labor wages and material procurement. This document contains detailed information on the volume of work, unit prices, and total costs for each component necessary for the realization of the project. One of the commonly used approaches for preparing RAB in Indonesia is the Unit Price Analysis Method (Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan/AHSP). This method is considered capable of producing efficient and accountable cost estimates in accordance with applicable national standards. This study aims to identify economical unit price estimations that can serve as a reference for cost estimators in planning construction project budgets. The research adopts a quantitative approach by analyzing data through volume calculations based on technical drawings, followed by the application of the AHSP 2023 method to determine unit prices, and organizing the results into a BoQ format using Microsoft Excel. The findings indicate that the total estimated cost for the structural development of the State College of Accountancy (Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN) Mosque in Tangerang is IDR 10,935,996,000.00, which includes all components of work ranging from land excavation, foundation work, and structures for floors 1 to 3, to roof construction, as well as the foundation and structure of the mosque tower. The total cost already includes a contractor's profit margin of 10% and taxes (VAT and Income Tax) of 10%. The largest portion of the budget is allocated to the structure of the first floor, accounting for 23% of the total budget. These findings emphasize the importance of accurate planning in the early stages of a project to minimize potential financial risks in subsequent phases.

Abstract

One of the sources of air pollution is motor vehicle exhaust, the gas produced from fuel combustion occurs in vehicle engines and also because the incomplete combustion process can have a negative impact on health and the environment. To reduce the impact of carbon monoxide gas, it is necessary to create a carbon monoxide gas detection tool. The carbon monoxide gas detection tool in motor vehicles uses an MQ-7 sensor. The data obtained from the MQ-7 sensor will be processed by the ESP8266 microcontroller and the results are displayed on the PC via LCD, the application program design uses the C ++ programming language. In the test there are two processes, namely inside the car and outside the car. The lowest carbon monoxide level in the car is 7.23 ppm and the highest is 9.65 ppm. While testing outside the car the lowest carbon content is 96.26 ppm and the highest level is 97.76 ppm..

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) marks a pivotal advancement in spatial data processing, offering enhanced predictive capabilities and real-time analytical precision. This study provides an in-depth review of the evolution of AI applications in GIS, examining current methodologies and future prospects. Employing a qualitative research approach that encompasses a systematic literature review, expert interviews, and analysis of policy documents, the study identifies critical trends, challenges, and opportunities in AI-GIS integration. The findings reveal that the application of deep learning techniques particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) has significantly improved spatial analysis accuracy, enabling efficient risk mapping and disaster mitigation. Additionally, AI-driven automation in data collection and processing has streamlined GIS operations, although it introduces challenges related to algorithmic bias and data privacy. The development of advanced geospatial models, including interactive 3D visualizations, further supports comprehensive urban planning and resource management. Nonetheless, the need for standardized data formats and robust computational infrastructure remains imperative. This paper concludes by offering strategic recommendations for future research, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration, the establishment of ethical frameworks, and the enhancement of data integration protocols. The insights presented aim to inform both academic inquiry and practical implementations, ensuring the responsible evolution of AI-driven GIS to address complex spatial challenges

Abstract

Currently, the process of recording drug sales and drug purchase transactions at Bunda Pharmacy is still done manually, namely using a ledger (manual). So this is very ineffective and inefficient and can cause errors when inputting data, recording drug data, drug stock, sales and purchases or when searching for drug data. Therefore, this was done to design a web information system using qualitative methods using the waterfall method and using a sequential search algorithm to search for drug names, categories, expiration dates, selling prices, purchase prices or drug units and sequential search algorithms to sort data from drug data or expiration dates. With the information system that has been designed, it will make it easier for pharmacy officers (Pharmacists) to collect, as well as look for information on drug data when inputting transaction data and will make it easier to check drugs that need to be restocked so that there are no errors in the sales process. The system design in this research uses DFD, ERD and Table Relations, The system design in this research uses DFD, ERD and Table Relations.

Abstract

The digitalization information system for asset application forms at the Banyuwangi Fisheries Service is a research to design and implement an information system that can support the processing of asset tenant data through a web-based platform. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problem of managing asset tenant data which is often complicated and time-consuming, and to provide better accessibility to users. This research uses data collection methods through literature reviews and interviews related to asset tenant data management. According to needs analysis. The information system is designed using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP using the Laravell framework. The resulting information system includes crucial features such as applicant characteristics, usage plans, requested assets and rental periods. Users can practically access this website anywhere and anytime. The results of this study show that the website-based asset tenant application information system provides significant benefits for agencies and the community, including increasing efficiency in managing asset data, reducing errors in data processing and facilitating access to information from different devices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of web programming in improving the efficiency of information services using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected by systematically searching scholarly articles from reputable databases using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis was conducted qualitatively by categorizing findings based on application sectors, including education, health, public administration, and services. The results indicate that the implementation of web programming significantly accelerates service processes, improves data accuracy, and expands access to real-time information. Furthermore, the use of modern technologies such as responsive frameworks, model-driven approaches, and artificial intelligence integration enhances both efficiency and service quality. These findings emphasize that web programming is a crucial component of sustainable digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

A correspondence information system in the General Affairs Division of the Situbondo Regency Government was previously available and used to assist in the management of incoming and outgoing mail, and disposition. However, the existing system still had several limitations, including in terms of feature completeness, ease of archive search, and communication of letter attachments. This condition resulted in the correspondence administration process not running optimally. This study aims to analyze the weaknesses of the existing information system and design a development proposal to better suit the agency's needs. The research method was carried out through observation, interviews, and analysis of the current system. The analysis results indicated that system development is needed, especially in aspects of attachment management, more detailed letter recording, and structured disposition tracking. Therefore, a proposal was designed to develop a web-based information system capable of supporting more effective and efficient letter management. With this development, the correspondence information system in the General Affairs Division of the Situbondo Regency Government is expected to improve employee performance, accelerate communication flows, and minimize administrative errors.

Abstract

The design of a collaborative progress tracking information system is used for media management at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Encryption (Diskominfo) in Banyuwangi Regency. Public information management faces complex challenges, especially in coordination among teams, utilization of technology, and efficient information distribution. Diskominfo Banyuwangi experiences significant obstacles in the media management process involving various parties, such as admins, staff, and partners, often operating separately and lacking integration, which leads to miscommunication, delays in revisions, and suboptimal content distribution. The need for an integrated information system has become urgent to support real-time team collaboration and ensure orderly and transparent work progress documentation. To address the issues of coordination and tracking of work, support from an information system is needed, which can facilitate collaboration among teams, ease the documentation of work activities, and accelerate the process of revision and publication of content. Overall, this design is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of an information system that supports more effective, adaptive, and integrated technology-based public services

Abstract

Efficient and targeted fuel distribution is a challenge at the Sukorejo Situbondo gas station, particularly in terms of monitoring subsidy quotas and recording transactions, which are still done manually. This research aims to design a fuel barcode distribution management information system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the fuel distribution process. This system utilizes barcode technology that enables consumer verification, monitoring subsidy usage, and automatic and integrated transaction recording. The software used in this system is a web-based application connected to a MySQL database for data storage, as well as PHP for server-side programming and JavaScript for the user interface (frontend). It is expected that this system can speed up the service process, reduce human error, and assist in better transaction data management and reporting, thereby supporting more effective and efficient fuel management at the Sukorejo Situbondo gas station.

Abstract

Digitizing archives has become a crucial need in the technological era. Frequent problems with physical documents include lost and difficult-to-find documents, which can lead to difficulties in document management and information retrieval. The Banyuwangi Fisheries Service is a government agency responsible for managing and improving the fisheries sector. Currently, the document archiving data management process at the Fisheries Service is not yet integrated. The document archiving system at the Fisheries Service uses a manual system, which is handwritten and typed using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, a web-based document archiving information system is needed. This aims to develop and build a document management system, implementing a web-based archive management portal to facilitate employees, especially the archives department, so that the presentation is systematic, efficient, and useful. This information system is designed using Prototype and PHP programming, and its database uses MySQL
