Abstract

The management and development of Islamic education is a necessity that is carried out to achieve the actual goals of Islamic education which of course cannot be separated from the management and use of human resources properly and in accordance with their portions. Human resources, such as teachers as teachers and educators for students in Islamic educational institutions or environments, are decisive in achieving learning processes that demand intellectual success and Islamic values for their students. However, this is the duty and obligation of a manager in sorting out and carrying out proper empowerment for his educators. In addition, the process of deliberation is one of the methods that can be implemented for matters relating to obstacles or problems encountered in the educational process carried out in Islamic educational institutions themselves.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world is faced with opportunities as well as challenges regarding the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 and Demographic Divident 2050 where education including religious education (Islam) is one of the success factors. That way, as the vanguard, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have a strategic role in realizing this vision. This study aims to identify  the mindset of  today's PAI teachers facing the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 and Demographic Divident 2050. The research method used is  literature review or  literature  research, which is a research design process that seeks to develop research practices that can build skills, meaning, and academic development. This study concludes that the resilience of PAI teachers in facing the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 and Demographic Divident 2050 can be done through the following practical and strategic steps: 1) PAI teachers must have sensitivity to changes in attitudes and actions, be given space for expression, exploration, and existence, fostered massively, sustainably, and systematically to remain in accordance with the needs and challenges of today; and 2) PAI teachers must have a mindset Growth Mindset,  transformative mindset,  and sustainable mindset so as to design and implement quality learning.

Abstract

The coaching of worship (spiritual) for the elderly at the Al-Yusufiyah Foundation aims to increase awareness and motivation in carrying out worship, strengthen faith, moral responsibility, and personality development, as well as deepen piety to God Almighty. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that explores the development of worship in the elderly. The research subjects included the elderly and nursing home managers. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. This research was carried out for three months with a step-by-step process. The results of the study show that the implementation of worship coaching through congregational prayers, the study of taklim councils, suluk, tawajjuh, and the study of the Qur'an provide significant benefits for the daily lives of the elderly. The coaching method involves the study of taklim councils, suluk, tawajjuh, and the study of the Qur'an with materials of faith, worship, and dhikr. The obstacles faced by nursing home administrators are the lack of discipline of the elderly in attending coaching activities due to health reasons.

Abstract

The reading of the Qur'an universally reveals a more complex and contextual meaning related to social education. This research aims to contextualize the values of social education contained in the Qur'an as a whole. Qualitative methods are used in this study, with content analysis as the main analytical tool for the data presented. The primary data sources used are Qur'anic verses that have a social education dimension, while secondary data include theses, articles, dissertations, and other documents relevant to this research. The results of this study show that the social education contained in the Qur'an focuses not only on improving the quality of individuals, but also society as a whole. This goal can be achieved through guidance and internalization of the teachings of social education contained in the Qur'an from an early age. This research also shows that the universal reading of the Qur'an can reveal more complex mechanisms of understanding, which significantly enriches the understanding of the social educational values contained in it.

Abstract

The concept of the learning method from Ibn Khaldun's perspective is a method used by Islamic religious education teachers in the learning process taking place in class, this method is easy for students to understand in absorbing the subject matter delivered by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of the learning method from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun in learning Islamic religious education. The research method used by the author is a type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The findings in this study are that there are several perspective learning methods in learning Islamic religious education that are used by first-grade teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. There are five methods used by Islamic religious education teachers, namely the method of memorization, exemplary, application, repetition and affection. There are four stages of student development, namely cognitive intelligence, affective intelligence, psychomotor intelligence and social intelligence. To evaluate the learning of Islamic religious education teachers to see the ability of students to absorb lessons, the teacher also provides directions so that students who are slow in understanding can easily follow lessons well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning outcomes in seeing the differences and interactions that occur between male and female students based on school origin in Islamic religious education learning. The research was carried out at MI Ar-Ridhwan, MIS Pasirpogor I, and MI Sukarasa. The method in this study uses the survey and test method of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a sample of 33 students at MI Ar-Ridhwan, 20 students at MIS Pasirpogor I, and 24 students at MI Sukarasa with a total of 77 students in grade 4. This research instrument uses a test with testing the requirements of data analysis used consisting of normality tests using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk assisted by SPSS software version 26. In this study, it can be concluded that  the learning outcomes of PAI students reviewed based on school origin have significant differences, but there are no differences and interactions that occur when reviewed based on the gender of students, namely male and female students. The difference in learning outcomes occurred between MI Ar-Ridhwan and MIS Pasirpogor I and MI Sukarasa, but in MIS Pasirpogor I and MI Sukarasa there were no significant differences or tendencies in the same. Thus, for the next research, it is hoped that research can be carried out on the learning outcomes of PAI students which are reviewed based on the student's gender, weight, and height.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 brought many changes in various areas of life. One of them is the field of education, not only in the general field that has changed, but also in the field of Islamic education, such as Jurisprudence. These changes include curriculum and technology changes that are increasingly rapid. Currently, Indonesia has implemented an independent curriculum that aims to provide opportunities for students to explore and develop talents and interests. This study aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum in fiqh learning at MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta and to determine the suitability of the application of the fiqh curriculum in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by describing the data found in the field which is then reinforced with relevant theories. The results of this study show that the implementation of the curriculum applied at MA Al-Muayyad Surakarta includes learning preparation, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The suitability of application in the era of revolution 4.0 is appropriate, but not optimally. This is due to the lack of facilities that support the theme in learning.
