Abstract

One year has passed since Covid-19 force us to stay at home and study through online classes. Changes of habits that require adaptation from the teacher, student's condition, boredom, and facility availability become obstacles that can increase stress levels among teachers. This research aimed to describe stress level among islamic senior high school teacher in South Jakarta during pandemic Covid-19. This research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. 147 samples collected using purposive sampling. Perceived Stress Scale questionnaire is used to collect the data. Data then processed with univariate and bivariate analysis using SPSS. 88 respondents classified as moderate stress level (59.9%), 54 respondents classified as mild stress level (36.7%), and 5 respondents classified as severe stress level (3.4%). Factors that correlate significantly with stress level are employee status (p-value = 0.044) and the type of school (p-value = 0.009).

Abstract

Since entering the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 outbreak has rapidly spread to various parts of the world, including Indonesia. Therefore, everyone must keep their distance from each other to avoid transmission and break the chain of the virus. This situation requires the government to impose restrictions on community activities on a large scale, including in this case the restrictions on interaction in the education sector at the Tahfidz House of SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Wanareja. All learning activities must be transferred to the online system (online) or online, as well as the student's tahfidz program. Deposits for memorizing Al-Qur'an which are usually done in talaqqi in front of ustadz/ustadzah are now made through Zoom and Whatsapp media. This study aims to provide an overview of how an effort to learn Al-Qur'an must always run even in very difficult conditions. The results of this study indicate that Zoom is used for interpretation learning which requires delivering presentations (video calls), while Whatsapp is used for memorizing deposits through voice notes.

Abstract

Education is an important thing in life, so that its continuity can be found in various environments. Indonesia is familiar with the Tri Education Center, which is education that takes place in the family, school, and community environment. The purpose of this research is to describe how the concept of Islamic education in families and schools according to Zakiah Daradjat a female Muslim scholar who gave birth to many thoughts for the advancement of Islamic education. This researched uses a qualitative approach with the research library method. The results of this study contain the concept of Islamic education in families and schools according to Zakiah Daradjat which includes 4 aspects: the idea of "‹"‹Islamic religious education according to Zakiah Daradjat, the concept of Islamic education in the family, the concept of Islamic education in families and schools, and components of the moral formation when educating children in the family.

Abstract

adrasas as educational institutions that equip students by integrating sciences such as natural, social, and exact sciences based on religious knowledge so that students are able to follow the development of science and technology. This research aims as a study material and provides information and solutions to efforts that can be applied to the integration of Islamic Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in character building in the golden generation. This research uses a qualitative type of descriptive-analytical approach with a literature review model. This research data collection technique looks for data about things or variables in the form of notes, documents, papers, articles and journals. The results showed that madrasah ibtidaiyah is an Islamic basic education institution that combines Islamic boarding school and school education by integrating religion and general knowledge, but perfects each other without having to eliminate the uniqueness between the two sciences, so that they can meet National education by creating a generation of character, knowledge and skills.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and to ensure the advisability of Arabic book module "Qary el-A'raby 3rd” published by Indonesia Lafazh Book. The book is a teaching materials for the sixth grade of Elementaryy school of Bani Saleh Labschool. The Researcher uses the descriptive kualitative method to analyze the contents of the book module as a total population according to some certain criteria and indicators. The research shows that the book module is proper to be taught in the sixth grade of Bani Shaleh elemantary school indicated by 95% of indicator values.

Abstract

The research objective of PAI UHAMKA tracer study is to determine the quality of graduates and the demands of the world of work. This research is a descriptive quantitative research through a survey approach which includes three stages: 1) developing concepts and instruments; 2) data collection and 3) data analysis. The research samples were graduates of PAI UHAMKA 2017. For the data analysis stage, a mix method was used with the Sequential Explanatory model. The results showed that the majority of PAI UHAMKA graduates in 2017 were absorbed in working in the government and private sectors. The competencies possessed by graduates are in accordance with the job. The assessment of graduate respondents on the learning process states that the learning methods, qualifications of teaching staff and learning facilities are appropriate to support the increase in knowledge and abilities needed to support work, and the guidance of AIK has an impact on the worship obedience of graduates.

Abstract

Funding and accountability have always been a major problem in financial management of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the financial management of education at MTs. Wihdatul Fikri on the aspect of funding sources and accountability of Madrasah. This research was a qualitative research using a case study method. The data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and in-depth interview. The results showed that 1) MTs. Wihdatul Fikri relied on tuition fees on BOS from government (the government fund from 2014 to 2016 was Rp. 207,850,000); 2) from 2014 to 2016 other sources of funds received by MTs. Wihdatul Fikri only came from IP (Indonesian Power) and individuals which was lower than those from government (Rp. 69,200,000); 3) the accountability of MTs. Wihdatul Fikri was low because there was no transparency in the report of madrasah accountability, either related to BOS funds or other funds from IP.
