Abstract

In a competitive business world, data-driven strategies are key to maintaining business continuity. Local brand shoe sales face challenges in managing increasing sales data, which is often only used for archives without providing added value in strategic decision making. This study aims to utilize data mining techniques, especially the Apriori algorithm, to analyze transaction patterns of local brand shoe sales. The Apriori algorithm was chosen because of its ability to find relevant association patterns from large transaction data. This study includes data pre-processing, pattern mining, and interpretation of results, with a focus on extracting relationships and linkages that can improve marketing strategies. The results of this study are expected to produce valuable information that supports decision making, while providing solutions to the lack of decision support systems in managing shoe sales data. Thus, this study contributes to the development of data-driven marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of local shoe products.

Abstract

Boarding houses or commonly called kos are one of the places that provide accommodation services or temporary residences consisting of several rooms where each room has facilities that have been provided by the boarding house owner. For students who study far from their hometown, of course they need a boarding house. In the process of selecting a boarding house, students studying in Gresik often experience difficulties and obstacles in selecting the boarding house because there are several criteria and factors that must be met such as location, price, facilities, and also security. To overcome the above problems, a system is needed to help students in Gresik as recommendations and also find information about boarding houses in Gresik. Therefore, a method was chosen from several existing methods, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method will later produce the largest value that will be selected as the best alternative by taking into account the existing criteria.

Abstract

The application of data mining in the evaluation of Hadrah tests at Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah is explored using the Random Forest algorithm. Hadrah, a form of Islamic artistic performance involving vocal and percussion elements, is integral to the cultural and spiritual life in Islamic boarding schools. The objective of this research is to enhance the accuracy and objectivity of performance assessments in Hadrah, particularly in the context of competition or educational evaluation at Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah. By utilizing the Random Forest method, which is a robust machine learning technique, the study aims to minimize the subjectivity and inconsistency inherent in traditional evaluation methods. The study leverages secondary data from previous Hadrah tests, applying preprocessing steps to ensure the data is suitable for analysis. The results show that Random Forest provides a high level of precision in classifying participants based on key assessment features such as tempo, consistency, and overall performance. This method contributes significantly to improving the reliability and fairness of the evaluation process, ensuring a more standardized approach to assessing artistic skills in the context of Islamic traditions. The findings suggest that data-driven approaches can play a pivotal role in preserving and promoting Islamic arts while enhancing the educational process.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a gamification-based tasklist system designed to increase efficiency in the division of tasks while motivating employees in the Operational Solution Department of PT. International Data Visionet. During its development, this system integrated various gamification elements, such as a ranking feature that encourages healthy competition between employees, digital awards that provide appreciation for certain achievements, and a performance points system that aims to increase accountability and work productivity. The system development process is carried out using the Waterfall methodology approach, which involves the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing is carried out using the Blackbox Testing method to ensure that all system functions run according to predetermined specifications. This system is designed with a user-friendly interface, making it easier for employees to understand and use its features.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has revolutionized various sectors, including education. In response to the challenges of manual registration processes, SMK Citra Negara Depok initiated the design of a modern, integrated online student registration system using the Waterfall method. This research aims to enhance efficiency, improve data accuracy, and provide better access for prospective students. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study analyzes existing problems, designs solutions, and evaluates the system’s effectiveness. The results demonstrate that the proposed system significantly optimizes registration processes, thereby increasing the institution's competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has significantly facilitated various aspects of human life, including business, health, education, and more. One such technological application is the use of computer-based inventory management systems that streamline data management processes, from recording to quick and accurate data retrieval, while also monitoring assets. PT. SAC Nusantara, established in 1971, faces challenges in its Bandar Lampung branch, where inventory management is still done manually, leading to slow data input, frequent errors in stock calculations, and delayed reporting. To address these issues, a computerized inventory management system is needed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and monitoring. This study aims to design, build, and develop a web-based inventory management system to replace the manual processes. The research utilizes the Framework for the Applications of System Thinking (FAST) method, which is flexible and allows for rapid development with user involvement in each stage. The system is designed to automate the recording and reporting process, reduce errors, and improve real-time inventory tracking. The FAST method, along with Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), will be used to analyze and design the system. The system's functionalities, such as item entry, exit records, and reporting, are evaluated through black-box testing. The expected outcome of this research is a web-based inventory management system that increases the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management, providing accurate and timely data that will support decision-making processes. The findings indicate that the implementation of this system will significantly improve inventory handling at PT. SAC Nusantara's Bandar Lampung branch.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based interior ordering information system for PT Cipta Kreasi Buana, which has been operating since 2015. Currently, the process of ordering products and interior services is still conducted manually, which can lead to errors in order writing and a lack of transparency for customers. The method used in this research is the prototype method, which includes needs analysis, system design, application development, and evaluation. The primary focus of this system design is to create an intuitive and responsive user interface, making it easier for customers to place orders. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the web-based ordering information system can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations. The designed application allows customers to place orders more easily and quickly, while also providing better management of orders and inventory. With this system in place, PT Cipta Kreasi Buana can improve customer satisfaction and keep up with digital technology advancements. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other companies in developing similar information systems.

Abstract

SM Wedding Decoration is a place that provides services to take care of everything related to weddings. For example, wedding decorations, wedding organizers, and wedding planners. SM Wedding Decoration has several wedding packages that can be offered to customers.  The large number of packages available makes prospective brides or customers confused about which wedding package is suitable for their wedding. The a priori algorithm method is used in this research to find recommendations for wedding packages based on existing transaction data and to improve company strategies and sales of other wedding packages. The Apriori algorithm is used to help computers learn patterns of association rules. This algorithm looks for a group of things that match the given criteria or order and have a certain frequency value. From this research, customers tend to order Photographer & Documentation and MUA → Deluxe packages more often, and these orders account for 44% of all package order transaction data. Transaction data for ordering the MUA→Deluxe Package was 41.3%. Photographer & Documentation package transaction data → Deluxe Package is 41.2%. And transaction data for ordering the MUA package → Premium Deluxe Package is 41.3%.

Abstract

Gramedia Digital is a platform that provides electronic book services widely used by the Indonesian public. However, in its operation, users often encounter issues such as frequent application crashes, slow content access, and unresponsive checkout processes. These problems indicate inefficiencies in handling information technology (IT) service incidents. This study aims to apply the RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) to map out the roles and responsibilities of each party involved in the IT service issue resolution process in the Gramedia Digital application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The analysis shows that the implementation of the RACI model can clarify task distribution among teams, reduce work duplication, and improve the effectiveness of incident handling. These findings provide recommendations to strengthen the IT service management structure at Gramedia Digital, particularly in the aspect of responding to service disruptions.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technology has opened new opportunities for developing intelligent communication systems through chatbots. This study explores how the integration of n8n, a fair-code workflow automation tool, with AI can create autonomous chatbots that not only interact automatically with users but also analyze and report conversation outcomes in a structured manner. We propose a methodology that combines natural language processing (NLP) with automated workflows to build a chatbot capable of storing user interaction data, processing it into insights, and generating analytical reports that support service evaluation and business decision-making. This approach not only enhances user service efficiency but also adds analytical capabilities that would typically require separate manual processes. The findings of this study indicate that such a solution is highly applicable in areas such as customer service, online education, and internal system analysis
