Results from study This is known that: (1) For application learning entrepreneurship in high school sunan degree Lamongan Already walk with Good in accordance with curriculum 2013 Which consisting of 30% theory 70% applicable field practice with learning still the same offline (2) SMK sunan degree Lamongan own effort separately For process grow soul Student entrepreneurship, one of which is through training conducted by teachers and students at Sunan Vocational School degree Lamongan with trainings education entrepreneurship This student will in teach good entrepreneurship methods as well as guide teachers so that learning is as creative as possible in order to motivate students (3) teachers and students realize that there are several things that can be inhibiting factors in the entrepreneurial learning process that are experienced or felt by students and teachers. However, this does not dampen their enthusiasm for learning entrepreneurship. Even though at first it is forced and only for good grades, everyone will get used to it and they will like it. Human resources are the most important element in an SME ability to achieve goals and develop more broadly. This research aims to learn how to manage human resources to help SME achieve their goals. The research method used is a qualitative empirical study with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The results of this research show that the strengths of SME are having loyal employees who develop human resources and have a sense of family; the weaknesses are the lack of clear career paths and job desks; the opportunity for employees to come from their own family and the surrounding community; and the threat is the lack of technology mastered by employees and succession. businesses that don't yet exist

This research journal aims to analyze employee development strategies and corporate strategies at the Kafanaa Chicken and Mie restaurant. The research method used is a qualitative empirical study with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The results of this research show that employee development strategies and corporate strategies are effective in helping Kafanaa Chicken & Mie to increase productivity and culinary competitiveness. Based on the results of this research, employee development strategies and corporate strategies are effective in increasing productivity and competitiveness, so it is highly recommended for businesses operating in the culinary industry to implement employee development strategies and corporate strategies

Business performance is an effort made to maximize company profits obtained from providing value to customers by innovating to serve customer needs. Involving customers in an innovation process can be a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Entrepreneurial Attitude on business performance. The sample in this study was 250 entrepreneurial students in Malang. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. This study found that there is a direct influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial attitude towards business performance. An indirect influence of entrepreneurship education on business performance through entrepreneurial attitude. There is an indirect influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance through entrepreneurial attitude

Universities as centers for the development of science encourage students to carry out entrepreneurial activities. As happened in the Business Education Study Program, State University of Malang, where Bachelor of Education graduates not only work as educators or employees, but also as entrepreneurs. Becoming an entrepreneur, especially for Business Education graduates, is influenced by various motivations. Therefore, this research aims to explore in depth the motivational phenomena that encourage Business Education graduates to become entrepreneurs. This article is prepared based on observations at small micro enterprises in Malang City, accompanied by literature review with the aim of knowing the condition of digitalization in micro small businesses. The results of observations in a small scope in Malang City, it appears that the use of digital marketing is not optimal from micro small businesses. Usage tends to be limited to Whatsapp, while the use of social media such as Instagram is still limited to using its features. The results of this study show that assistance and training are needed for micro small businesses in Malang City in terms of the use of digital technology, including in terms of digital marketing.
