Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of diversion through a restorative justice approach in the handling of children facing the law (ABH) in the jurisdiction of the Bali Police. Using normative legal research methods with a qualitative approach, this study examines the effectiveness of the diversion mechanism based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The results of the study show that the implementation of diversion in the Bali Police has succeeded in reducing the burden of cases in court while creating a more humane settlement. However, several obstacles were found such as limited understanding of the apparatus, inadequate support facilities, and public resistance to the concept of diversion. This study also identifies opportunities for the integration of Balinese local wisdom values in the mediation process. The implications of this study include three main aspects: (1) policy - the need to improve the technical guidelines of diversion, (2) practice - the importance of building the capacity of mediators, and (3) academic - contribution to the development of diversion models based on local culture. The findings of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of a more effective and fair juvenile criminal justice system.

Abstract

Mataram City, the capital of West Nusa Tenggara Province, has strong potential for solar energy development due to its favorable geographic and climatic conditions. Indonesia’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 41% by 2030, along with the province’s net zero emission goal by 2050, underscores the importance of renewable energy deployment. This study aims to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of implementing solar panels as an alternative energy source in Mataram City and to assess their contribution to GHG emission reduction. The analysis uses RETScreen software with secondary data from NASA’s Surface Meteorology and Solar Energy (SSE) database. It covers resource assessment, cost analysis, and financial indicators including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE). Mataram receives an average daily solar radiation of 5.4 kWh/m²/day, with consistent potential throughout the year. The financial analysis shows that the project is technically feasible and economically viable, supported by positive NPV and IRR values, and provides significant contributions to GHG reduction. Solar panel implementation in Mataram City is proven to be feasible in technical, financial, and environmental terms. The findings serve as a valuable reference for local governments in formulating sustainable and low-carbon energy strategies.

Abstract

Structural and spatial planning for category D hospitals to be considered feasible both structurally and in terms of quality requirements, must be guided by SNI 1726:2019 and Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.24 of 2014. Hospital D is a hospital with basic health services and is located in rural or remote areas and is the first referral from the community health center. In addition to planning, a building structure analysis is also carried out and as an illustration of whether the building is safe after analysis. Details and dimensions of the plates, beams, columns, and foundations are also sought. There are 2 methods used for this planning, namely quantitative and qualitative methods, with secondary data. Planning data is determined starting from the overall function of the building, the number and function of each floor, the type of structure, the height of the building, the height of each floor, and the roof covering. The planning made consists of structural components in the building including plates, beams, columns, and foundations. The material used in the building is concrete with a quality of 20.05 MPa, while the quality of the reinforcing steel used is 420 MPa. Modeling and analysis of the hospital building structure was carried out using ETABS 16 software, while for structural visualization using AutoCAD 2014 software. The loads entered were dead load, live load, wind load, and earthquake load.

Abstract

Business competition in the increasingly advanced digital era, the need to strengthen the image of a business through digital media is important, especially for companies such as PT Privy Digital Identity which is engaged in certified digital signature services. This design aims to create promotional media in the form of a video company profile based on motion graphic techniques that can improve the image of Privy company for the better. The choice of motion graphics as a promotional medium is due to its ability to simplify complex information and package it attractively through a persuasive combination of animation, graphics, and narrative. The methodology applied in the design is Design Thinking, which involves the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This stage helps to develop an audience-centric design strategy to solve existing visual communication problems. Trials are carried out to measure the effectiveness of the work in achieving the design objectives. The results of the trial show that a company profile based on motion graphic techniques can be an effective medium to improve the company's image, by providing important information needed by the audience through attractive visual presentations.

Abstract

This paper explores the evolution of interlinkages among ASEAN-6 equity markets from 2011 to 2024, with a focus on the structural impacts of the COVID-19 crisis. Using a network-based approach—incorporating Pearson correlation, minimum spanning trees (MST), dynamic time warping (DTW), and threshold networks—we observe significant changes in market connectivity across three phases: pre-crisis, crisis, and post-crisis. Findings show a marked contraction in network depth and a reconfiguration of hub nodes during the crisis, followed by partial restoration afterward. To complement the static analysis, a two-layer Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) is employed to classify market regimes, achieving a 65% classification accuracy. Saliency mapping identifies Indonesia and Vietnam as key contributors to regime differentiation, reflecting their significant role in regional contagion. The study highlights the value of combining machine learning and financial network theory to understand market stress transmission and structural adaptation in emerging market systems.

Abstract

Climate change has become a significant global issue and is increasingly gaining attention in the financial sector, including the banking industry. This study analyzes the level of climate change disclosure by three foreign banks in Indonesia JTrust Bank, Shinhan Bank, and OK Bank with a focus on the implementation of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, which covers four pillars: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics and Targets. Using a content analysis method of the Adequacy and Accuracy of Reporting indexes for the 2020–2024 period, both quantitative and qualitative assessments were conducted to evaluate the consistency and depth of disclosures. The results show that JTrust Bank has the highest level of disclosure, followed by Shinhan Bank and OK Bank. These differences are influenced by internal preparedness, strategic commitment to sustainability, and the regulatory policies of their home countries. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating climate issues into banks' governance and business strategies, and it is expected to provide both academic and practical contributions to encourage climate disclosure transparency in line with international standards

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by PT Pertamina EP Rantau Field through the program SINAR PELITA (Sistem Inklusif dan Responsif Pelibatan Difabel dalam Tanggap Bencana / Inclusive and Responsive System for Disability Engagement in Disaster Response) as a pioneering social innovation in Aceh Tamiang. Using the Socio-Ecological Framework (SEF) and the concept of hexahelix collaboration, this research investigates how multi-level vulnerabilities faced by persons with disabilities in disaster contexts are addressed through multi-actor partnerships. The findings demonstrate that vulnerabilities are not merely individual but span interpersonal, community, institutional, environmental, and policy levels. SINAR PELITA responds through integrated interventions such as the establishment of SATGAS DIGDAYA (Disability Task Force for Disaster Preparedness and Empowerment), the formulation of an Inclusive Disaster Response SOP, development of inclusive shelters, and the innovation of an evacuation electric boat. These outputs are achieved through the synergy of six key actors—industry, government, academia, community, media, and policy—forming a collaborative ecosystem in disaster risk reduction. This study contributes theoretically by demonstrating how CSR can evolve from philanthropic practices into transformative social innovation, positioning persons with disabilities as active agents of community resilience. Practically, SINAR PELITA represents a best practice model of inclusive disaster governance that can be replicated in other disaster-prone regions, while supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and Goal 13 (Climate Action).
