Abstract

The very rapid development of technology makes all buying and selling transactions carried out not have to be face to face. Then buying and selling in Islamic law is often referred to as buying and selling online, which is actually permissible in modern fiqh as long as the pillars and conditions are met when it does not involve usury, gharar and maisir because basically all buying and selling must avoid these things. This study analyzes the review of Islamic law regarding buying and selling online with Shopeepay Later Credit. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research analysis show that: The practice of Shopeepay Later transactions is carried out through an application, namely through the Shopee marketplace, when Shopee users register for Shopeepay Later activation. After Shopeepay Later is successfully activated, users can use Shopeepay Later to shop, and users can pay for their purchases according to the tempo They selected. The way to pay bills can be done by transferring via ATM, I-Banking, M-Banking or paying through minimarkets such as Indomaret and Alfamart. According to Islamic law, Shopeepay Later, when viewed from the pillars and terms of buying and selling, the pillars of qard are in accordance with Islamic law. Then, if seen from DSN-MUI No: 110/DSN- MUI/IX/2017 regarding the sale and purchase contract, it is permissible that the non-cash sale and purchase price may not be the same as the cash price, so the price difference is on Shopeepay Later to buy now, pay later, 3x instalments, 6x instalments and 12x instalments are allowed. Buying and selling Shopeepay Later is justified by buying and selling greetings. That is, both buying and selling are delayed on greetings for goods that are delayed, while on Shopeepay Later, the money is delayed. However, the fine that applies as much as 5% when late paying is usury

Abstract

Modern learning is marked by the delivery of material using digital media. Digital media is an important learning component in early childhood education institutions. Therefore, this study aims to determine the development of digitalization of early childhood learning on the "theme of the police profession" at TK Al-Hidayah 25, Ajung District, Jember Regency in 2021/2022. The research method uses R&D and the development model uses the ASSURE Model. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using statistical analysis and Miles&Haberman. The results of this study indicate: that this development includes the process of analyzing the characteristics of students; determine KD (Basic Competency); choosing media, teaching materials and methods; designing and using media and learning materials in IT (information and technology) media; involving students in the learning process using the Profession Theme media; and evaluating and revising the developed Professional Theme media products;

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe a model of Islamic religious education based on religious moderation.The type of research used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are Islamic religious education teachers, students, and principals, selected using purposive sampling. The types of data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection procedures use three techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The model of Islamic religious education based on religious moderation applied in this study is a behavioristic learning model. The four elements of learning that must be present in the learning model are as follows: 1) Syntax: beginning with planning, implementation, and evaluation 2) The social system: learning both in and outside the classroom, even outside of school, where teachers provide ample space for students to explore their potential. Response principle: As a mediator, facilitator, and creator of a learning environment, the teacher emphasizes current religious issues regarding tolerance and religious moderation. 4) Support system: interactive multimedia learning media are still unevenly distributed in each classroom. Learning outcomes are obtained through diagnostic assessments that emphasize the learning process, and the accompanying impact is obtained through educational study activities, education camps, and homestay programs

Abstract

The interpretation of the Qur'an is important in giving meaning to the purpose and purpose of the Qur'an. Because with this interpretation, Muslims can know and even carry out the teachings of Islam as contained in it. On the one hand, admittedly or not, Looking at the mufassir in the classical era, that most of them, or it can be said that all of them are men, so that unconsciously in carrying out their interpretation is always subjective and tends to side with their people (the men) and they do not accommodate the interests of women. Therefore, it is natural that the interpretations produced still reflect patriarchal biases, especially when they are read in the present context. Asma Barlas as one of the female feminist figures appeared to provide solutions, one of which was the need for a re-reading of the texts of the Qur'an whose interpretations were dominated by patriarchal ideology, thus giving rise to the spirit of liberation towards women and upholding the perspective of egalitarianism in the re-reading of verses from the Qur'an. She tried to deconstruct and paradigmatically reconstruct models of interpretation that tend to marginalize the role of women, both in religious, political, and social settings. Asma wants the truth of understanding of how to read religion (the Qur'an) and also wants women to be free from the negative image in Islam as it has been developing. Based on the problems that occurred above, the researcher formulated the following problem: How does the classical era's interpretation of the Qur'an relate to women? And what is the concept of Qur'anic interpretation in Asma Barlas's perspective? Looking at the variables, this study wants to examine the opinions of the mufassir, so this study can be called the character study approach. However, the character study approach is part of qualitative research and the method uses qualitative research as is customary. The study of figures was chosen as an approach, because the researcher wanted to inventory, critically evaluate, and conclude about the thoughts and opinions of the mufassir regarding the concept of Qur'anic interpretation of the Qur'an and Women or gender similarity in the perspketive of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Religious moderation exists as a solutive embodiment of the diversity of society in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools are institutional institutions where the character of religious moderation is internalized and propagated in society. In this case, alumni of Abuya Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi al-Maliki are alumni of the Rusaifah Islamic boarding school who have become many figures and have many congregations in the community. This study aims to explore moderation in the religion of alumni Abuya Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi al-Maliki in responding to the problems of Indonesian society in the era of society 5.0. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data obtained by using data collection instruments in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. Then the data were analyzed by qualitative data analysis using Miles and Huberman's model analysis. The results ofthis study are, first, the concept of religious moderation of alumni Sayyid Muhammad Alawi al-Maliki in responding to the problems of Indonesian society in the era of society 5.0 is in line with religious moderation of ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah ala Islamic boarding schools in the archipelago; second, the concept of religious moderation of alumni Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi al-Maliki has greatly contributed to building tolerance that is democratic and critical in responding to the problems of Indonesian society in the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study explains The concept of mondok to recite and build akhlakul karimah in filtering capitalization of Islamic education in Pesantren. This research uses the method qualitatively descriptive with case study type. As for data collection techniques that Used are observation, documentation and depth-interview. This study using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, namely; data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. In testing the validity of the data, researchers use triangulation, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, peer discussion and member check. The results of this study are; The Concept of Mondok for Reciting and Building Akhlakul Karimah is an affirmation of the orientation of Islamic education that leads to a continuous process of humanization, transcendental and liberation and presupposes a continuous learning process until death and is oriented towards the construction of good morals to Allah SWT, to Nature and fellow creatures. The concept of Mondok for Reciting and Building Akhlakul Karimah can filter the orientation of Islamic education with material paradigms such as looking for diplomas, expecting a good career and work through education and leading to improving worldly goodness, but can instill values devotion and faith. Internalization of the concept of mondok to recite and build akhlakul karimah in filtering the capitalization of Islamic education with Learning To Know, Learning to do, Learning to live together, Learning to be. Learn how to learn, learn throught out life. learning to improve, learning to moderate, learnin to evaluate. And learning to do value.

Abstract

This research is based on early childhood education, conducted from birth to age 6 years which is adjusted to the level of child development. Therefore, early childhood education is developed creatively through the development of a curriculum based on Islamic Religious Education in a thematic learning model that has been carried out by Nurul Fatah Kalibaru Banyuwangi Kindergarten. Religious Education-based curriculum is learning whose learning process uses an Islamic teaching approach. In this study, the author used qualitative research methods. Namely research to describe an event, symptom, and event that occurs at the moment. The results of the research are 1) In every learning process using the national curriculum which is integrated with Islamic Religious Education. So children have been introduced to the teachings of Islam from an early age. Because Islamic education is considered good because it is in accordance with the nature of children in providing education. 2) Thematic Learning at Nurul Fatah Kalibaru Banyuwangi Kindergarten using the National curriculum with a thematic approach. Thematic learning at Nurul Fatah Banyuwangi Kindergarten is used to link Islamic education learning with daily learning. Thematic learning is carried out in groups that will change themes every week. For example, with the theme of the self, the child can know the parts of his body so that he can know His creator and be grateful to the creation of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the implementation of GLS or School Literacy Movement in Cluster 01 Elementary School, Pujer District, Bondowoso Regency. This research uses qualitative research type with case study research design. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in Cluster 01 Elementary School Pujer District is still at the habituation stage, namely 1) through reading aloud activities for approximately 15 minutes before learning for low grades and heart reading for high grades, 2) creating reading corners in each class, and 3) providing school library facilities. In implementing the School Literacy Movement, there are still several obstacles, including: 1) there is still a lack of reading books; 2) lack of interest in reading students; 3) the teacher has not fully carried out this activity; 4) lack of guidance from the local education office on the School Literacy Movement; 5) as well as parents who are somewhat indifferent to the needs of children in order to support the School Literacy Movement. Meanwhile, efforts to overcome obstacles during the implementation of the School Literacy Movement are: 1) seeking the fulfillment of reading books and library facilities by allocating School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds; 2) SDN Kejayan 1 frees students to choose whenever students want to read, not necessarily in the 15 minutes pre-learning so that a carpet is provided in the reading corner for them to use as a seat pad when they want to read; 3) SDN Kejayan 1 in order to improve the quality of GLS implementation by discussing and collaborating with other schools on occasions when gathering at Teacher Working Group activities in cluster 01 and Principal's Working Group (KKKS) or to other schools that are also GLS reference schools.

Abstract

Javanese-Madurese people are known for their diversity of traditions. Drinking Aing Rahmat is one of the most valuable traditions for the local community. This research gave rise to the beginning of the tradition of Drinking Aing Rahmat, including those related to the value of religious harmony, the benefits of drinking aing, and public perceptions of drinking water. This research uses field studies (Field Research). This study has not been published in previous scientific studies. From this Title focuses on three aspects, (1) What is the history of the tradition of drinking Aing Rahmat. (2) What are the implications of people's perceptions of drinking Aing Rahmat. Results of the study. (3) What are the implications of people's perception of drinking Aing Rahmat. Results of the study, (1) The behavior of the Aing rahmat drinking tradition upholds tolerance, equality, and mutual cooperation in all walks of life with different religious backgrounds. (2) The benefits of drinking Aing Rahmat have three properties: Mahabbah (Paniser), Syifa' (medicine), Katekquen (strength). (3) The implication of the perception of society in accordance with the context of the hadith (Dominant Reading), if there is a hadith message then the community agrees to the hadith (Oppositional Reading), but the community rejects the hadith Negotiated Reading.

Abstract

هذا البحث يغرض لبيان موقع اللغة العربية في بنية العلوم في المعاهد الإسلامية. حيث علمنا أن المعهد الإسلامي كالمأسسة التربوية التقليدية يبرز من عملية الإختلاط بين العناصر الكثيرة في المجتمع الإندونسي القدماء. لذلك المعهد الإسلامي ذو العلامة الخاصة المختلفة من المأسسة التربوية الأخرى في هذه البلدة. و تللك العلامة هي التراث أي الكتب الصفراء و هي تستخدم العربية في تبليغ البيان و الشرح من العلوم الإسلامية فيها. و هذه القضية تجعل العربية لها مقام مهم في بنية العلوم في المعهد الإسلامي. علاوة على ذلك أن العربية هي اللغة المستعملة في المصادر الإسلامية من القرأن الكريم و الحديث الشريف و ما سوى هما من الكتب الكثيرة المشتقة منهما. و الغرض من هذا البحث هو البيان عن العقل البياني و مقام اللغة العربية في بنية العلوم في المعهد الإسلامي. و هذا البحث يستعمل المنهاج الوصفي في إيجاد البيانات من الملاحظات نحو التوثيقات كمنابع البيانات. و البحث يحصل النتيجة البحثية ما يلي : 1) تركيب العلوم في المعهد الإسلامي يتكون من العلوم التي تستعمل العقل البياني في عملية تكوينها بسبب كون العربية التي تتصور في صورة المتن و الشرح و الحاشية و ما إلى ذلك . 2) إن العربية تستطيع أن تكون وسيلة في تحليل المشكلة تفريق العلوم إما العلوم الدينية و العلوم العامة في التربية العصرية اليوم حتى تستطيع أن تشكل التكامل المعرفة.
