Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is mandatory for companies in Indonesia. It is primarily implemented in the company's Ring 1 area, namely in areas where communities are most disturbed by the presence and activities of corporations and are directly involved with corporate activities. One of the implementations of corporate social responsibility at PT Pertamina EP Prabumulih Field is through the Empowered Women, Managing Waste Together (MUDA BERSAMA) Program. This research took the form of qualitative field research to examine the program. The research results show that the Empowered Women, Managing Waste Together (MUDA BERSAMA) Program is a community development activity in the field of environmentally friendly, healthy and sustainable agriculture in Patih Galung Village, West Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. The main actor running this program is the Kemuning Women Farmers Group (KWT). Some of its activities include planting organic vegetables and Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), making processed products, making compost, Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) and Local Microorganisms (MOL). There is also the Matoa Women Farmers Group (KWT) which focuses on managing organic waste in their area. The MUDA BERSAMA program has directly benefited 30 members and indirectly benefited 657 residents of Patih Galung Village. The program has four impact categories, which also represent concrete examples of the Village SDGs launched in Indonesia: nature, economy, well-being, and society.

Abstract

Optical Distribution Cabinet (ODC) is a critical component in fiber optic network infrastructure, often located in public places and vulnerable to unauthorized access and vandalism. Traditional mechanical locking systems have limitations in terms of security and operational efficiency. This research presents a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)- based smart lock system integrated with a hydraulic mechanism to improve security and access efficiency at ODCs. The system utilizes Arduino Uno microcontroller as the main controller unit, MFRC522 RFID module for user authentication, hydraulic actuator as the door opening mechanism automatically, and status indicators in the form of buzzer and LED. When a valid RFID card is detected, the system activates the solenoid to unlock and the hydraulic actuator automatically opens the ODC door. A green LED lights up to indicate access is accepted, while a red LED lights up and a buzzer sounds if access is denied. The test results show that the system is able to respond to RFID input with an optimal distance of up to 4 cm and successfully open the ODC door automatically with a hydraulic actuator. The implementation of this system is expected to replace conventional locking methods and improve operational efficiency in managing fiber optic network infrastructure.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is a crucial aspect that is closely related to physical and mental health and how individuals function optimally in their lives. This research aims to determine the role of quantum healing as a holistic approach that integrates mind-body-spirit alignment practices in improving psychological well-being. Using qualitative research methods with a systematic literature review. There are references to 10 journal articles with a publication range from 2020 – 2024 which explore the principles of quantum healing, its application and effectiveness in psychological well-being. The analysis results show that the quantum healing principle can reduce muscle and nerve tension, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce the perception of pain, increase inner peace, increase feelings of relaxation and happiness, improve sleep quality and improve quality of life. This indicates that quantum healing as an alternative therapy plays a positive role in psychological well-being.

Abstract

One of the environmental problems in Indonesia is the waste management system that has not provided a solution for mountain runoff. Data based analysis from the 2023 national garbage treatment system, which was 69.9 million tons of garbage, was dominated by 41.60% leftover food garbage and 18,71% plastic garbage. From the source of the garbage, most garbage comes from households with about 44.37%. Indonesia's lack of awareness regarding the food waste, caused the tragedy of a garbage explosion that wiped out two villages with 143 people dead in 2005. The purpose of this idea is to expose the design of innovation, the design of smart rubbish bin E.M.P.A.T.H.Y. – Eco-friendly Machine Processing All Trash Holistically for You, as the solution to the processing of organic food waste. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. Where searches or data searches related to relevant topics on the Internet and this research is non-experimental. From the current environmental studies and literature case studies, the smart rubbish bin disposal solution is E.M.P.A.T.H.Y. – Eco-friendly Machine Processing All Trash Holistically for You, E.M.P.A.T.H.Y. – Eco-friendly Machine Processing All Trash Holistically for You It is equipped with the organic waste disposal features into environmentally friendly fertilizer, and it contains the responsible screen features to provide interactions to the user. The aim of the innovation of smart rubbish bin E.M.P.A.T.H.Y. can be used in the scale of homes, restaurants and public places like schools. Abstract

The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, in Article 18B(2) of the 1945 Constitution, mandates that "Every child has the right to survival, growth, and development, as well as the right to protection from violence and discrimination." Furthermore, Article 20 of Law No. 17 of 2016 on the Enactment of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2016 Amending the Second Amendment to Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection into Law. For this reason, the Criminal Justice System for Children Act No. 11 of 2012 was enacted. The Women and Children's Service Unit (PPA) in Bali, formerly known as the Special Service Room (RPK), has a long history. In 2007, the RPK was transformed into the PPA Unit pursuant to Police Chief Regulation No. Pol: 10 of 2007. This change aimed to enhance the effectiveness of handling cases involving women and children, as well as ensuring the protection of their rights. Prior to becoming the PPA Unit, it was tasked with providing specialized services to women and children who were victims of crime or perpetrators of criminal acts.
