Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of housing is one of the primary needs that must be met for human survival. As time goes on, humans grow very quickly with the increasing need for housing, also economically for the lower middle class people, the more diverse jobs that require people to no longer be able to own a house because of land and expensive housing prices. Therefore we need a place to live that can be inhabited en masse for low-income people. For the sake of creating an ideal urban and population structure, rental flats can be one solution. Planning and designing rental flats that are livable and a healthy, safe, harmonious, and sustainable environment as well as creating integrated settlements to build economic, social and cultural. In the design of graded building is important to note several criteria, referring to The Regulation of Minister of Public Housing of Republic Indonesian Number 10 in 2012 is about Implementation of Housing and Residential Areas with Balanced Occupancy. In this writing, the design of TPI Rental Flats is using site location data, namely residential areas with an area according to the selected location is very open to developing flats that are integrated with the surrounding residential environment as well as environmental data around the site, such as sun and wind. Based on design result, it was obtained that the design concept of TPI Rental Flats in Pontianak is emphasized on Metaphor concept, so in design can representing livable life for low-income residents. Then the rooms designed in the TPI Rental Flats are consist of 3 types, namely type 36 as many 20 rooms, type 45 as many 15 rooms and type 60 as many 20 rooms with a total occupant of 737 persons. In calculating the reservoir requirements, the volume of the upper reservoir is 60.4 m3 with dimensions of 2 x 8 x 1.2 m for 2 pieces, while the lower reservoir is 90.6 m3 with dimensions of 4 x 8 x 1.8 m for 1 unit. In designing a fire protection system, the number of hydrants used in the building is 9 with a volume of 410400 liters, the number of yard hydrants used is 9 with a volume of 1539000 liters and the number of sprinklers used is 454 with a volume of 232902 liters, so that the total water requirement is 2182302 liters. For designing the dimensions of the structure, the dimensions of the columns used are 50x50 cm and the dimensions of the main beams and the joists respectively are 35x75 cm and 25x50 cm. Abstract

The demand for supporting facilities in the advancement of information technology, specifically in Pontianak City, is increasing, a building that is suitable, strong, and earthquake resistant is needed as an effort to support the sustainability of centralized information technology infrastructure. The design of the data center also used a hebel brick as a wall to reduce the dead load of the building. The entire structure uses reinforced concrete structures in soft soil conditions (SE) with a intermediate moment frame system (IMF) that refers to SNI 2847-2019, also takes into the calculation of seismic aspects according to SNI 1726-2019 with the spectrum response method. The serviceability of this building is estimated according to the service load of office buildings and computer rooms based on SNI 1727-2020. This 5-storey building is modeled and structural analysis using the SAP2000 program, as well to 2D detail engineering design using the AutoCAD 2020 program, has a site area of 980 m². The strength of the foundation structure is based on Cone Penetration Test on Purnama street. All structural components use concrete strength fc' 30 MPa and steel strength 400 MPa. The design results thick deck plate 150 mm and floor/stair/step plate 120 mm, prymary beam and sloof B1 with dimensions 300×600 mm, secondary beam B2 with dimensions 250×500mm, secondary beam B3 with dimensions 150×300mm, primary column K1 with dimensions 600×600 mm, column K2 with dimensions 350×350mm, fondation pilecap P1 with dimensions 3100×3100×700mm, fondation pilecap P2 with dimensions 5100×1800×700mm, fondation pilecap P3 with dimensions 700×700×500mm with bearing capacity of square pile dimensions 350×350mm with length of 24m. Abstract

The office building of the Faculty of Forestry, University of Tanjungpura was built to improve existing facilities and infrastructure. This building is also needed to support academic and non-academic activities of students. So that the building can be used immediately, then the acceleration of time on the construction of the building. This study aims to determine the cost and time of the project due to the acceleration (crashing). The acceleration is carried out by the method of crashing. Calculation of crashing with the alternative addition of the number of workers and working hours (overtime). Where the addition of the number of workers is increased by 15% than the normal number of workers and the addition of working hours (overtime) is done for 3 hours. Calculation of crashing using the alternative addition of the number of workers and the addition of working hours (overtime). Normally, this project requires a cost of Rp 2,410,298,907.92, the duration of the work for 1169 days and a workforce of 525 people. The calculation results with the alternative addition of the number of workers as many as 79 people, requires a cost of Rp 2,419,883,466.82. The time required is 1011 days (158 days more than normal). As for the calculation with the alternative addition of working hours (overtime), the cost of Rp 2,432,295,278.89 and the required duration is 890 days (279 days faster than normal). Based on the calculation results, the addition of Labor and working hours proved to accelerate the implementation time of the project. However, this will also increase the cost of the project.

Abstract

This rental office building is designed to be built on Road Ahmad Yani, Pontianak City. Thei buildingi structure is designed usingi the Speciali Moment Resistant Framei Structure systemi (SPRMK) based on SNIi 03-2487-2013 (Requirementsi for Structurali Concretei fori Buildings). Analysis ofi earthquakei loads usingi the spectrum design methodi based on SNIi 1726-2019i (Earthquakei Resistance Planningi Proceduresi for Buildingi and Non-Buildingi Structures) for the locationi of earthquake accelerationi using the cityi ofi Tarakan. iPPPURG 2847-1989 (Guidelines for Loading Planning for Houses and Buildings) and PPPURG 1987 (Guidelines for Loading Planning for Housesi and Buildings) fori loading. In thei analysis, thei loading systemi that will be imposedi on the building isi a vertical loadingi systemi in the formi of dead andi livei loads and horizontal loads in thei form ofi earthquakei loads and structurali analysisi assistedi by computeri programmers. From the structurali analysis, it can be concludedi that the dimensionsi of the crossi section andi reinforcementi are obtained.

Abstract

The third largest economic sector contribution is large and unit commerce, one example of which is the traditional market. Traditional markets that are visited by residents of Pontianak City are the traditional TPI Nipah Kuning market and the trifting jeruju market, but the two markets have their own problems. In an effort to improve the facilities and infrastructure that support buying and selling to be better, the author is planning a people's market building so that these problems can be resolved. The location of this traditional market building is on Nipah Kuning Dalam Street, Pontianak City. The planning of this traditional market building is based on the Medium Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPMM). This building is designed to be strenght against several loading combinations. The planning method of this building is assisted by the AutoCad program and the engineering analysis is assisted by the SAP 2000 3D program, as well as the calculation of building structures based on SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1726-2019, and using the Guidelines for Loading Planning for Houses and Buildings (PPPURG) 1987. The results of structural design in the form of thick slabs from 1st-4th floor and the flat roof have a slabs thickness of 120mm with Ø10-230 main reinforcement on floor slab, and Ø10-240 main reinforcement on flat roof, and Ø10-320 beugle reinforcement on floor slab and flat roof, the sloof beam dimensions of 80x65cm, secondary sloof beams dimensions of 60x30cm, primary beam dimensions of 80x40cm, secondary beam dimensions of 60x30cm, upper tie-beam dimensions of 80x40cm, secondary upper tie-beam dimensions of 60x30cm using D19 main reinforcement and Ø8 beugle reinforcement, dimensions of structural columns and pedestal columns 65x65cm with 24D19 main reinforcement, and Ø10 beugle reinforcement, foundation using piles 45x45 cm depth of 20 m with pile cap dimensions of 565x565cm and thick 92cm. Abstract

Sekolah Polisi Negara (SPN) adalah Lembaga bagi anggota badan pemerintahan yang bertugas memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban umum dalam hal polisi negara Republik Indonesia. Pembangunan sekolah polisi negara ini tentunya menarik perhatian karena setiap tahun akan diadakan rekrutmen serta dilakukan pendidikan pengembangan baik secara umum maupun secara spesifik. Supaya rekrutmen dapat dilakukan dengan maksimal maka dilakukan pemindahan gedung Sekolah Polisi Negara dari Pontianak yang memiliki luas bangunan kurang dari satu hektar ke Singkawang yang memiliki lahan seluas 40 hektar. Namun dalam pengerjaannya terdapat bernagai macam kendala sehingga membuat lambatnya penyelesaian proyek tersebut. Suatu hal yang penting dalam suatu konstruksi ialah biaya, mutu, waktu, sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen komunikasi proyek. Untuk melakukan percepatan penyelesaian suatu proyek diperlukan perencanaan yang baik, salah satu alternatif yang digunakan yaitu dengan menambah jumlah pekerja, menambah jam kerja, atau menambah mobilisasi alat yang akan berdampak pada biaya total proyek. PERT adalah suatu metode yang bertujuan untuk sebanyak mungkin mengurangi adanya penundaan, maupun gangguan produksi, serta mengkoordinasikan berbagai bagian suatu pekerjaan secara menyeluruh dan mempercepat selesainya proyek. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu metode untuk meningkatkan suatu pengelolaan manajemen yaitu dengan menggunakan metode PERT yang diaplikasikan kedalam barchart. Abstract

Beton merupakan salah satu material yang umum digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai bahan konstruksi. Dalam pembuatan beton, bahan penyusun yang sering digunakan adalah semen, pasir, batu pecah, dan air. Kualitas beton tergantung dari bahan penyusunnya seperti batu pecah, untuk mengurangi jumlah kebutuhan bahan batu pecah, maka perlu dicari alternatif lain sebagai bahan pengisi beton yaitu dengan menggunakan limbah biji salak. Penggunaan bahan limbah biji salak bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah sisa biji salak yang selama ini dibuang begitu saja dan menjadi sampah yang mencemari lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dimana penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kuat tekan beton dengan bahan tambah limbah biji salak sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat kasar dengan mutu beton rencana f'c 16,9 Mpa. Perencanaan campuran beton dengan bahan tambah limbah biji salak sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat kasar dibuat dengan beberapa persentase yaitu 5%, 10% dan 15%. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dan pengujian benda uji pada umur 7 hari, didapatkan hasil bahwa beton dengan bahan tambah limbah biji salak sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat kasar pada persentase 5% memenuhi nilai kuat tekan yang direncanakan, sedangkan untuk persentase 10% dan 15% mengalami penurunan nilai kuat tekan beton. Abstract

Construction Project Management plays an important role in the construction of a building from the beginning of the building until finally the building is ready for occupancy. The parking building is one of the facilities provived by the Singkawang City police resort which aims to accommodate motorized vehicles effectively and efficiently within the Singkawang City police resort. To realize this development, careful planning is needed, so as not to cause problems that harm various parties, in order to create effective and efficient planning, Construction Project Management is the right solution asa a solution to this problem. The results of this plan aim to build a parking building at the Singkawang City police resort. In this paper, present calculations and estimates of costs, time, human resouces, occupational safety and health and quality management systems to support the planning process of building parking facilities in Singkawang City police resort environment.

Abstract

The arrangement of facilities and infrastructure for the Integrated School District on the road Purnama Agung V, Pontianak City is an effort to maintain the stability of nature and the function of an area that prioritizes secondary needs such as providing beauty, comfort and providing enthusiasm for learning as well as providing an attraction for residents or visitors in the area. Integrated School. The Integrated School area planning stands on an area of ​​1.94 ha consisting of 4 schools including the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) school building, SD Country 15 Pontianak South, SMP Country 22 Pontianak and SMA Country 10 Pontianak. The location of the Integrated School is located on the road Agung Purnama V, South Pontianak sub-district, Pontianak city, West Kalimantan. The planning for the arrangement of the Integrated School area with a total area of ​​1,94 Ha but that will manage with a land area of ​​0,76 Ha will be planned for green open spaces, playgrounds, reading parks, environmental roads, parking lots vehicles, drainage channels and placement of trash cans, as an effort to support the educational process and protect the environment in Indonesia, especially in the city of Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Penulis melakukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi pada Pembangunan Kantor Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Empat Lantai di Jalan Abdul Rahman Saleh, Kota Pontianak yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan perencanaan struktur dan gambar rencana. Oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkan pembangunan Gedung Kantor Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir diperlukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi yang tepat, agar proses pembangunan Gedung Kantor ini berjalan dengan lancar, tepat waktu, efisien dan mutu yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. Maka dari itu, Penulis merencanakan sistem manajemen konstruksi pembangunan Gedung Kantor Ekakurir yang dijadikan judul pada penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan manajemen konstruksi ini adalah sistem manjemen biaya, mutu, waktu, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada pekerjaan struktur yang meliputi pondasi, balok, kolom dan plat lantai. Berdasarkan hasil analisa metode di atas didapat biaya pekerjaan persiapan dan struktur yang diperlukan dalam penyelesaian proyek pembangunan Gedung Kantor Ekakurir adalah Rp. 18.500.000.000 dan dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 25 minggu atau 222 hari kalender. Untuk perencanaan mutu hasilnya berupa pengendalian mutu dan daftar tabel spesifikasi. Pada perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berupa jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebagai sarana untuk pelaksanaan kerja yang baik dan pada perencanaan manajemen K3 yang direncanakan berupa identifikasi dan pengendalian potensi bahaya K3 terhadap masing-masing jenis pekerjaan dan biaya untuk kebutuhan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Alat Pelindung Kerja (APK) sebesar Rp. 38.820.000.
